I just bought a Mazda 3, 5 speed last week from this place. No issues, he explained everything to me was very helpful and informative on everything that had been done to the car. I looked at other vehicles too but decided on this one! Masood is the guy that worked with me and answered all my questions. I had no issues with this vehicle at all. It runs great. Thank you again for all your help!

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. The staff are wonderful and friendly people and the services they provide are great! The people there really care about what car you are looking for and help you find the perfect car. I would highly recommend Peerless Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase previously owned cars.

I bought my 2004 Honda accord from them 2 years ago and the man who sold me my car was very friendly and worked with me on the price. I wasn t able to withdrawal all of my money because of a limit my bank set and he let me pay half and take the car home that night and gave me the title the next day when I came back with the rest of the money. Very good people and I have had zero problems with my car besides regular wear and tear of daily driving. My car still runs great and I do not see it going out in the near future. Out of all the car dealerships in Roanoke and Salem I would recommend this dealership over all of them

Sadly I couldn't give less than a one star. These people are total con artists. I bought a car they had reassured me they had been personally driving regularly. I didn't even put 150 miles on this poor car......EVERY light on the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I've spent almost 2 grand more trying to make this ticking time bomb from going off. I lose a quart of oil ever few days. We've replaced everything we possibly could to fix the car. It's a SHAME these men will lie just to make a sale. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people need to be shut down I haven t had my car for a full 24hr and my car doesn t want to work I will be calling my lawyer and suing they know these cars don t work and they continue to sell cars do not buy any cars from this dealer save your money

Peerless has advertised a specific vehicle that I was interested in. I contacted the guy and asked him specifics on specs that weren t listed. He lied and said the vehicle had them. We drove 140 miles to find out and the car was junk. The car had Mickey Mouse work; not fixed correctly and the car didn t even start. There is a reason his prices are so low and he s not near other dealerships. I don t recommend.

Doesn't deserve one star. Bought a truck for my 16 year old daughter. He said "there are no technical issues with it, I guarantee it". Drove it home, got in 30 minutes later and it wouldn't start. Fuel pump is bad and he said there is nothing he can do about it. He also said "my conscience is clear". Don't buy a car from them.

They sold me a car that someone worked on to hide its problems. So when I bought it I didn't find any big problem. However, after I bought it, several things started not working. Just after a week I have to spend more than 1,000 dollars to fix these problems. I strongly suggest to bring a car to a mechanic for a check before buy it!

I bought a car from here about a month ago and it s the best decision I ve ever made! Staff was so helpful and kind, not to mention the car was in near perfect condition. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a decent priced used vehicle!

Don't EVER buy from here. Got a nice looking and (seemed to be) good running car from this place, didn't even make it home before we realized a part in the transmission needed to be replaced (popping out of 5th gear into neutral). Called back and owner said it was nothing he could do and it was ours now since we signed an "as is" contract. What a joke!!! Bunch of crooks.

Test drive these cars for a good while and make sure you get on the interstate and make sure it is really road worthy!! Bought a little minivan that drove around town just bought it and went to get on interstate and I couldn't go over 50 mph called and of course as is means as is I won't spend another dime here nor would I recommend them either

We went to pay cash for a truck. Owner let us take it for a test drive. When we came back doors were locked and no one was anywhere to be found. After waiting a few minutes, called the owner. Said he was picking up parts and he'd be right back. We waited a half hour, no owner. We left the keys in the vehicle and left. Crazy!

Went to look at a car that had "new tires, ran great, and working ac" and apparently working does not mean it works. The tires are all but bald and it needs new wheels on top of that. They will lie and hide whatever possible. Wont be going back

I thought that I had felt lucky by getting a car from these people but I purchased a 2013 Ford focus from then drove fine the day I test drove it so I bought the car that following Monday by Friday the car broke down I had to replace the battery Which was $223.three days later, my car broke down again I had to get the cellinoid In the starter replaced it was $280. Then I drove the car not even two more days and it broke down again it would not even crank I took it to a car dealership and they told me that I was gonna have to get the whole computer replaced in the car which can cost between 700 and $1000. When I called them to tell them about the car they told me since the car was sold as is there was nothing they could do and they offer me $100. $100? Really after I handed him $4000 cash to pay off the car never buy from this place I will be reporting them to the business bureau

Sooooo glad we didn t purchase any of the vehicles here. One car we looked at had a nice exterior, low miles for a 2007 model, but as SOON as you open the doors the smell would knock you down. I ve been around the death care industry and planning to make a career of it, and this wasn t any normal stench. Like, literally you couldn t even take a breath without feeling sick while driving it. Not to mention, everything popped,scraped,and squeeled on the car. Not saying that I know for sure an incident took place in the car, just saying if it DID, it s shady not to tell someone and refuse to tell where you got the vehicle from.

Worst car lot I have ever dealt with in my life. Corrupt people who sale cars that are so messed up. They sold us a car that they had to take back and send to junkyard bc their own mechanic said it was too broken to fix so they gave us another car in even worse shape we ended spending 300 in towing bills bc it broke down on the interstate twice and almost 400 in mechanic bills only to be told car is too messed up and expensive to fix! These people need to be shut down they knowingly sell these cars like this. Car didn t even last two days and it s broken down at the mechanic can t even get it off that lot! Never ever buy a car from here!

Do not buy a car from this outfit. They are beyond useless and liars on top of that. The guy that handles their internet sales, Eddy, is an absolute joke. He will convince you to buy a vehicle and tell you a final price and you will agree to buy it and then he will tell you "sorry I can't hold that vehicle" and then you will drive an hour and a half and you will call when you are 15 minutes away and they will tell you it's still available but when you get there miraculously it's sold but we have another great vehicle we will sell you for a thousand dollars more... Classic bait and switch!

Update! I have not been able to drive the car I bought from this dealer since the day I took it off the lot (July 2020) because it has major electrical issues. Please beware of you step on their lot!Terrible place to buy a car! The car I bought from them cut off within an hour off driving off the lot (electrical) and they would take no responsibility were rude and dismissive when I tried to talk with them about it. If I could give no Stars I would!

I took my son to look at cars here. His first purchase mind you and they convince him to test drive a car, then once he wanted it he was told to leave 500$ and come back in two hours. I asked my son to let me see the receipt for that, he showed me a business card and Mohammed wrote on the back that my son owed him 500$ when I made him make a proper receipt he became aggitated , we left and waited on him to call us back. He did only to have us come out and another gentleman threw my son his 500$ on the desk and said car not for sale.

literally the worst car place i have been to. the phone numbers listed on the website would not answer the phone when they are open, and then we went to walk inside to talk to someone when their open sign was on and the door was locked and we could see the guy in there just sitting in there on his phone. i m normally not one to leave reviews but i m still trying to figure out how this place has not been shut down yet. not to mention the prices were way too high considering the miles and value

What a joke. Everything about this place is comical. Wasted my time on a car with obvious problems but didn t identify them in a car posting. Tried to fool me into test driving the car. Once I got in, the power steering was so jacked up I didn t even feel safe sitting in it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

It s always hard to buy a car from a dealer because of all the drama , we ll take the hard out when you shop at Peerless auto sales , these folks not only get it , they have it...Every now and then I need a car so I was buying from different places until I was told about this place , I went there and I must say I found a place to shop first when looking for a car , not only do they have a selection but they have the right price on the selection, these people are nice to deal with and if a problem after the sale even though it was sold as is , they will try to help .Ive bought several cars now and I ll always come here FIRSTI was a dealer in the Roanoke valley for 31 years and the only place I d buy a car from would be of course my place , in 1980 I opened a place in Vinton , Va and one of the first things I learnedWAS HOW TO TREAT PEOPLEthe folks at PEERLESS AUTO SALES know how to~~~~~ TREAT YOU ~~~~~you can BELIEVE in steveASK AROUND

They sold me a p.o.s the van broke down before my 30 day tags ran out. So definitely dont recommend this place at all for anyone. DO NOT GO TO PEERLESS AUTO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY CUZ THAT IS WHAT U WILL DO. DO NOT GO THERE

Thought these guys were great. Purchased an mdx earlier in the year thing was great and got a great price. Currently heading in to check out buying another vechile.
