I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles, but my experience at Z Auto was by far the best. The staff is very knowledgeable, honest, and very patient in answering all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy the car.

Best car buying experience I have had! May impressed me in so many ways: honoring her commitment to another customer to hold a vehicle even though I wanted to purchase it, being open for me outside of their advertised hours for me to look at a different vehicle, taking time in a torrential downpour to go over every feature on the car with my husband, responding almost instantly to all questions I sent her online, having the paperwork and the vehicle ready to go when promised, taking time to pair my phone with me and go over details before we left I could go on and on. Thank you Z Auto and especially May for making sure that we were happy and comfortable with our new car!

I ve now bought two cars from Z Auto because the process is so smooth and Z and May ensure the highest standard of quality for the cars they sell. Buying a used car can be a scary and intimidating experience, but Z and May make it as easy as possible and go out of their way to make sure that you re comfortable with what you re getting. When it s time to buy my next car, Z Auto is the first place I m going to look!

May went out of her way to make this a great buying experience. I live about 17 hours away and had to fly in to get the 535d I bought. Before I came, she video chatted with me and showed me the entire car. Once I made the choice to buy it, she got all the paperwork done ahead of time and worked around my plane getting delayed by a full day. She had me in and out in 10 minutes! She even picked me up from the airport, even though they weren't open yet. They also have the best prices on extended warranties and they really know there stuff on the BMWs. Highly recommend buying from them even if living far away. Thanks for the great car and great experience!

I purchased a 2007 Ford F250 6.0 diesel four wheel drive pickup from this dealership and between May and Z, the service was top shelf and they were willing to negotiate on price for the truck. Like promised before purchasing the truck, it was gone over and inspected from front to rear and new batteries. They were truly awesome to deal with and in the process became friends. Wonderful people to deal with and can be trusted to sell you a good used vehicle. Found my home in the vehicle department store for sure. 100% Satisfaction. LeRoy s Morris

One of the best dealerships I've ever visited. I had been looking for a diesel work truck for some time now that was affordable and in good shape. I got approved, in seconds, for a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 that was within my budget range. May and AJ were extremely friendly and courteous during the whole process. Great dealership!!!

My name is Mr.Fredy and I m here to put a 5 star review on a 5 star dealership, this shop right here will treat you with love and respect aswell 100% and a 100% g working car. If you looking to get a bmw and are very spectacle come and shop with May the best sales lady out there. There not pushy at all and let you make the choice. I highly recommend this dealership to all and make sure you let them know mr Fredy sent you! I bought a bmw 328i M sport package and the only thing to complain about was the back window witch was the only thing that wasn t working but other than that cars a jem. Like I said May will take care of you and make sure your buying a Secure vehicle.

Z, May, and Jon are great. They really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting a quality used car. If a repair is needed, they do it correctly, unlike many used car lots who try to get you in and out as fast as they can.

I drove 2.5hrs to check out 2014 BMW X3. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left these ladies were amazing. Very informative and sweet. Needless to say I walked out with my new BMWX3 and am soo happy and pleased. Thank u for making this decision so much easier for me. Im inlove with it. Thank u!! Definitely recommend ZAuto!!

Highly recommendBought my dream x5 from this place. Everything on the car is absolutely perfect and they were nice enough to replace my low beam bulb that went out after two weeks for free!

Absolutely horrible customer service the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful they overcharged me for the mileage on my U-Haul so I ended up paying about $140 for less than a days rental for a U-Haul truck and when I called to complain about it she was extremely condescending and rude and hung up on me I would never recommend this place for anything **edit** yes this is exactly where I rented my uhaul from so don t even try to lie.
