Don't let the looks fool you. This business did an amazing job on my car repair. I had engine work done on my German car that nobody else would touch. The staff was helpful and the price was fair. I will continue using this business and highly recommend.

We are traveling in a small motorhome and picked up a nail in a tire. Lloyd s Tire service took me in immediately and did a permanent fix within 30 minutes to get us back on the road. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend them!!

I took my daughter s CRV there because the heat wasn t working. They deduced that it was a defective radiator cap. They could have charged us hundreds of dollars but they were honest and very helpful.

Lloyd's has fair prices and they don't try to take advantage of the ladies by pointing out things that don't need fixing. They only fix what needs it. They are courteous and fast. I will be a customer of theirs for a long time.

I went to Lloyds first for an inspection sticker, great service , than I made an appt as my wife s car needed to be towed, I told them the battery , they immediately did a diagnostic check it wasn t, they asked if there were any problems just call, I said to them good mechanics are hard to find. He agreed and getting rarer, I than , said they will be our preferred shop to go to.Lloyds mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and professionals

Called ahead, they were the only ones that said they could get us in today and let us wait without just leaving the car. Got In for a state inspection and wheel alignment done. I was in Virginia from New York City for a basketball tournament with my family. Second day here my car started making a scraping sound every time I stepped on the brake. I m 300 miles away from home so finding a mechanic in a state where you re not from is always scary. Lloyd s was a 5 minute drive from the hotel so I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. They replaced my back brakes and caliper and plugged a tire. They were quick and honest and did it all for a great price. I dropped off my daughter's car at Lloyd's to be inspected, and (as I had to leave early for work) I asked her to be responsible for checking the car in and picking it up when done. Love the owners!! Great place to get your car fixed. They only fix what is wrong with your car, don't cheat you, do a thorough job, and are reasonably priced. Very nice staff, and they try their best to fix your car in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend calling ahead though, to get an idea of how busy they are/what day would be best to bring in your car so you are not suprised by wait times. They are amazing, and a lot of people know it so they fill up fast!

I have been going to them for many, many years. They can usually always work on my vehicles the next day and their prices are very fair (including labor). As others have said, I occasionally suggest replacing something and they check it and call me saying it does not need to be replaced. Great people!

We broke down on I-64 and found Lloyd's on a whim. We were heading to a State Park about 2.5 hours away, and were already 2.5 hours from home, so we were basically stuck in Sandston until our truck was fixed. The team at Lloyd's was AMAZING in our situation....with short notice they agreed to check out the issue, and they had us back on the road in just a few hours. The owner was there the entire time we were, and he and his wife were so gracious in dealing with my husband, daughter, and I basically setting up shop in their waiting area, as we really had nowhere else to go. I also respected that the owner had his mechanic go to lunch before fixing the truck...to me, this showed he truly valued and respects his staff. I wish this place was closer to us in Virginia Beach!

They've done an excellent job creating an environment of actually helping people not just trying to make money anyway they can. This shop did a great job of fixing my car, now I need to talk to them and no one answers the phone. I have been calling them since last Friday. The price was very reasonable but I need some warranty work done.

Wanted to get my motorcycle inspected quick, told me to call back later. Called back, he said "Bring it on down". Pulled it in, 10 mins later pulled out. Fast, friendly, and humble.

I been dealing with them since 1989 never had a problem how I started was no back lights on my car shop wanted 4 hundred to fix it, so I went to lloydand cist me 9 dollars so I been with them every since because they not out too get you

These guys know what they are doing! I have tried multiple locations to get my vehicle aligned, and they are the only ones that got it dead on, driving straight!
