BUYER BEWARE. I came in 2 months ago to get 4 new tires and within 2 months of having these tires hankook one of them popped on the interstate. There was no pot hole or anything that I saw to have a tire blow out like it did. I put on the spare and gave blue ridge a call and they said tires don t just blow obviously they told me to drive there on the spare and they would look. Keep in mind I was 5 hours away visiting family for Easter. So no I did not drive on a spare for 200 miles back there. I went to discount tire and they checked it out and they said I should get a full refund as even if I did hit a pothole it shouldn t have popped the way it did. Unfortunately blue ridge tire felt differently. No refund. Not even partial refund. So more than $1,000 later in tires in less than 2 months I want to let people know not to support this business. I thought I was doing the right thing to support a local business but if I would have gone to NTB or discount tire, and this happened, I would have gotten a full refund.Service: Tires

I had a flat last week at night in an unknown area. I googled for roadside service close to me and Blue Ridge Tire came up. I called and Joe called me right back. It turned out they were not close to me at all (Google mistake), but Joe went out of his way to look up available roadside service places that were near me and willing to come out at 8:30p.m. His help was MUCH appreciated - highly recommend Joe and Blue Ridge Tire!Service: Tires

Great experience! These guys have your best interests in mind, and wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. Chris is especially friendly and helpful, and was definitely looking out for me when they replaced all four of my tires same day.

I called a day before I wanted to set my appointment. I asked the shop over the phone if I could get 2 new tires, a alignment, and a rotation. They said come in tomorrow at 1 and we will talk about details from there . I come in the next day , and the employee tells me that I can t get a new alignment, I said okay I just want my new tires and I ll get the aligned next week. I leave and call to make sure that my tires would be rotated. I did this because I ve had friends go, and have many problems but the shop made it right so I trusted them enough to go again. They said that they would rotate them. I go back and my tires weren t rotated, got told the same day as my appointment that I couldn t get a alignment because that s how the time slot works , and had a terrible alignment on brand new tires. Don t recommend this place, have had multiple people I know get there vehicles damaged by them.Service: Tires

Needed new tires after having one blow out on us while traveling to Roanoke to see family. Joe was quick to get the tires in for us and quick to get them mounted. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Thank you all again!!

Told them I wanted 4 Starfire tires which were the cheapest. They said okay , will do. Went to pay after tires were installed. Was about $60 more than quoted. They put some other more expensive tire on without telling me. Other than that they were nice.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was super happy at first. Salesmen was awesome in finding me a quality used tire instead of buying new.Was told the job would take 30 minutes and ended up taking 2 hours to do 1 tire. Even though they didn t communicate it would take longer I could see they were slammed.My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did.It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.

When I first went there I would have totally given in 5 stars but I live maybe I don't know 20 minutes away from there and I stopped at the gas station 10 miles away and had to blow up my front tire again that was just replaced. I ended up having to buy two cans of Fix-A-Flat and had to pay $4 to fill my tire with Air 2 times to get home. After which I went back the next day and you would think since this was an issue on their part they would take care of it quickly. Nope! I had to stay there for probably almost 2 hours just for them to get my tire done. So after all I had to pay. Couldofgot4 tires instead of 3

This place has the worst customer service I ve ever experienced at a tire dealership. I ordered my tires from an online retailer and had them installed here. They charged me twice the amount that they told me it was going to cost. They also told me that the installation package came with lifetime rotation and balance. I tried to make an appointment to have them rotated for the first time and they told me that they would have to charge me for that. There are plenty of other places in Salem to have your tires installed. Find someone other than these guys.

I purchased two tires for my tractor. I gave them the tire size needed. One of the tires leaked and when trying to fix it , I discovered that the tires were not correct.I took the tractor back and Blueridge Tire agreed they were wrong. They put the correct tires on but charged us again for the new tires and allowed no credit for the old ones. I now have tires that I can t use. They were rude and I will not deal with them again.

Went there to get a new tire put on and have my wheels rotated. After they were done, I left the lot, got home, went outside to go back out hours later and noticed my center cap was missing (on my 22 rim) on my back driver side, and the center cap on my front passenger side was loose. I panicked a bit as that is an $80 part, so I retraced my steps back to the shop only to find my center cap in their parking lot broken. I went back to their shop the following day because they were closed when I found my cap in their parking lot by the time I got it the previous day, and explained to the sales associate, Shaun/Shawn [?] what had happened, as I believed that the mechanic that took the wheel and center caps off had tightened the nut on the center cap too tight to the point where it ended up breaking the cap. He acted very rude and hot headed about the situation as if he didn t even wanna replace it as he felt that the center cap is nothing but plastic and it was gonna break eventually. So, he eventually complied to replacing the cap and told me to take the cap off the one that was loose. So, long story short, when I made it back home, I did, only to find out that one was half broken itself. So, I called and told them about it and asked to speak to the manager and explained to him what was going on before he eventually just ended up passing the phone back to Shawn, as he felt that it was a problem for him to resolve. Shawn told me there was nothing that he could do for the one that was loose because he said that it could have been broken or cracked before his mechanics started working on it WHENIT ALL CAPS WERE ON MY RIMS FINE BEFORE THE MECHANICS STARTED WORKING ON IT, so that left me $80 in the hole having to pay for an entirely new one, given they were willing to replace at least one of them.All in all, terrible customer service and would not recommend ANYONE to go there! And as a POC, I felt a very racist/prejudice vibe during my visit with a handful of the representatives who worked there.

Got my trailer tires dismounted and installed on new aluminum wheels. They did a great job, were very careful, and took time to install them properly. Smooth as silk! "Hack" is always willing to help anyone coming to them...Great job Guys!

I had two 24 inch wheels on my truck that needed to be changed. Dented and scratch my mags only put 21psi on 50psi tires cost 25$ to change and 25$ to balance plus shop fees and I watched 3 different people come in and leave before me. it took 3hours to change to tires and my bill was over $100 .I don't recommend any body taking there personal vehicle there

My wife took her car in late this afternoon to have the tires rotated. When she arrived at the time that I set for the appointment, she was told that they could not fit her in. To their credit, they did rotate the tires and she appreciated that since her work schedule is not compatible with their hours of operation. She confirmed with them that they set the tire pressure at 33psi while the tires were cold since that is the recommendation for this Honda. On her drive home, the warning light illuminated indicating that the tire pressure was low. She called Blue Ridge Tire from the car and the employee told her that the tires were all set at 33psi and that she should ignore the warning light. She stopped at Sheetz and checked the tire pressure. All of the tires were at 31psi. She added two more pounds of pressure to each tire. In my opinion, my wife should not have had to stop at a gas station, after dark, to do what Blue Ridge Tire should have done while the car was in their possession.

I called around to every single tire place in the area and they had the best price. I bought a new tire from here and they did a great job. Later that tire got a hole in it from a screw and they patched it for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

They are fine on skid steer and tractor tires. Don't take them anything nice because they treat aluminum wheels like they are tractor wheels, and grease all over your leather seats. And the manager has the temperament of a spoiled child.

I bought a tire for my trailer at Blue Ridge tire center. The tire, a Carlisle (made in China) was $135, an ok price, but the $10 mounting fee & the $10 service fee are both very high! It took about 45 minutes to get the tire mounted and another 10 minutes or so to get thru checkout, even though I was the only customer! I'm an older gentleman and was a bit disappointed that the sales clerk didn't offer to have someone help me throw that heavy tire in the back of my truck.

These guys can do it all! Anything from the heaviest equipment to a 4 wheeler tire. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and great tire techs. I've been using them for a couple of years, and they know their stuff and always treat me right. And pricing better than most big box tire stores!

Came in after a brand new tire wouldnt inflate for my boat trailer....long story short they cut my bead on my tire mounting it...then blamed ME for it! Charged me 50 bucks for a new tire after i already paid 100 for it earlier.... 150 dollars in total to get a working trailer tire!! If they make a mistake they are gonna blame the customer...pathetic...
