I normally don't write reviews because I think sometimes they can be unfair and biased based on emotions and a slew of other factors, but this one needed to be written. After needing autobody work from an accident, I came here. I walked in, met the tech that was going to write up and handle the estimate. After he took a few photos he said to take the car home(barely drivable because the undercarriage was scraping the ground) and he would call in 3-4 weeks to let me know when they could start working on it. I had so many questions and I left with even more. I saw another tech on my way to my car, his name was James and James must have seen my emotions written all over my face. He immediately stopped what he was doing and started listening to all of my questions and worries. Long story short, he pulled the car in, put it on the lift, showed me all the damage and explained the entire process from start to finish and I left there with a smile, a bunch of free knowledge and a game plan...also I left with a scheduled repair date. He then fixed the car so my son could drive it until they could start the repairs at which time I will get a rental. Even while writing this I am still amazed by James!! My vehicle hasn't even been repaired but I am at peace knowing it is in good hands. Sometimes we just need to stop and go the extra mile like James did and be patient, it is definitely a lost art in customer service. James, I hope you and your boss see this because you deserve the recognition and I appreciate you! Thank you, you rock!!

Was very pleased with the quality of work and how quick they fixed my truck and got it back to me. Within 2 weeks I had truck back looking like nothing ever happened. The customer service was amazing which is hard to find and received text updates with the progress. They will definitely be getting my business in the future.

Quality of work performed was very good to excellent. Better than expected. A bit disappointed with time frame from submitting vehicle to retrieving vehicle, nearly three weeks. Yet we were kept informed of progress. Very professional overall.

Davey and his team did a absolutely amazing job on my 2014 challenger and had me in and out with in a week. They are really easy to work with and the communication was excellent. Throughout the week of my challenger being worked on Davey was sending me pictures with updates at least every day If not twice a day. Davey and the team here seriously blew away expectations with my repair on my 2014 srt8 challenger. Refuses to warranty labor and parts was supposed to fix AC which still doesn't work took back to warranty their work to actually fix and now it's making horrible noises and still does not work has horribly disrespectful staff that are definitely NOT mechanics update STILL NOT FIXED

They did repair on my 2014 ram truck. Told me it would be 6 days ended up being 16 days, the work was not completed at all. Still waiting on manager to call me back it has been 3 months

This place is a joke and does not know how to take care of their customers. The lady at the front desk is rude and you can tell she don t like her job. They lost my car at first and then when they called me 2 weeks later to tell me my car was fixed it was never fixed and after 2 more weeks finally got my car back and it still wasn t 100% fixed and now have to take to a different shop. Just wish I could have gave them a 0 but they don t let me. Never use this companyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Part of owning a business entails proper communication with your customers .. this business has zero . They tell you when your car will be finished then when it isn t finished on time they don t call to let you know or even answer the phone when you call to get a status update.. doesn t matter how many voicemails that you leave so don t even waste your time leaving one. I had a great experience here. They repaired my car within the timeline they gave me, did an awesome job, and even touched up some small nicks I had on my door.My car was clean when they gave it back and I don't have one complaint. The office staff are great, professional, and courteous.When I was trying to decide where to take my car for service, my insurance company told me that Cuz's had very good reviews.I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I just picked it my 2016 malibu and they caused additional damages and didn't fixed my car fully. Wouldn't recommend I should've went else where.

Customer service begins at the front desk. No effort on that part made me take my business elsewhere. You can have the best body techs in the business but if you can't book the business through your rude, lazy and unprepared "receptionist," it's all for nil. 1 star only because there is no option for zero stars.

Said it would take 7-10 days for them to complete the work on my car. Over two weeks later they finally contacted me saying it was ready, but when I came to pick it up they said it would be a few more days. They do not answer their phones and could never give a complete answer on what exactly the problem was or when it would actually be ready.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Brakes

Joe Hudson's Collision Center is makes getting your car fixed completely painless! Brianna, at the front office, and David, the manager, were a complete joy to work with! They had my banged up car fixed quicker than I imagined possible. The service and professionalism here is the best I've experienced at any body shop in my life. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else. Geiko gave them to me as an option, and I'm glad I drove a bit further to use them.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my 2016 car in for PDR repair after the hail storm last may since it was in our network. After they kept my car for a week for the repairs, I had to leave it an extra weekend so it could be taken to the dealership in Christiansburg to have the dealership do a factory reset to the sensors that had to be removed during the repair. Once I got my car back, I realized how terrible of a job that was done on my car. My sunroof head liner trim was hanging down, my trunk light was completely removed from the socket and screw driver marks were gouged into the plastic portions of the dashboard where whoever attempted to remove the head liner didn't do it so gently. After calling them and taking it back for a second time, I kept getting the run around about the part to repair my missing trunk light. They kept blaming the dealership for sending the wrong part. Once that was finally repaired, I noted that I kept hearing odd sounds, like a helicopter was flying in my car as well as my automatic trunk making clicking noises when it opens. They didn't seem to care to want to fix any other issues since insurance already paid them and they took my deductible. Fast forward to now, I have since moved out of state and my problems are still ongoing. We called Cuz's almost a month ago to talk to them about the ongoing issues since they warrant their work for the lifetime you own the car. We were told someone would call us back and still haven't heard a word from anyone there. Thankfully, our insurance company allowed us to take the car to a real shop where they have already identified the issue. My roof rack wasn't reinstalled properly after the repairs at Cuz's, as it was missing several bolts. These bolts have allowed water to accumulate into my car, causing electrical issues and water damage. And for the noise, where many bolts were missing, my roof rack was rattling against my car. It's a wonder it hasn't flown off and caused an accident. Long story short, they care about getting their money and doing less than subpar work. If you like getting the run around and being ignored, they can help you out. Terrible that my newer car has the extent of damage it does just from a rushed job and nobody to ensure things like this didn't happen.
