Need a no star review. NO customer service. Lady might own the business up front at the office but common decency should be expected anywhere you go.

My retired ambulance broke down on a Sunday evening while I was traveling out of town. As nothing was open, I left it at the local Ford dealership and called on Monday morning. The Ford dealership told me they would be unable to work on it for two months. I called Ezell and was told they could work on it and would pick it up from the nearby Ford dealer. Weeks passed. I called repeatedly and was always told "next week." Each time I was strung along by the office manager with the hope that my vehicle would be repaired without a hefty towing bill. After more than two months of waiting, Ezell finally admitted that they simply would not have time to look at it. I understand that most auto repair shops are busy. That's great, I'm glad they have plenty of work. Had I been told that Ezell didn't have the time, I would have had the vehicle towed two months earlier. Ezell repeatedly misled me into thinking my vehicle would be repaired in a timely fashion and, as a result, my vehicle sat unusable for an additional two months. All I expected was honest communication and Ezell failed at this most basic task.

I stop by to try and get my personal vehicle inspected it was my first time ever going here to this place of business so I wasn't sure where the office was to speak to someone in charge I went through a side door that was open like I said because I was not sure I finally see someone sitting at a desk so before I can say anything she went in on me with a real bad attitude she ask me how did I come in I said through that side door that was open because I told her I wasn't sure how to get in because this was my first time coming to them to get something done all I was trying to do is get my vehicle inspected she said can't do it now come back around 1pm so I ask her who else she knew that does it she told me so I left and went down the road to that company she told me about he couldn't do it either because he was booked I told him what happened he said that is no way to treat a customer and told what days he could do it a really nice guy another guy in the lobby over heard are conversation a said he went there to and that same woman gave him the same kind of attitude so I will not be going to them for anything I need done I'll carry my business else where just a heads up on this business

Absolutely the best! My son has cancer and needs a transplant. We were on our way to the Richmond VA. I had engine trouble. They found the problem and fixed it very fast. We were back on the road in no time!

Awesome place with great people! I have had my car for 6 years and they are the only ones who have ever worked on it. Great service! Good prices. They're the BEST!! Period!!

I was in South Hill and had an emergency because I was transporting cancer patients to the local facility. I had a piece of the undercarriage of my car that was hanging down in the front. Tina came right out and fixed my problem immediately. She could have gotten one of the technicians to fix the problem, but she took care of it for me. She went above and beyond good service. I run a Hotshot trucking company. One of my trucks, a Ram 2500 cummins started to lose power.We are based out of Texas, my driver was making a delivery in Boydton, VA after many call trying to find a shop that could work on a diesel truck (other than the dealership) we landed in this shop ran by angels, every single person who works in this place was sent from heaven, they treated my driver as family, they explained everything to him, i was able to make the payment over the phone all the way from Texas. I am happy we found this place because we do a lot of our business in that area and now i know of a place i can get if i ever have any issues with my trucks again.Service: Auto maintenance

Broke down on the boat ramp practicing for a fishing tournament had to be towed to the shop,. Ezell s moved me to the front of the pack and started on it right away ,. Told me that I could use a truck he had to make the tournament ,,,, could not get it repaired in time for the weekend ,,,,his brother gave me a ride 2 1/2 hours away from the shop to get a backup truck was able to fish the weekend thanks again for your support , would recommend Ezell to anyone who fish ,,. They understand how important it is to get you going I you're time of need Justin
