The staff at the Salem Virginia dealership was very friendly and made the process easy and put me into a dependable car at a reasonable bi weekly payment. I would highly recommend them.Jason was my sales representative. You guys are awesome and have been a God send by working with what I have to put me into a 2013 Toyota Carolla.I was so stressed out about losing my job due to unreliable transportation but you guys put me at ease. Drive Time in Salem, VA is the place to go when in need of a vehicle! Everyone is great and fun to be around. Kelsey S helped make sure I left with a vehicle that day. This isn't my first experience with this dealership, it's my second, so that should speak volumes. I have no complaints. GO SEE KELSEY OR JUST GO TO DRIVE TIME AND SEE THEM!!!

Working with Kelsey was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. She did a fantastic job of explaining everything and going thru the paperwork. She even listened to what I NEEDED in a vehicle and helped show me some options on site that really were exactly what I was looking for as far as mileage and features . She s a fantastic person to work with. We will definitely send people her way!

0/10 do not recommendPurchased a 2019 Kia Soul from Tim in December 2023. Within 4 days the check engine light came on and the Engine Control System and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Within 28 days of purchase I was told the engine needs to be replaced in its entirety. Drive Time has been unwilling to even discuss a loaner or rental vehicle coverage for the past month I ve been without the vehicle while it is being repaired. Drive Time has been so unhelpful throughout navigating the repair process. As a single mom with a job heavily reliant on having my own transportation, this has drastically impacted my income. Drive Time has been unwilling to provide service records of the vehicle while in their possession and it seems evident that they either neglected to inspect and repair the vehicle before sale, or they knowingly sold me a vehicle that was unsafe and unreliable. Be sure to take your mechanic with you before purchasing a vehicle from Drive Time Salem.

After weeks if searching we found a car we liked here. Tim was extremely helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. Asked us multiple times if we had any questions, and offered to help us out if we had any more questions. Definetly a great buying experience compared to other places I've been.

Very amazing very nice very sweet. Worked with us completely on everything. We had nothing. My son lost everything when his car blew up and they worked with us. We both had bad credit and she made miracle happen for real. She is amazing at her job and everybody needs to come see her if they re in a bad situation because we didn t know what we was gonna do at all we didn t, and she saved us And a very nice car and have transportation and all because of her she s amazing and she helped us out so much today so anybody that needs a car come see her she will work a miracle for you

All I can say is EXCELLENT!!! My DriveTime experience was pain free, hassle free, haggle free. My experience exceeded my expectations. They have amazing service and patience throughout the process of buying a car. Of all the places I tried to purchase a car this by far was the best. I got exactly what I wanted. Update: I had my vehicle for only 3 days when I had to take it to my local dealership to have a diagnostic ran on it to find out that my Water pump was Bad along with a bunch of other parts. broken motor mount, Bad tire sensors, There was something in the motor they had to rebuild, $4,100 of work and I had to pay $400 of that. When I got it back I had it for 50 days roughly and my heating would not blow out anywhere but from the defrost not the vent or the floor just defrost so I took it back to my dealership to have it fixed along with the radioAudio control modular and the warranty company told me that they wasn't responsible for those components in the heating and cooling system. Do not buy from this company they will sell you a lemon the warranty company will only fix certain things. And yes I know that's how a warranty company works but I was told they would cover the heating and cooling of the vehicle the motor transmission and drive train but now that the vehicle is falling apart they only replace certain components in those parts. Do not buy from this company. I am sueing drivetime and silver rock for the lemon they sold me.I had a great experience here. I was in and out in just over an hour. Got the right vehicle for us at a price we can afford with no credit! I love the people here. They are all fast and very friendly and inviting. I can not thank Kelsey enough for what she did for me. I highly recommend DriveTime in Salem Va.

We bought a 2019 Ram 1500 classic. Andrew was our sales rep. Andrew and the team get five stars for outstanding customer service. He had to stay after closing to accommodate our busy schedule and always showed professionalism. We were amazed at how fast and easy the whole process was. They have a great selection so we suggest you go to the website and fill out the form which won't affect your credit score. We're rebuilding our credit history and even with a low score, they approved us. Thanks again.

We got a 2022 Toyota Corrolla, we drove all the way from Waldorf, Md which was a 4 hour drive and worth every minute. They also did a great job with communication before we arrived.
