As soon as you walk in the door they acknowledged your presence, so far with my experience the minor part that I needed for my car surprisingly enough they had, however they did not have it in the store but the associates stated that a truck was coming in and she would make sure that the product that I was looking for would be available for pickup the same day.

Typical chain auto parts store. Had the better price on a brake caliper I needed over the other chains in south hill.

Very helpful. Was directed right where I needed to be and found the tool instantly. Even hung out for a few because I felt so comfortable with the employees. Sam was awesome with assisting me.

The customer service is decent, but they sold me a distributor cap and wires for near $45 and they were worth about $20. Believe me, I looked elsewhere. I only bought them because I needed them right away. Advanced Auto Parts or AutoZone both have better parts and better prices. I'm sorry O'Reilly, I will not be coming back.

Great customer service! Every time I ve been there the employees go above and beyond to assist me. Honestly the best customer service of any store period that I ve been to.

I was a customer at this location picking up an order. I was talked to very rudely by the sales associate named Bill. Bill also stated that if another black customer walks in the store that he would not wait on them. Then Bill also stated that yes he said what he said and meant every word of it to another black customer. The other associates especially Ashley were very professional.

They were the only auto place willing to put my battery in my 2011 Buick Enclave CXL. It s located in my second row passenger. They checked to make sure it was indeed a battery I need. And replaced it in the rain. They were all super nice and helpful.

The store here in South Hill is awesome. I've been in twice with a problem and the guys in there have tried to help me. They are great!!!! I really appreciate them.

Nice store.Employees not eager to sell simply because company picked a poor location for the business.Not a smart move.

Most of their prices are cheaper that some other parts stores people are really helpful and friendly

Had a very positive experience at this Auto part shop. The cashier was both helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be going back for my auto parts needs

It's a new store in this area I've only used it a couple of times. I didn't have any problems with the items i gotten from them,but to me so far its a good store.

Not the most knowledgeable people working here. I've been told that they don't have that part or can't get it like 5 times from this particular location. More than once I have gone to another O'Reilly and got the part so go figure. About avg for parts stores in south hill if you need advice go to NAPA.
