Incredible is an understatement for how excellent West Salem Collision and Frame is. Taking in our vehicle promptly, working well with our insurance, and returning the car in better condition than it was before the accident are just a few reasons why we'll be coming back here for any body repairs. Marc is an expert and he believes in using the best parts for your car that will give you the best performance and safety. The paint job is seemless. You can see from the photos he made it like it never even happened. If you want excellent service and perfect repairs, Marc is the guy to go to.

Marc does business the right way. Quality work with the customer in mind. He is attentive to everyone that comes through the door and works to the same high standard on every job. He works hard to get your car back to you as fast as he can including staying late and working weekends. All I'm saying is every town needs a West Salem Collision (Marc & his team) are amazing. Any minor/big body work, air bag replacements, or collison work you need done this is the place. He works on & is certified in American & Foreign cars. The professionalism & knowledge he has is great. Any questions you have he will break it down as best as he can so you understand. He keeps you up to date on what's going on & shows that he's not trying to just get you in & out for your money but that your car is top tier quality when leaving his shop. It took a while but it was honestly worth it, it also took so long because of many parts being on backorder (NOT his fault at all) I'm sure he would've got it to me sooner. He is big on insuring your car not only looks good but is safe to be back on the road. Thank you guys sincerely.

Marc at West Salem Collision and Frame did an awesome job for me. Incredibly efficient, communicative, and helpful. My car did not pass inspection a few weeks ago. Went to him because he was one of the only body shops around open on Saturday. Within ten days he had ordered parts, painted them, worked with me to get the car to pass inspection and even took it to get it inspected for me. Came back 36 hours after dropping it off and it was road ready and legal. He also threw in wiper blades for me, and looked to save me money at every turn. Super professional and attentive. Could not recommend him more!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred here from a friend. He was right. Marc was great to work with and very professional. Took time to explain the damage to me and the process to repair my jeep. Not only does it look brand new like it never happened but also they delivered the job two days ahead of the promised date I was told it would be ready. Excellent! A+++++ Can t recommend them enough!

Quality work with the repairs done to manufacturer spec. Id definitely recommend the shop to anyone who needed repairs done. Your automobiles repair area will look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Very pleased with this company.
