My boyfriend friend Greg called Tim and he was so kind to get us squeezed in and was very honest and straight forward with us. I'd definitely recommend him. Very nice man and affordable prices.

Tim is a great mechanic and a very fair one. He is fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Tim is also fair and will not mislead anyone about repairs. I drive from Vinton to Salem to take my Honda because I trust him

Maiden Auto made space for us in the shop right before the end of the year so we could have some mechanical issues fixed on a work truck and be able to include it on this year's taxes. We appreciated the very communicative and friendly staff, quick to fix the problem with the truck, and got it back to us in good time.

Jack Arnold you were not charged 1.5 hrs for just charging the a/c, the shop fee is standard for the use of shop supplies and the other is credit card fee for your card. I am sorry for your experience but please don t mislead others by your false information. If you had any problem at time of payment I would have addressed your concern. Furthermore, your vehicle takes yf1234 Freon which the average charge is 400 dollars at the dealer. This is Tim maiden talking.

I was buying a used car locally. Never met this guy before, but I called and told him what was up he said he was swamped but he would take a look. Tim came right out grabbed a creeper and slid underneath the car. Popped back out and explained why everything was cool with the frame of the car, to top it off the guy wouldn't take money. Hard to find that these days. Guy is straight up as far as I'm concerned and I will definitely take my car to him. My name is Christopher Davis and this is a very true story

I have no problem with the quality of work, but feel that 1.5 hours labor is excessive for A/C recharge on a 2018 Chevy Cruze. Additionally, shop supplies billed at $7.50, and other billed at $7.26 for simple A/C recharge leaves me with wonder. Sorry that I didn't go to Jiffy Lube and save $100 or more.Service: Auto A/C rechargeService: Auto A/C recharge

I've been to Tim's twice now and both times they found and fixed Firestones mistakes! I took my car to Firestone for a tune- up and ended up having to take it the day after to Tim's to check it out again because Firestone wanted to charge me another $100.00 just to diagnose their mistake! Tim's had found they put the wrong spark plugs in my car that day AND within a month I had to take it to Tim's because the car leaked all the oil out of it while sitting in a parking lot. There was zero oil in the car! The oil plug came out of the car from Firestone's oil change they did when I had the tune up! Tim's found and fixed both issues each time fast and I have not had any issues since. I highly recommend taking your car here. They know what they are doing. They are super nice, honest and fairly priced! I will not take my car anywhere else.

Tim is sensational. When he was finished, he had explained everything, done a great repair job, even took care of a few small details in the area of his work, and gave me a very fair price for his work. When I left I had a new trusted friend and mechanic and another appointment to let him start doing all my scheduled maintenance. Thank you Tim Maiden.
