Im the daughter of a former mechanic and am no stranger to doing some auto repair myself. I recently had a problem with my vehicle and took it to Ricky and his team. They not only listened to me (most shops won't listen to women), but they also took the time to diagnose a secondary issue that was part of the main problem with my Jeep. Once both problems were identified, they fixed them, and I was back on the road. I HIGHLY recommend these HONEST mechanics!!

They are always accommodating when I arrive and help me out when they are busy. Friendly and fast! Highly recommend for all tires, brakes, and small fixes. Call ahead appointments are necessary but they usually get you in quick.

Junior s Tire Center in Shenandoah is NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!Their grossly overpriced tire repair, and the rude and inconsiderate lady at the counter, she is less than pleasant .Very bad experience.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Impossible to find a better place to get anything fixed on your car, great crew of guys that know what they are doing, quick turnaround and reasonable prices, the lady that answers the phone is a jewel and all that put together makes it the best place in the valley hands down.

I am still new to the area and needed a tire due to mine blowing out. Of course not knowing much about the area I Googled it and found this place. Nice people, very helpful and had exactly what I was looking for at a really good deal. I have found my new tire place.

Called about a flat tire that needed replaced because it has a nail in it, was given a number to Wayne, who came and blew it up so I could drive there. All good. They replaced a broken valve stem, cool......except that wasn't the problem. When I told them I had asked for it to be replaced, I was told "That's what the patch is for." What patch? I asked for it to be replaced. The tire is now flat again 2 days later. I hope others have better luck. The women in the office are extremely unorganized. They couldn't find my ticket, they had to ask a mechanic.....the mechanic knew exactly what it was, how much, and even told them the ticket was on the desk.

If you're looking for a mechanic to get a repair done in a timely fashion, and at a very reasonable price, Junior's is the best place to take your auto!They are fair, and they are truthful about what needs to be done to get your set of wheels back on the road, so you are safe and sound! I highly recommend them to you!

This place is the real deal. Loved it. They didn't yank my chain or anything. I called told them what I needed they gave me great quotes and did it all in an extremely timely fashion. Will definitely be a return customer

Wonderful service, but have noticed one thing that seems to be reoccurring. If you have any type of tire work done, be sure to check your tire PSI afterwards.Had JR's mount and balance 4 new tires on my Subaru. After getting it up to highway speed, I noticed how it was swaying all over the road. It felt like you were driving on a sponge. Curious as to what the issue my be, I decided to check the pressure of each tire. I found that each tire had 60+PSI which is very close to double the recommended amount.Service: Tires

Fast, friendly, affordable! Put a call into their shop in the morning, ordered 4 new tires. The tires were delivered and installed within 1 hour of my arrival late afternoon. I live approx 40 minutes away, and it's worth the drive to receive such great service!

If I could give no stars I would. Had my valves replaced on two of my wheels and when I got my wheels n tires back they both had significant damage around the outside and inside edge of the rim. When I went to show them the damage, Jr said it was curve damage from bad driving and then proceeded to tell me he didn t care about me. In the past they have always been slow and rude and even had to take my car back after it was sitting there for 3 weeks and they never touched it. But after this, I will never go back, and I suggest that if you are reading this, that you find a different place to go. Unless you want to go somewhere where they don t care about you, or your vehicle. Then by all means go for it.Service: Tires

The wait for this place is rediculus!! It's been almost 3 months since I have sent my vehicle in here to get engine work! An everytime we call to see what's going on, we get a very rude women on the other end! Wait time on phones is always 15 mins an up! I can see this place is only good with reviews under easy fixes, inspection! But not anything major.. I'm having my vehicle towed to elkton tomorrow.. After sitting here just to hear it will be done this week, an it's been 3months.. not a happy camper..Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brake service & repair

JR tire is the best place. Thins man goes above and beyond to help whoever he can. I had an 830 appointment this morning and had a flat i stopped and he changed it for me so I could make it to my appointment. JR is a blessing I cant thank him enough for today and all he has done to help me. I give him 10 stars God bless you JR and thank you for all you do.

I was in town for the week from Florida and my tires and front end just felt wrong. I was leaving in a day and they got me right in. They went over the car and found nothing wrong, could just be the difference in temperature. They charged me a small fee and gave me peace of mind. They could have charged me for all kinds of things but they didn't. They are honest which is a rarity. I highly recommend them. Thanks so much jr tires!

I had Jr down for a 5 star review, That is until this past 2 months! I sent my van in their January on the 18th.. An it is now the 12th of March! My van was suppose to be in an out!! But I have been waiting since January! It took Jr. 3 weeks! Just to look at my van!! An after the first month of being in the shop, I call to see what is going on, an I get the run around!! All I get is either it will be done this week! 4 weeks ago they said they was waiting on parts! Or the past week I got someone had covid!! An so I called this Monday! An his wife on the phone said it would be done this week!! Today is Friday, they closed @12... I have spent over $2,000 dollars on a rent a car! Just so we could get back to work! I called an told them I can't afford to pay the rent a car any longer! An they still lie to my face!! Nothing has gotten done on my van!! An its still sitting in the same spot! Monday I'am picking my van up! An taking it to a family mechanic!! One that does his job! An I do believe I will see what I can do about getting my money back on the rent a car I have had to pay for! Because of there neglect on doing there job!! Very unprofessional!! The staff is great and very friendly and the work is top notch and prices are good too this was my first time getting them to do work for me and honestly won't be the last I recommend Jr's Tire Center 100%. I truly thank the staff there.

Even though I leave 3o minutes away now I still take my vehicles to Jr's. Always great work and friendly serviceJr also backed my camper in for me when I took it for inspection. Saving me time since I am not that experienced yet!

Details to come, if problems are not solve for crooked work. BBB will be notified and state police for inspection reason. Will update soon when stuff gets handled.Edit: owner and (workers) pretty much took advantage of a female customer... Car went in for inspection and tire if other jobs needed they would be called and notified.... They did a no call / No permission fixes for inspection brakes pads rotors master cylinder reservoir which was not damaged before bringing it there . Pad were replaced week prior coming there . Then they didn't ever fix the light for it to pass inspection. Bill that should have been 200 ish dollars went to $500 due to them doing work with out permission.. last time I checked that not legal. Then he didn't wanna fix the issue.. cursed ECT ... Next female customer went back owner gives her 150 dollar cusses her like a dog told her not to come back well to somewhat make it right he owes at least $292 for parts and labor that wasn't approved for the job... So taking advantage of a female and trying payoff the situation with less then owned back.. beware of the crooked company the other one grottoes wasn't no better. Ill be looking into contacting The BBB and have a follow up with the state trooper... See where it goes and figure out further actions . Slander etc ..Edited .master Cylinder was cut and was paid outta customer pocket.Edit:issues never was resolved... Piss poor owner .06/08/2019 updated : another car these worked up has been broken and not repaired in their hands, didn't notify the owner they caused the cell come on ...not gonna get into the damage till this is either resolved or other matters have to happen...The Honda they weld exhaust on is fries due to hrs not probably preparing the car to weld car has to get a whole wiring harness. With all the issues from taking advantage of people, pushing vehicles try inspections broke when they were suppose to fix it and not making anything right..... I suggest to stay away from them unless you are trying to take them to court ... Garbage people and they don't try fixing issue they just tell you to leave... Maybe they will man up or shut there self down before they kill someone.

I pulled in to get an inspection 2 days in a row 2 different vehicles and got right in done in 15 to 20 minutes and on my way they were very polite and didn't waste my time
