Racially prejudiced and will provide services to Caucasian customers before African Americans. My husband arrived 10 minutes before opening and was told he would be serviced at 8 AM. Multiple customers not of colored arrived and were being serviced before my husband. My husband was told he would have to wait til 10 AM. I would not recommend.

Well, I wasn't very impressed with this business..I was three hours from my home in NC and had a blown fuse causing my dashboard to not work..no speedometer, turn signals, etc. I called at 11:45 a.m. and asked if she had fuses for my car and she did. I told her I was on my way. She failed to tell me they close for lunch from 12 to 1. And, what really irritated me was the fact I saw an employee working on a vehicle in a bay. She said he is on lunch break and is working on his brother's car. Seems to me like, I would have pulled the employee for a fifteen minutes to put in a fuse and add it to his lunch hour. I go to Rustburg often to visit my sister. However, if I need something basic..a battery, tires, gas or a fuse, I will not go to this station. I will drive to another town.

I left my daughters car there for service on our way out of town, planning to pick it up on the way back. I had several detailed conversations with them about where they would put the key for us to pick up the car after hours. They suggested a place to leave the key, but they didn't leave it there, or anywhere that I could find - it's probably inside the building that's closed for 3 days. No one has answered the phone or returned messages, but when ever they finally do, I'll have to drive an hour and a half each way to pick up the car all because they didn't do what they said they would do.Service: Oil change

We had a good experience there this morning. Quick in and out for an inspection sticker for mom's jeep. Everything passed so we only owed for the inspection charge. Would recommend this garage to anyone who needs one in Rustburg.

I went here to get gas and ended up having to put so air in my tire. They didn't charge me for air like some stations do. One of the mechanics actually asked if i needed help with that. It is places like this that make you feel important as a customer.
