I had to delete my first review of this place because I responded out of anger. With that said, here is my review of this shop. If it wasn t for bad luck, I d have no luck at all. My water pump went out on my 2014 KW with a ISX Cummins. I went to a KW dealership and picked up the pump. Apparently, Cummins replaced the original water pump with a more advanced, turbine pump. Well, one of the bolts that was in the aluminum bracket stripped and had to order a new bracket which holds the alternator and air conditioner compressor. Much more labor involved including having to do a vacuum on the compressor. Then it took two days to get the new bracket. All in all, these guys have been pretty awesome! As for KW, not happy with the price of the water pump with the minting bracket. $915 not counting the NEW bracket. These guys are a God send.

Went yesterday, to get have a trailer tire replaced and something was leaking near the air tank of the trailer. I was told it will be a 4 hr wait, I was told around 1 pm I would get a call for the mechanic to check out the trailer. However, when they called me they told me they can't look at it till tomorrow! What a waste of time just coming to this place. Would never recommend coming to this location.

Do not go to this guys for a truck alignment. They don t know what they are doing. They must have low qualifications. I got my truck in for an alignment and they didn t even check my king pins. They told me afterwards that my torque rods are worn out. They shouldn t do an alignment if that was the case. They charged me 240$ for a 3 axle alignment and now after I replaced the rods I need to do another alignment. They only look to get your money. They don t care about the quality of service provided. They are incompetents at best !!!

This place is very unprofessional bcuz as a customer, I shouldn't have to listen to employees bicker about who's not gonna work. I went into the office to get service and for 3 minutes a guy and a gal went on about who's doing what, I stood there quietly as they carried on...we never exchanged conversation, then the guy says I'm going to lunch and walks out, so did I. I knew I'd be there all day and night for a goddam tire repair. Don't waste your time at this facility. They don't want to work. This is a stand around, sit around joint, and you'll be there all day. Don't believe it, go in there. If you're looking for a good truck shop, go to Doswell's truck and trailer 8 miles away. Happy motoring and be safe truckers.

Pulled in at 20h00 with def issue. I was told to get me in the morning as the mech who works on def issue would be available in the morning.Checked in am,parts were ordered..they arrived late in the afternoon.By the next afternoon,I was all patched up and went on my way.Pretty friendly staff,Andrew did a good job on replacing the clamps on filters, and some hoses that were burnt off....at a fair price I believe.I was happy with the job done. As compared to the previous guy who messed it up a bit .If you have def censor issue, Andrew is the guy and he is extremely polite. Thank you BOSS SHOP. And Thank you Andrew.I wish you guys a great new year.

Amazing quality service! Truck decided in the cold the batteries weren't hot enough, or what ever batteries do that make them stop working! The people who took my call were calm and so friendly! Then, my mvp technician, Ezra showed up. In a matter of minutes, my cascadia was back up and on! Thank you Ezra for your efficient service and the outstanding customer care!! I will recommend this site to ANYONE in this area! Boss Truck Shop is a gem and they completely live up to their name!!!

This is a nice, big shop with multiple bays. They are setup mainly for big rigs, but helped me out with some tire remounts. They did not have the tires I needed, but steered me to a nearby place that did, Pal New and Used Tires on rt 1. Boss has GOOD PEOPY working there, not looking to empty your wallet. Well worth the stop.

I got my truck towed into boss shop because my air pressure decreased, and the truck would not move once the air pressure decreased. Spoke with Phillip and he is clueless to diagnosing anything, however he can distribute information pretty well. Andrew (technician) claimed that they were unable to warranty my 4000 parts because we had multiple air leaks that i did not have before they claimed as fixing the problem. And come to think of it when I towed my truck there they had no bay available, and my tow guy was going to tow it in the bay for me. So he placed the truck close to the bay. They charged me 450 to utilize another tow company to tow the truck inside the bay because they did not have the necessary equipment to air up the tractor.Boss shop expressed that my air compressor seized, so they fixed my air compressor, they stated the air dryer had oil in it so they replaced the air dryer, they replaced the fittings, bottom line is I only gave them a 1 because yes the air pressure had built up in the truck, now $6156 dollars later I have the same issue. I paid 6156 for them to build air pressure in my truck. Now I m stuck in NJ with the same issue. These people are Crooks. Btw this is Freddie s wife advocating for him because he still kind of believe in these guys, but in my opinion I would not give recommendations to this group.

Friendly staff, experienced mechanics. First come, first served so you might have to wait a few hours if you're unlucky but they can't control how many people blow tires, breakdown on a given day.Would be cool if you could schedule appointments for DOT inspections or tires/brakes so you could drop the truck off rather than wait hours - presently they seem best suited for emergency repairs.

I asked them if they could do an ac flush to clean out any blockage. They told me yes. They didn't do it. There is no where on the bill saying they did. Now I want my money back. Don't tell us that you can perform a task and not actually do it.

Stopped in with a flat. 10 minutes later they plugged the tire and I was in my way. Fair, honest. The guys in the floor were super friendly and gave great advice. The women behind the counter or is wonderful and very helpful.

We were stranded with a flat tire on the RV my son had to put the tire on the rim (because the rim would not come off the RV)but he couldn t get the bead to pop so we called Big Boss and it did take them a little time to get to us however it was a Sunday evening. Once they got to us it took them only a little time and the job was done. Thanks to Big Boss we were finally able on our way. We were very happy with the service that we got and if I would ever have another issue with a tire I would for sure use them again.Service: Tires

People here treated me well, however I feel no infrastructure for operating a tire business.I purchase and installed with them 2 brand new Michelin steering tires and they won't have a technician available to balance my tires, neither a centramatic for sale also no alignment.Drivers and Own operators that rely on time to make money that are in a spot to loose a whole day like I did to take care of the same matter, make sure to choose somewhere where you can do everything you need in a row, otherwise you would be wasting a lot of time puzzling services here and there.

This place is a joke. As a tech that went to school +15 yrs exp. The amount of basic diagnostic skills severely lacks. Downed a high end client of ours for days saying it was a DEF Pump. It was just the filter. Don't have proper diag software or equipment. Argue rather than listen. Dirty shop and office. Professionalism is poor. Techs ALWAYS have room to learn and to dismiss my input and belittle is shameful. But then again their reputation is already made. I wouldn't let them pay me to work on my stuff.

We will never use this place again. They costs a great deal of money and time. What a crooked operation. Had a simple fix related to a gas line. We spent hours waiting for road side service. Mechanic said it needed a specialty part. Tried to get us to tow it it thru their towing connection. Said we would have to wait until Monday. This is all happening on Sat. We ended up calling Norton's for the tow. They sent a mechanic right away. Fixed the fuel issue as there really wasn't one and only charged us for an hour of their time. We were able to get back on the road w/o having a service failure.

Great shop to get work done. I Had new steer tires and PM done. Tires and PM not bad priced compared to other truckstops. Also, had new DEF filter put on which was about 1/2 What I paid at Peterbilt. Only 4 stars because of cleanliness and the fact they lock their bathroom. Thanks for the great work on my truck.

This is the biggest rip off place in the world. My driver took the truck in this morning to find air leak. They were told to send me an estimate before repairs were started. They, 5 hours later sent me a request for payment for $965.00. I ask where the estimate was they were supposed to email me an d they said the driver sent it to me. he sent a picture of the invoice off his phone but I could not read it. They charged me for a service call to move the truck from the parking lot to the shop. They are just the biggest scam artists I have ever dealt with. Do not take your truck there. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating, but it is the only way I could past this review.

We tried to get a DOT Inspection. The female clerk was very rude. When asking to get Inspection she replied with its going to be a while. When asking for a time frame she responded with I dont know 2 or 3 days with in a very rude way. As if she didn't like her job. The help definitely needs to be replaced or suspended. Her being rude is a nice way of putting this.

Went there to get my tires repaired, I waiting for almost 4 hours, when it s my turn, the guy going to tell me he can t repair it I have to get a new of, if it was the side wall yes I would have to get a new one but it wasn t and it was a brand new tire, the customer service sucks, and no peoples skill, I would never go there ever again and I would never ever recommend them to my trucker friends or anyone and the same tire they said not fixable I went somewhere else and guess what? It was magically fixed.

Do not go to this shop, will take days for a simple repair and treat you with zero respect unless you're white. They do not care that you are out on the road weeks on end even months working and away from your family or loved ones. And as long as the truck is in the shop, you are not making money. Absolutely disgraceful. They will also make sure to overcharge you and put as many work hours for a repair that takes 1 hour max. Please save yourself and go to a local Indy truck repair shop with a local owner who will respect you and give a fair service, but most importantly not waste your time. Good riddance to boss shop.

I arrived a little after 7am. I was checked in for a simple ignition issue. I was told the mechanics arrive between 7-8. Go ahead and find a parking spot unhook & wait for a call. I waited until a about 830 to give them time to sort out their day begore I call to get a estimate on time. My answer was very vague; he was still working on a truck from the day before. Of course I was upset & just tired but I held my composure. Naturally I went to sleep & woke up at 2pm to no missed call. I walk over and wait in line but listen to the content of the work conversation so I was already aware that they had been "working in" other trucks ahead of me. I still ask for a time frame & of course its straight BS about workin on that same truck that they had to finish from the day before when I just heard them talking about working on other stuff, so ill just need to wait for a call from the shop.At this point I flip my top & walk out. Not even 3 minutes later I get a call from the shop to proceed to bay #2. WAIT FOR IT, THE SAME WAY I WAITED ALL DAY FOR A PHONE CALL!DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. FIND A MA & POP truck service repair....faster & cheaper!Got info on a mobile repair service he had my issue resolved in 7 minutes & im sure saved hundreds of dollars.

Terrible experience, they charge 2 hrs labor which is like $300 to install a shock. It took the guy 30 mins to do the install. They wanna charge 2 hrs because that s what the book says? What kind of nonsense? That should be illegal.TA down the street has a flat $99 fee to install a shock. Don t get ripped off
