My last 2 cars were purchased from Hart Kia. They are great to work with. My last car was hit, and I was worried about the rise of pricing. Craig was great! He found a vehicle that I liked, wanted, and could afford! Thank you, Craig! The entire team, including collision, Helen , Janet, and team, to Service, who have helped for years and I look forward to continue seeing for maintenance, and again sales, thank you Craig. Hart Kia has really been there for me, and I thank you!

Awesome customer service! They made me feel so comfortable & at ease in handling the servicing/repairs to my truck. My husband passed away unexpectedly in Feb & I felt uneasy about dealing with the truck since my husband took care of our vehicles. Hart was honest with me about the condition of my truck since it was older & had alot of miles on it. This really made me feel good that they truly cared about me & my family due to our loss instead of trying to get over on me like I was afraid some places would. I would recommend them for service of any vehicle! You won't go wrong! Awesome, caring & excellent staff!

Greg was absolutely wonderful in helping me to purchase my new car. This makes my third purchase with Hart. I trust them completely. No pressure - no hassles. Lots of jokes and a fun and professional attitude. Mike was exceptional with insurances and financing. I will only buy cars from Hart and these wonderful people

I recently purchased a used vehicle through Eric Darby at Hart Motors. Eric was incredible- we talked on the phone before I came to look, and Eric took lots of time to get to know me and our family so that he could research their inventory and have several for me to look at. He answered every question I had, and I felt comfortable the entire time! Once I had made my decision, Eric made sure I knew the ins and outs of servicing the vehicle, especially since it is still under warranty, and he is available for questions whenever I have them. This was the smoothest car purchase I ve ever made- couldn t recommend Hart and Eric Darby any more!

I had a very good experience with Hart Preowned Center. The vehicle I purchased was priced very fairly and Joe was attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to get the information I was seeking. It was a smooth and easy process and I would definitely recommend this dealership, (or at least Joe and the woman who processed the paperwork, who were the only ones I interacted with) to anyone.

The service was amazing the staff was amazing! Eddie King worked with us and he was a pleasure to work with. I would give more stars if able to. We will definitely go back the next time we need another vehicle.

I called Hart on a Thursday about scheduling a recall repair on my Suzuki SX4, and Jennie the one making the appointments ask if I could bring car in on Friday morning. I took car and it was a quick drop off and I was given a courtesy ride to my work. I got a call with in about a hour and half saying all was done. I went back to pick up car and it was a quick process and I was on my way. Everything was done very nice, and everyone was very polite. Mind you this was done on a vehicle was wasn't purchased from Hart.

I was looking for a vehicle with specific options for a little over a month and stumbled on one for sale at Hart Motors in Salem, VA on CarGurus. I reached out to inquire about it and was assisted by Eddie King. Since I lived a few hours away from the dealership, I communicated frequently with Eddie to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for before making the trip to see it in person. When I showed up, Eddie had the car cleaned, tires replaced, and it ready for a test drive. While I was looking the car over, Eddie was polite, professional, and let me take all the time I needed to decide if it was the right vehicle for me. When I decided that it was, he worked with me to come up with a great price that made it impossible to walk away. I worked with Matt Smith to finish up the paperwork and he was equally professional and polite. I can't reiterate enough how Matt and Eddie's personable approach made this process easy and enjoyable---we talked a bit and got to know each other, making the process less transactional and more personal. Thank you, Hart Team for a great car buying experience!

Eddie was great! Matt in finance super friendly. Everyone in the office I encountered was friendly. Seemed like a real team. Quick and easy process and a super car for a very reasonable price!

Crystal was extremely helpful! She made sure I got the best deal for me which proved to me she had my best interest in mind. She was really on the ball and got me a great deal on a really sharp truck! I can't forget Eddie he was great too!

After dealing with someone else s insurance (complete hassle). Hart Motor definitely was a blessing from above. They didn t allow the insurance company to play me out of repairs especially since it wasn t my fault. I recommend them over any other shop mainly for their customer service. Thank you ll Hart Motor team for all your help and recommendations

I love Hart Gmc Motors service department and the sales team as well. They are always extremely nice, ready to take care of your every need.I had my oil changed on Monday July 20th and my yearly inspection, that by the way you get that inspection free every year if your purchase your car from Hart) I pulled up to service Department. I went in, Jennie asked my name. She pulled my appointment, extremely nice by the way, asked if I was waiting on it and I said yes. She showed me where I could wait. I no more than got to the restroom and got a text from Jennie that said , this is a number you can contact me while your car is in the service department. Now where do you get that can kind of personal service? I don t know of any other place! So I assure you that if you want to buy a car or need service this dealership has been around a lot longer than me and they are not pushy sales men and the service department actually really cares. I was greeted very warmly by knowable customer service representatives. From receptionist to sales personnel to body shop representatives. I was told what I was having done and how long to expect to be without my car. They did a wonderful job and I had a good experience. SLPreston

Chad Getty and his staff did a fantastic job on my Jeep. Chad even called the insurance company on another concern I had,not covered in the estimate and they approved it too.Being in the automotive industry myself for 40 years, I will highly recommend Chad and his team at Hart.

Exceptional service and follow-up. These words describe my interaction with Hart Motor Company over the past 10 years. Rare it is to be treated with such respect, given plenty of time to make decisions, and offered appropriate information about the choices, all in a context of a relaxed low-pressure environment. My wife and I observed after our most recent purchase, we feel almost like part of the Hart family! I can hardly imagine that family members receive any better treatment than we did as customers. Thank you!

The time it took to purchase the car I looked at was very short. The salespeople were very professional and helpful. Even offered to take me home and bring me back to get my other vehicle. Great service

I recently took my Suzuki in for recall work and headlight replacement. They did a great job in fixing my car. Also they provided courtesy transportation to my job and back for pick up!!

They really took care. Eric pointed a car out to me after looking at a couple other vehicles and I was hooked. The only catch was I had to get the wife s good graces on the car, they allowed me to drive it home let her look at it and drive back it was sold then and there ..... thank you for not being the typical car dealer you ve made a life long customer out of me and my family

Don't buy car from. Here.bought car didn't have a yeAR and transmission problems. I had. No warranty. They except me to pay them fix it and I don't think thaws right.don't buy a car from them.u think Mr.hart should know.plus man in service department. Has a chip on his shoulder.

I have sent 7 people there to purchase vehicles Jeff and bill the salesman are top notch guys had some trouble with work being slow and the transmission went out on it they were awesome in working with me to getting me back on the road .but the general manager there was rude to me I remember when I took delivery of my vehicle there was some paint on the inside of the door and specificly asked to have it removed and when they didn't he told me it's just a work truck really ? But it's my 12500 work truck I was really shocked by this answer after being in the customer service field for 32 years I know that you don't talk to your customers like that he is not a people person also I had to take some time off of work to take care of my dad who had stage 4 cancer I feel behind on the payment and asked them I would catch it up when I buried my dad and got back in town guess what they still took it next time my family NEEDS me I'll tell them sorry money is more important than your life I've never dealt with such a greedy and ruthless person I don't know his name and I don't want to I will pray for him and I will forgive him I m glad that God relived to me what kind of person he Is I will take my business else where and so should you

Easy to deal with in service. However, if you drop your vehicle off for simple oil change or inspection it will take all day.
