My repairs were done really quickly. My car was returned before the promise date. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The business was clean and so was my car when they returned it.I would recommend this location if you need repairs. They made my terrible situation bearable. Thanks

In December 2022, I was in a fender bender and needed body work done on my car. My insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision in Salem. Steve was my point of contact then, I m not sure of his exact title. My car was in and out of their shop from December to April. I had to take it back multiple times for various mistakes they had made. Once was because they hadn t reconnected my battery correctly so it kept dying. The other times were because they couldn t correctly fit the bumper and fender together. They claimed it was due to after market parts. I pushed enough that they ordered actual Toyota parts. Unfortunately, that still didn t solve the issue. They said maybe it was because the new piece that protects the radiator was after market - so they ordered that through Toyota. In the end, it still wasnt right and they told me that there was nothing more they could do (pictures are included). Fast forward a few months, and I began noticing the car slipping gears and lurching forward when slowly accelerating. I had no idea what the cause was, but wanted to make sure I received quality service so I took it to the Toyota dealership. They charged me $155 for a diagnostic, to tell me that when the radiator had been reinstalled, it was not done properly. There were issues with wiring and connections and I had been leaking transmission fluid. I called Caliber and talked to their new manager, Anna. She was apologetic, and wanted to help make it right. I asked to be reimbursed for the diagnostic ($155.99), the labor for the transmission work ($114.10), and for the parts ($116.60). I sent her a picture of the receipt, which she passed along to her regional manager. She told me that corporate would be sending me a check for that amount to reimburse me. I did actually receive a check today, which is why this review is two stars instead of one. The check did not cover the diagnostic, which is a huge chunk of what I had to pay. I appreciate that Anna tried to help, and I don t blame her for any of this in the slightest. Overall, I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

The people at Caliber were great! My estimate was fair and fast and the repairs were completed earlier than scheduled. My car looks like new (they even straightened out the license plate!). They kept in touch throughout the entire process and even returned my rental car for me! I hope never to use their service again but if I do there s no other place I d even consider going!!

The whole team at caliber collision was so amazing!!! Dylan kept me well informed through texts and calls as to how my car was coming along. Any time I had a question, he was always quick to respond back. They ALL went above and beyond all my expectations and did such an amazing job on my car!!!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for repairs!! I cannot give them enough praise for all they are and all they did!!!! Thanks guys!! Yall are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (BTW, I get so many compliments on how great it looks!!)

I dropped my truck off at 12:15 on Monday, February 19, to have a taillight replaced. I received a call around 3:00 the same day that it was ready. The manager told me when I dropped it off that she would try to have it the next day. She did better than that. Many thanks for that.

AMAZING SERVICEHad them to do a repair on my truck, granted it took about 3 weeks due to an INS snafu but the team at this place was and remains AWESOME in my book. Dylan was my service advisor and from the day I dropped it off, he was updating me at every station in the repair and he in turn was very accessible. I can't say enough about the MNGT and complete staff at this location. I'd recommend with 6 stars!

Excellent work on my car. They keep in touch daily to let me know the progress. I got the car back 10 days early. The front office lady is wonderful and very very helpful. My rep from the shop was great. Thank you.

Everyone at Caliber was so nice! Heather really made the process much easier and kept me up to date every step of the way. My car was even ready sooner than they promised and looks as good as new!! I would definitely use them again if needed.

They were absolutely amazing. They got me in earlier than any of the other shops could and kept me up to date. They would text me twice a week with updates and finished my car in 16 days. Dylan and all the folks at Caliber did an excellent job of walking me through the repair process and keeping me informed daily of their progress. DO NOT GO HERE! Service was completed after the date agreed upon. Multiple changes were made by Caliber for pick up date. We picked up vehicle and got 5 minutes down the road and found a nail in the tire. Caliber refused to claim the nail was from their shop and refused to pay for a new tire. They insisted on a plug but refused for a new tire to be placed due to my wife leaving the property for less than 5 minutes. DO NOT USE CALIBER FOR ANYTHING!

Professional, polite and excellent service. Car was ready before it was promised. I would never know where the car was damaged. If I hadn t brought it in myself. No stars are deserved ever but you have to at least give 1 to post. They're terrible, beware. Anna the GM lies and she's rude, work has to be redone after I had to take back again. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

We recently had our Forester in for bodywork after a minor fender bender. The car was in and out of their facility in a short 4 days and looks great. The adjuster and admin people were friendly and communicative. The staff were all very kind and responsive. Repairs took a while but it was completely due to issues out of their control. Once they received the awaited part, the car was finished in a very timely manner. Overall, we are pleased with our experience at Caliber!

I left my vehicle for body and trim and a small paint job and was told it would take possibly two weeks . I was called within 7 days and was told to come pick it up they were done . I thought that was done pretty quick and hope the job wasn't rushed to my surprise. It was done just as requested I couldn't believe the service and excellent communication.
