As soon as I walked in the store they acknowledge my presence right away and asked if I needed any help. The associates of more than willing to help you change a battery or windshield wiper and give you knowledge that you otherwise did not have. I was Grace with the presence of an associate that happened to be a mechanic, the associate gave me valuable information, that saved me hundreds of dollars and prevented me from going to an actual mechanic for something I could have simply done myself.

I've always experienced great customer service. Mark up on some items is a bit much. I just ordered online elsewhere for cheaper. I rate it a 4 because of prices. Aside from that, I get what I pay for without any hassle

Great people, except for one older lady. I just didn't really like her attitude. She wasn't near as friendly as her 2 fellow employees. Funny thing is her badge says customer service manager or something. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don't know. She wasn't rude! She just wasn't nice, didn't smile or greet me etc. The other 2 were really really nice. Anyway, they have great products and very decent pricing. I absolutely suggest you go here despite my opinion of the one employee. You'll get good service, good product and a guarantee on the product. I can verify that they will correct any problem IF you encounter one, as I happened to need a problem corrected and they helped me happily and fast.

Rainy day and had a bad wiper blade. Went in and the catalog for blades was several years out of date. Went to the desk and an older lady (possibly a manager) looked up my vehicle and showed me which ones would fit. Another young lady at the desk checked me out. They were the wrong blades. Looked it up online and found the right ones. Went back in to return and purchase the correct ones. The older lady (who sold me the wrong ones) was berating her staff in front of everyone. The young woman who helped me was very kind and was visibly shaken and upset by how the older woman spoke to her. I encouraged her and went on my way. Luckily, a nice gentleman in the parking lot saw me struggling with the blade and assisted. No one in the store offered to help. Maybe if you had a better manager who didn t treat the other staff so badly, the customer service would have been better.

Staff was nice and friendly. Store was clean and stocked. Prices were not out of control. The staff was very knowledgeable as well and did not try to sell us things we did not need. They actually told us what to keep and put back. I'd go back!

Saturday night was given a 3 bolt stater and because there wasn't time to remove old one before they closed we had to return for 2 bolt, truck list both and parts assistant seem confident. Wasn't big deal both visits super nice people and very helpful.

We went to Advance Auto today and were lucky to get Josh to help us. We needed a battery and were in and out in 15 min He was very helpful and a really nice young man. We will be return customers. Thanks Josh you are awesome

Extremely attentive and proactive staff that not only looked up and found the correct parts for my Acura (tail lights and wiper blades), but sent someone out to install the wiper blades without me even asking!

Went to buy power steering fluid and price was already $3 more than the web price. Price scanned $1 higher than the shelf price. Manager offered 10% off but could not honor the shelf price.

Stressful day and my battery died in parking lot of the hospital. I was able to get the battery jumped started but was told don't shut car off. I contacted Advanced Auto in under 2 rings they answered and told me yes they could put in battery for me. Jacob at the counter acknowledged me as I entered store. Instantly he walked me thru options and in less than 18 minutes he had battery installed and I was on way back to hospital. Fantastic service with a clean and safe environment. Thank you Advanced Auto and Jacob!!!!!

I walked in knowing what I needed. The staff verified it for me. Needed 2, only had 1 in stock; had the second one by 4pm that day. Great experience. Good people.
