My Truck won't start and called this location for roadside. On the phone I tried to explain my identity that was came to the shop for change oil. and also let him no that early the red oil light was steady on. I didn't blame the mechanic about anything, I always satisfied in here. As a trucker I know the truck always came something, never perfect !!. And he came 30 miles away to see my truck with his personal truk not roadside truck and tried to start my truck. He didn't explain earlier that this location no roadside service,Very good customer service and maintenance. I am so sorry Sir to made you misunderstood and came all the way to my location.

Called to see if this location could help with my tire/auto inflation system. Gentlemen on the phone explained this location isn't a tire location. But looked at the inflation situation and tire. Took care of the problem no if's and or but's... Excellent customer service.

This is one of the few Speedco shops that really do what they're meant to do. I went in for a tractor PM.Starting with the very prompt attention and acknowledgement, the crew treated me super great!, the lady at the customer counter was very nice and helpful. They did a great job! No time wasted here. I would definitely come back. Thanks for the job well done!...Service: Oil change

You need 3 or more hours to get a filter change. Also no mechanic on hand, always doing road calls.

There're slow at this location. Always new faces walking in circles like the walking dead.Compared to other places/Speedco's I've been.2 hours for a basic oil&filter.

Super friendly!! Stopped here due to emergency (flashing engine light and car began shaking) while on a long family road trip. Gentleman inside named Asa was able to look at our car and made the trip with my husband to purchase the needed parts, came back and fixed our car. On top of that, Nat, who worked the desk area was ready with coloring books and crayons for our kids and THEN she took it upon herself to walk nextdoor to the 7-11 and got some slurpees for our kids. Took care of us in a time of need and we truly appreciate it!!

At 4am I went outside and let my truck warm up & I come back about 30 minutes later to find out there is a gigantic puddle of diesel in my driveway about 15gallons! I spent about $750 on services & another$300 in fuel leaks atleast.They left my fuel filter loose, thank God my truck didn't burn to the ground on my way back home.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Outstanding customer service experience!!!!!!!I must tell you that my faith in good people still being left in this world were restored by some of you fantastic employees! On Tuesday 3/1/22 my husband and I were traveling home from Florida to Massachusetts when we got off the exit to fuel up and I noticed steam coming out of the hood. When we opened the hood we realized or saw that the antifreeze was spraying all over the motor. Not knowing what to do or the area or where to turn. I noticed a Speedco sign across the street. The sign said tractor trailer oil change but with not having any other ideas and it being so critical to be fixed it we could have blown the engine. My husband went into Speedco and instantly was greeted with many helping hands. The Manager Leone Shaler explained that they do not work on cars but would do what he could to help and not leave us on the side of the road. The thermostat had cracked and needed to be replaced. Leone personal took my husband in his truck to a local Napa to get the part that needed to be replaced. Leone, Gerald Sigmon, and Chris Hunter all had a hand in replacing the part and having us back on the road safely. You do not see customer service like this anymore, employees going above and beyond to help. I hopethat they will all be recognized for being so helpful and kind. I will pay it forward:)

My husband went there yesterday. We needed a simple work done on tires and even this location did not provide this particular service, the gentleman at the desk picked up a phone and called other Speedco Shops along my travel route where I could have the service done. As I checked the prices later, their price was competitive with Love's and the labor was included when buying a part. Very good experience of customer service! So rare those days - courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. Will definately go back there for further service.

Three stars for the long wait time. They were also short staffed from appearance. The staff however seemed to take it in stride and were friendly. I'd recommend them though. 5 stars for the employees

Misleading. They had AGM type 31 batteries for $229 and when I called them. They confirmed they had 4 in stock for that price. So I drove 1.5 hours south to get the batteries. Turns out the advertised $229 was for AGM 5 batteries and they did not have it in stock. Only AGM 7 batteries which retails for $320?! They offered to only take $40 off the entire bill. No thank you. Thanks for misleading me on phone and making me drive out all way in traffic only to be disappointed.

The technicians are fast and reliable but the cashiers are slow, the technicians wait for the office staff 30 min to prepare the work order and another 30 min to process the payment also they by mistake WOW took from me the payment for the truck next to me and when I checked the bill I said thats not mine, they took another 30 min to fix my invoice, they said i will be refunded for the extra payment and have not been refunded yet!! I am serious they need to change their office staff I wont be coming back at this location

I don't think bad about the place. I took the semi I drive to them for a PM n change all filters . Now I'm having a hard time with a huge amount of oil leak.. Because they actually messed with the " Crank Case Breather " .. Didn't want to hold themselves accountable . They won't fix it but they'll mess with it. Maybe just to charge.. All interest n no integrity !

After calling everywhere to find a tire in my size on a sunday I was relieved when they said they had only one in stock. I explained to the guy on the phone that the one I had was only holding air for an hour so before being flat again and told him I was on the way. When I got there he said they made a mistake- his friend told him they had one but it was damaged. I drove 60 miles there and back on a dangerous tire for nothing.

Went in for an oil change before me and my husband got out the truck we asked how much before we start because he had to run it by the boss .. go in the office to get a quote and she runs and tells them to stop working by that time it s too late and they dropped the oil anyways.she tried to charge me to put oil back in the truck I m like really.. Then she works out a new price for doing it of 309.00 at the end of it all a guy come in and I m still stuck paying regular price Of 419.00 now my truck is on the side of the road broke down because of them not screwing the fuel filter on all the way loosing 4 hours of work until I figured it out I will be contacting BBB if they can t reimburse the boss money Service: Oil change
