Found this shop after getting ripped off from Shelor! They are honest, friendly, and I trust them. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me. And that's important for a single mom! Won't take my Subaru to anyone else!! They are the best!

Had an appointment for a state inspection, I was in and out within 30min! I haven t had such a positive experience or efficient inspection since 2014 living in Northern Virginia!

Called at 8:30am for a tow and was told they would pick the car up around 1pm and then would call me. Never got a phone call back even after leaving a voicemail. If this is their idea of customer satisfaction, they must be delusional. Anyhow, would ve been nice to know they had no plans to help me as I could ve hired another towing company. Complete lack of integrity. Long story short, DON T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Call anyone but E& E Automotive!

Found E&E last year when no one else would happy me. I went back this year for inspection. They are professional and really nice. I will only use them from now on. I highly recommend them. They are very busy and try their best to accommodate you.

Saddens me to write this review because I had high hopes. Our car broke down and E&E had it towed to their shop. Tow was $95 (we were quoted less on the phone). They said they would take a preliminary glance to see what was wrong that day. We never heard back from them so we called the next day. We were told 4 cars were ahead of ours for repair. The repair were not completed for 3 months. Charge were $4,000. We paid and drove up the road to the gas station 1 mile from the garage to fill the car up. After paying for the gas we got in the car and it wouldn t start. E&E had to come tow it back and said now the starter died. Great! Charged another $400. Finally drove car home and were home for the night. Got up the next morning and got inthe car to head to work and this weird humming coming from the back drivers side. They put a new fuel pump in but I m pretty sure this isn t supposed to whistle/hum this loudly. Later the same day (day 2) the check engine light came on so we go to Auto Zone to get it hooked up for diagnostic. O2 sensor bad!! On about the 7th day after the repairs a horrible rattling sound starts from the drivers side back. Come to find out it is a brake issue which they put new brakes on the car 7 days prior. We ve had nothing but problems since they repaired the car. E & E Automotive helped me with a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. They were very quick to respond, straight forward, and answered any questions I had. They provided a detailed report of the inspected car and provided insight on major as well as minor concerns they had. Overall, would definitely recommend using their pre-purchase inspection services.

E and E Automotive is a Shawsville, VA car repair place. They also provide towing services. The owner and all the employees are knowledgeable, congenial and accommodating. They can do everything from state inspections to brake replacement to things I don't even understand. You can drop the car off at night ahead of your appointment or show up without an appointment. Outstanding repair place.

I broke down on the interstate (bad alternator). I called E&E and they had a rollback pick me up in not time. They towed my car back to the shop, ordered an alternator, and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. Great service. great people. Highly recommended! Thank you, E&E!

After traveling a total of 6 hours, our 2nd trip to VA, we found this shop to inspect a car that we were about to buy. These guys were honest with their thorough inspection and saved us from a $10k disaster. If we didn't live 2 hours away, they would be our new go to. Thank you for everything!

We bought a 25 year old Japanese import car down the road in Christiansburg. E&E took care of a very thorough inspection, new tires, and an oil and filter change. We were impressed by the inspection photos and report. I was also happy that they spent the time to talk over the results on the phone and talk tires and pricing. We took a road trip up to purchase the car and there was absolutely no trouble and no surprises on the trip back or since. It's always a bit nerve wracking to do everything at a distance, but E&E made it easy. Scott checked in the next day to make sure we got it home to NC and everything. These guys are great! My family and I were traveling from out of town and had some battery issues and needed work done ASAP on my ride. Although they were super busy, they still lended me a helping hand and had me back on the road in no time. I'm really appreciative of these guys!

Last Thursday my car developed an engine oil leak while on Interstate 81. I was 4 hours from home and knew I couldn t drive the car. I Googled auto repair shops near me and saw E&E Repair with almost 100 reviews and a 4 plus star review. I called the shop, spoke with Aaron. They came, towed my car to the shop. By 10:00 am the next morning Aaron called me for some more info. By 11:00 am they had diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost to repair and had it completed by that afternoon. I was completely at there mercy. E&E and Aaron were honest and operated with integrity and had my car repaired for a very reasonable cost including towing. They do good work, and in a timely manner. They keep in good contact with you when issues come up other than what your vehicle is there for.Also, they have top tier technicians and top tier technology to make sure they find all that is wrong with you vehicle and explain it in a way that non-mechanically inclined folks can understand.All and all it's a great place to take your vehicle for all repairs that it may need.

Great service! Honest, Christian people here. They always have given me outstanding service at excellent reasonable prices. Diesel and gasoline vehicles. I will not go anywhere else now! These guys are the best ! I dont know who Erin,is but he's God sent.My son's car broke down on his way back to Vtech. Insurance company called tow company. Who stated the delivery the vehicle. The even sent me google maps with delivery complete. It was NEVERED delivered to E&E. Erin called every tow company with no luck. Then he called state troopers to see if they had it towed nothing. Finally he had state troopers drive by and check if it was even moved. It wasn't at all. Now it's safely with Erin! Amazing customer service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My husband & I have been bringing our vehicles to E&E for several years now. We love the professional service, & friendly staff! We have found them to be very straightforward, & honest about everything! They always give us a "head's up" when one of our vehicles needs something, but not like other places! Other garages I've dealt with in the area will pressure you to have extra work done before you leave. E&E doesn't do that, & I appreciate that tremendously! If you need work done to your vehicle I wholeheartedly recommend E&E!

Excellent customer service and work on my vehicle! I was in town for a short visit and needed shocks/struts replaced. Scott quoted me a fair price and the work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Pretty good. They came out to help me and got me out in less than an hour. 4 stars because I think 150 dollars is too much for a drag out of the snow.
