This is not the place for customer service. I wanted to buy an ATV but the salesman took days returning emails. After speaking on the phone and having picked out a specific model, over a week goes by with nothing. I guess this place has too much business and doesn't need my money. I will shop somewhere else where I'm treated like a valued customer.

Was just about to pull the trigger on a mower from Lowes when I thought twice. I knew I was making that decision because I was shopping price, not quality. Finally spent a little extra for my Husqvarna and every day i mow i say a prayer of thanks to Virginia Power Motor Sports. Each now saves me at least 20 minutes of valuable time and when I climb my steep hills I just know that going cheap would have made me regret my decision every time I mowed.

Very poor customer cam am ryker, went in shop1/10/23service, service work is ridiculously slow, make promises on today is 4/7/23, still no ryker will never use this establishment again under any circumstances. completing, work ending with disappointment each time

Unbelievably bad experience. My son took his bike there for repairs. When he returned to pick it up they charged his credit card 362.99 for the repair. When they went to retrieve the bike they found that it had been "stolen". Not only do they refuse to compensate him for the bike (watch what you sign when you drop off) but they won't even give him credit for the repair!!! Who knows if they even did the work. And they were rude, as if it was our fault. Not even an apology. Guess we will need to see them in court. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Virginia power motorsports is an awesome company to work with. I went to them after attempting to go to a larger dealership in Fredericksburg that treated me like I was some dumb kid in their dealership wasting their time so I decided not to purchase from them. I had the exact opposite experience here. I was treated great from the time I walked in the door, to loading up my new Can Am ATV, and even with some warranty work after buying. The ATV itself did have a few pretty major problems, but that isn't due to the dealership, that's from can am, and Virginia powersports did everything possible to make the situation right and get me back on my new ATV. I had a great experience with them and will certainly be back in the future.

Let's where to start!! I'm in the market to buy a Can Am Outlander X mr 1000. I emailed and called them asking if they had it and do they welcome trades. Both answers were yes. While on the phone I told Mike that I live 2hrs away and don't want to be jerk around. He said we will get you the best price!! I made the trip this morning. Once I got there Mike hooked me up with the owner/manager!! Idiot in my book. But knowing I drove 2 hrs he wanted me to leaving me wheeler until Monday so they could go over it!! Really it's a 2015 850 with 44 hrs 250miles very clean ride. Wth they could look it over in a hours or less. What you going to do take it apart!! You can trade a car in and they can look over it in a hour. Horrible experience!! I don't recommend you buy anything from these idiots!! I was going to spend 14k today!! Guess what not with them. They acted like they didn't care!!! Can Am lost a sell also. Going with the Polaris Highlifter instead from my local dealer that gives outstanding Customer Service!! Thank you Valley Cycle for given me a great Experience!! If this idiot isn't the owner, then the owner needs to fire this person. I know I would!!Do not spend you $$ there you will not get what you deserve!!

Superb! The service was outstanding and all the employees were very friendly! They walked around with me, gave me time to look by myself, and showed me where ALL the clearance items were! They were reasonably priced and I would definitely find myself returning there to get accessories or repair work done for my atv or motorcycle.

I would avoid at all costs. Customer Service is as bad as it gets and they have no clue what they are doing. I rarely see customers here and if you bring them ANY work "it will be about a week before we can get to it".It's a shame businesses like this continue to thrive. I live 5 minutes from the shop and I now drive an hour and half for any service or parts I need.Good luck...

People are so quick to write when upset but this isn't the case. After the local John Deere dealer told me he got off in 35 minutes and would have to call me back tommorrow with an answer about a snow plow (and he never did!), It sent me searching for a different brand. After comparing the 2015 Polaris Ranger to the JD XUV550 I felt foolish for not comparing in the first place. Thats where Va Power Motor Sports came in. With one phone call, I had what I felt was a very fair price and every question was answered without hesitation and with accuracy. Needless to say I made the purchase. When I went to take delivery it was accessorized just as requested and ready to go. They took there time and explained every little detail with passion and enthusiasm. Great Experience !

Had a great experience here! My family got a b-e-a-utiful Seadoo boat from here and have enjoyed every minute of using it! The owner was very friendly and so was the finance manager Dianna! This company seemed like it was very well ran and organized!

I bought my 08 can am spyder from the tidewater area in Va. I live in northern Va. and have had it serviced authorized can am dealers in both areas. None compare to the expertise and service I have received at Va. Power Motor Sports. I have done extensive work to my spyder and the tech at Va Power has been able to make it run like it was a new bike. I promote this dealership to any one I meet with a spyder. I learned my lesson the hard way when it comes to who knows how to fix and maintain a spyder. And im not an easy consumer when it comes to my spyder. So if you have spyder, make the trek to Ruckersville, it will be worth it.

Had yearly Service on our 2015 Can Am Spyder RT. GREAT service from their service team!!! It was a 2 hour drive down from DC and worth the trip!

I did not appriciate the fact that they would not even look at my mini chopper the guy I spoke with was rude and told me no one in town would even look at it I would not refer anyone to this estalishment
