This is a stand up place with a outstanding staff. I did not feel pressured or pushed and I was treated with respect and value. I would highly recommend checking experts motors when and if you are looking for a new vehicle very pleased and they have won my business I will be back when I am need of another vehicle. I had a great experience at Expert Motors LLC. The Owner worked with me to get the car I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and which might be best for my daughter s first vehicle. The vehicles offered were in good condition. Great customer service. Very friendly and down to earth. I would refer family and friends who are looking for used reasonably priced car.

I would recommend Experts Motors to anyone looking to buy a decent used car or SUV for under $10,000. They have many under $5,000. After looking online for 2 weeks and going to several small "budget" dealerships, it was difficult to find a place that had much to offer in that price range. The owner was friendly and never tried to pressure me into purchasing from him. He had excellent communication skills and was quick to respond to calls and texts. I'm happy with the car I chose and really glad I found this place.

Mr. Kobby was very upfront about all of his cars reliability and I was able to get into a great used car for a reasonable price, especially in todays market. He has excellent communication and comes off very genuine about wanting to put people in decent cars. I had a great experience.

I m changing my review. This guys a scam artist! He sold me a car that had been totaled/salvaged and had turned back the odometer!! I will be contacting BBB. Do not use!

I have been looking for a reasonably priced car for my 17 year old daughter for months and I found a car listing on Facebook Marketplace for this dealership. My inquiries were answered; I was able to look at the car the next day and he guided me on any steps I needed to take prior to my visit. During my visit, I test drove the vehicle and drove away with my daughter s dream car. She is ecstatic and there is nothing that fills a mother s heart more than to see their kids smile. I realized when I got home one of the car's headlights were out. I immediately contacted him and he told me he'd take care of me and he did. Thanks to Koby for the excellent customer service and the seamless process to purchase my baby girl s first car!

I was surprised to find the Porsche I was looking for here, not only was it in perfect condition but the price was fair. Kobby helped me out a lot.

I ran into this Business while I was leaving the Airport on way home. I stopped by to browse cars for my teenager. Then ended up Purchasing a nice car for a reasonable price.. The owner was very people friendly and made my sales experience thus far the best. No high pressure sales and I was in and out. I will be purchasing again near future... Thanks a bunch Experts Motors you Rock :)Update: My daughter is so in love with her car . It s so perfect

The gentleman (SPARKS) that assisted me was very friendly, polite and courteous. He explained the whole process and along with the other personnel made it a relaxing, stress free experience. I bought my 2006 Honda Civic coupe here. No issues with it , it runs smooth. I drive around there time to time to check on the lot.I be happier with the experience each time.

Kobby is one of the best car sales men in Sandston va I went to him for 1 car that I was looking at and he ended up putting me in something 1000% better than what I came for his customer service skills are GREAT he was upfront an honest about everything and all his cars on the lot this is one car dealership you would definitely want your car from no question asked I am more than happy with my new car its literally NOTHING wrong with my car 10 stars hands down I reccomend him to everyone that ask about my car

I was looking for a reliable car as my commuter when i fortunately found Expert Motors. He had a wide array of cars and SUV's to choose from. I test drove about 3 cars with no problem. Long story short, the owner was very helpful with my search. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a nice dependable vehicle to purchase.

Bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from Experts Motors. That was the best deals I ve made so far. Kobby gives you the best deals you need, he walks you through the steps you need and help you with all the paper work and you can hop in your new car and drive home. I love my car and will refer anyone to this awesome spot.

I found car listing on Facebook Marketplace and this car dealership is legit. Kobby is the owner and is very professional. I bought the 2010 Mazda the same day because he answered all my questions and provided guidance on how to purchase vehicle and register at the DMV. I would highly recommend this place to buy a vehicle; good price for purchase.

I went in looking for a minivan but came across this VW that looked great. I had no intention of getting a wagon but I loved how the car drove and handled. They provide great service and reliable vehicle. If it's not on their lot, talk to them, they'll help you locate your vehicle of choice or something comparable. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Kobby is a person who is honest and gives you the best deal you can ever get. I purchased an Audi A6 from him about 3 years ago and that car still drives smooth with no issues. I would recommend experts motors to anyone looking for a nice, affordable descent car. Kobby will never rip you off like other dealerships. He understands the life and try to work with you regardless.

Very great cars at a very reasonable price my car last me forever with nooooo problems. He s an excellent car salesmen nothings better with buying from a salesmen that you can trust. I m definitely buying my next car from expert motors because there reliable at a cheap price so make sure you check him out.

Koby is the best he works with you so that once you leave you don't feel ripped off , and he's not like all other dealerships where you feel pressured or overwhelmed. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who ask. I purchased my vehicle 09/04/19 and I still love it I like to wait a while before I give reviews and things just in case anything goes wrong but so far so good

I had a wonderful experience at Expert Motors today. Salesman Koby was exceptional. He listened to my needs, asked pertinent questions & showed me vehicles that met my requirements. Apart from selling me the best and most reliable car I have ever driven, they also assisted me with shipping the car to Ghana for me. I went into expert motors yes a little after hours due to work schedule but really wanted a car off their lot. I have decided not to purchase such vehicle from this place due to so much disrespect. The guy who showed me the vehicle didnt even introduce himself and was on his phone the entire timeHe acted like I was a burden when even asking questions about the vehicle which only needed a couple things fixed. I had cash in hand but with way I was treated decided not to purchase. The five star reviews half are probably fake as the guy didnt even try to answer questions or get off his phone. So unprofessional and I would not recommend this place

I will recommend this dealership. I wasn t even ready to buy a car at the time We literally drove by and decided to go see their inventory my girl and I got blown away. I went back after a week when I was ready. The experience was superb. Kobby is the guy to see. This dude treats his customers with absolute respect. I will go again.

What you'll find at Experts is a great selection of cars at an unbeatable price. What makes this place even better is the people and how seamless they make the car buying process.I really enjoyed my experience and I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and the people running it. Very very good cars . If you go anywhere in Richmond go to expert motors just got another car from him low miles clean Carfax everything. He has A great personality he tells u things no other salesmen would tell u about a car most places jus want your money when u leave there it will be with a car a good one one better than u thought u could get
