We had a wonderful experience. Craig Bell was attentive and informative. He went above and beyond, answering all our questions and making sure we were in and out in a timely manner. Hart Kia gave us an excellent trade-in value on our 2019 Kia Optima. We traded in for a 2024 Kia Seltos. This was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases we have ever made, and we have made quite a few over the years. The manager came over and spoke with us. He thanked us for purchasing with them. Let us know if we ever needed anything we could call him anytime. All of the people we worked with seemed very humble and not like the "car salesman " rep many dealerships have. We will definitely return to Hart Kia when we are ready to purchase again.

We were stranded in their city. My car broke down and it was going to cost too much to get fixed so they worked with me and I got a brand new car the salesman Robbie was very professional, very courteous, as well as the other staff members there. The only reason why they did not get a five star is because to go through financing to sit down with the gentleman took a very long time. I was advised that the client before me wanted to go through every piece of paper, and it took forever. The time I got to the financial person took me less than 10 minutes to sign the papers get the key and get in the car.

We just picked up our new Telluride from Hart Kia and had the best experience we ve ever had at a car dealership. From our first email contact to the perfect pickup experience our sales rep Daniel Chapman was fantastic. The car was ready, spotless, and exactly as promised at the price stated; no surprises and no nonsense.We first looked at this car closer to home and had the typical dealer markup / dealer add-on sorry but all the dealers are doing it baloney.I found Hart Kia on-line and Daniel sent a great price in writing with no mark-ups or surprises so we drove 6 hours to buy from Hart. It was the best decision ever and we highly recommend this group. Make the drive and work with this dealer and Daniel Chapman.You ll be glad you did.(By the way .the car is great!)

Absolutely awesome experience. Ordered a Yukon XL after Christmas & the meeting was seamless and the team made every step easy to understand. It arrived earlier than expected and they reached out to me to do "early work" and prepare. Arrived the day of pickup with 3 kids in town & they were patient and had us in and out in no time. Thank you Johnny Ford & the Hart team for everything! My Yukon is beautiful and I'm grateful.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people that helped us get into a Kia. After our previous Honda was totaled in a wreck with a tree during a storm, I had to quickly find a nice reliable vehicle before the end of the year before my wife had to return to work.I live 3-1/2 hours from Hart Kia but was able to work a deal through calls and texts with the manager, Woody Smith, and was assured there would be no surprises when we got there and he was true to his word. Woody gave me his phone number and offered for me to call him even after hours if I had any questions and I did, he took my call after closing, and answered my questions...super nice guy.The first people we met when we got there was Mr. Hart along with his wife, and Johnny Ford who was our sales associate, all of them very nice and down to earth people. I had already driven the model we wanted at a dealership that wouldn't work with us, but we took a quick test drive and Johnny answered all my questions about the features on the car and then he quickly got started on all the paperwork. I hate dealing with sales people who don't know their products but Johnny knew the car inside and out which is always a pleasure to deal with.We finished up with our finance guy, Matt Smith, who presented to us and explained all the options as far as insurance and warranties go but we never felt high pressured to commit to any options we didn't want or need. Again, another stand up guy and very easy to talk to.I have never left any review for a car dealer let alone a good review, but my experience at Hart was so good that I felt compelled to leave one this time. And let me add, I called and dealt with almost every Kia dealer in NC, as well as several in SC, GA, and a few in VA. While I talked to some good sales people at other dealerships, I could never work a deal. Hart Kia beat them hands down. Thank you, Woody, Johnny, and Matt!They will be the first dealer I call for the next car we buy.And let me add one last thing, I have never heard car dealership employees talk about how much they liked their jobs and the people they worked for but I did at this dealership which is testament that the owner and management are doing something right.

I made an appointment to have a safety recall done on my 2010 Kia Soul. Bert handled my check in and did a very thorough review. About halfway through the updates, Bert came to the waiting room and reviewed my car s technical evaluation. The car has been personally taken care of by me and it was good to hear an accurate appraisal with no extras added in. I needed a cabin filter replacement that was over two year's old and had it done. Wow, an honest evaluation without any fluff! Thanks again, Bert!

We have looked and Compared different vehicles over the past year. We decided on a Kia Telluride, because of the reviews online and other Telluride owners having very positive accolades. Plus our Technician that works on our other vehicles said that would be his next vehicle. Our Salesman, Max Schopp is very knowledgeable on Kia's. He is very easy to deal with. Our hats off to the team at Hart Kia !!

This is the best car dealership that I have ever been. After dealing with so many bad dealerships in my life, in the Atlanta area, I lost all my hopes of finding a place like this. All the way from the sales process to financing was a surprisingly excellent experience. This dealership should be a role model for Kia! The sales representative Craig Bell kept us informed all the time of our order status, was transparent with the numbers, and provided an amazing customer service. The financing representative Erick was also incredible, we never felt pressured into buying anything extra and worked with us so we could get the best deal possible.The whole experience was so good that it felt like I was buying a car from a family member.This will be my only dealership moving forward even if I have to drive 6 hours!

This is strictly for 3 people John, Carl, & Jennie. My mother recently brought a brand new Kia sport last year 2023. Upon going in for her oil change this month. Her mileage was put in incorrectly. 2284 over human error as Carl stated.Yet, when my mother asked for it to be corrected he stated it couldn t be. That it would mess up the whole system. That she would get to that mileage by the time her next oil change. However, my mother miles are currently 3456. How can she possibly drive that much as a senior citizen!? She s not traveling like that so tell me?Currently I am looking into this matter after speaking to the officer in Va. for this matter. It s fraudulent & because she s older. How many more people have this so called human error been done on!?Well Kia you have the right person. I don t play when it comes to handling business. We asked you politely the first time to fix it now I will handle my way!Update: After traveling to VA from NC. The form given to my mother was a falsified document. Completely different from the one she originally had. If corporate can t handle this matter. I will make this a civil complaint though the court. Any elderly woman/men pay attention to your documents

Worked with Craig and had a solid experience purchasing a new vehicle. The process was fairly swift from start to finish and they even let me take the vehicle home first for my wife to try out. Negotiation was straightforward and honest, and the final purchase had no pressure to purchase extra warranties and benefits I didn't want. For new vehicles in the Roanoke valley I'd recommend stopping by Hart.

I went to Hart because that is who sold us our GMC truck and serviced it. My husband has passed and I felt I needed to still go there. They are friendly and seem to do a good job. My only complaint might be having to wait so long. I could have shuttled home, but it wasn't suppose to take long. Five hours later I regretted staying.That being said, they did a fine job, and I do trust them.

We recently purchased Kia Sportage Hybrid and this was one of the few dealers who were willing to sell this car at MSRP, where majority of the dealers are charging mark-ups. Initially I exchanged messages with Jack Hart who patiently worked with me to answer all the Qs and was open about long wait times. After deciding to go ahead, I was put in contact with a sales consultant Max Schopp, who stayed in regular communication with me throughout the year-long wait, always replying quickly to my texts.When it finally came time to buy the car, everything went smoothly, even though I was buying from out of state. They didn't try to add any extra products or fees. I had a good experience with this dealership and would definitely recommend them to others.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. It was a pleasure working with Hart to purchase my 2024 Kia Telluride. William our salesman was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly and not pushy at all. My 2 year old loved him, he made sure she was comfortable during this long process, which is a major plus to a mom lol. Jayson the sales manager was also great, and super helpful. Again thank you guys for everything and will definitely recommend Hart to friends and family. Will definitely be back in the future

After car hunting for several months, I found the perfect used vehicle at Hart! During my vehicle search, I met a lot of different people at several different local dealerships. None of them were as fantastic as the staff at Hart. There were no pushy salesman and no one looking to just make a deal . Eric, my salesman, was knowledgeable and welcoming. There was absolutely no pressure, and that is hard to find in a car salesman! Matt was also incredibly helpful in making sure all of the numbers worked. He was very patient and understanding. After all, it is all about the numbers! I did have a few hiccups after purchasing the vehicle, at no fault of the dealership - which is expected when purchasing a used vehicle. That s where Woody stepped in. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care was amazing. He took care of everything and never hesitated. I cannot recommend all the staff at Hart Motors, enough. Good customer service is so hard to find in todays world - but they knocked it out of the park. Truly, went above and beyond!

Transportation to and from dealership was not organized .Driver should have customers need for transport drop off and pick needed before taking your vehicle to Hart servicing vehicle.questions was not asked during setting an appointment.Had customers riding longer than necessary . Traveling was not mapped ahead of time.Vehicle was to small and could carry only 3 in vehicle.Good service to offer but in a larger vehicle .

Me and my husband had great customer service. We bought 2 knew Kia Sportage(2024) thanks to Daniel Chapman. If your looking for a new car go to Kia Hart you can't go wrong. Very friendly and caring. Needless to say I didn t purchase a vechile with them as planned. I wish I could do 0 stars. The salesman Daniel was plain up rude. I was the one purchasing the car but he continued to speak to my boyfriend about it when I was the one purchasing. He told me he was not going to go back and forth on a deal with me and if I wanted someone who would we needed to find someone else. Instead I went to Shelor Motor Mile Kia and they were more than willing to help!
