So I took the vehicle in for an oil change. They did a wonderful job. Looked up our ford plan and followed it. I was not offered anything extra (which was refreshing since I expect Ford to be providing me everything already per the prepaid maintenance plan) they were super pleasant and efficient, rotated the tires and gave me a great summary of how everything looked. They even scheduled me to come back in for a recall.I would return here and consider looking at a car when the time comes.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is abysmal. Don t waste your time with Berglund Ford! Won t return calls won t answer the phone, and voicemail is always full. I had to go in-person just to make an appointment. I dropped my truck off the evening before the day of the appointment and waited a few days. No news, so I finally got in touch with someone who said they couldn t look at my truck until the end of the following week (which would be 2 weeks after my appointment!). I drive to the service center and there stands the service advisor I had been trying to reach and a dozen more employees! No apologies and no explanation given.I found another dealer who could look at my truck in 2 days! I recommend shopping around for someone who wants your business!

I have called left messages I don't know why they will not return your call. This is ridiculous to not answer or return call.

I've had my vehicle serviced here since I purchased it in 2016. Berglund has never disappointed me. The service is always spot-on!

Manager Billy Ross and his team are excellent. We have gone here for years for service because of Billy Ross, fair and honest!

I was told my total bill would be $660.00, when I went to pay it was $1038.00. And he said he tried to hold the price down. I will not be back
