I came in here by happenstance as I went to the gas station next door, and I happened to need a tire for a blowout that happened recently. I was able to pick up a used tire for 55 dollars installed with tax. It only took about 20 minutes to get it installed because there was nobody else waiting, but shortly after I left I took a look at the work and I noticed that they had installed the tire backwards and at under-inflated it. I must admit I've had quite a bit of difficulty understanding the accent of the manager, and his worker didn't really speak English so communication was difficult. Unfortunately, when I came back 15 minutes later they were three people in front of me in line so it took about 40 minutes to get out with the tire installed correctly, twice as long as the 20 minutes I was told it would take.Overall I think this is a great option because they're not overbooked and they have quite a few options for used tires, just be careful that they're not too used and you're getting a decent value for your money.

The Tire Shop is an honest and efficient establishment. I had a spare tire that had gone flat and detached from the wheel. A nearby tire shop initially informed me that they couldn't reposition and inflate the spare tire due to "safety concerns", suggesting I purchase a new wheel and tire for a hefty price of over $600, with a waiting period of 4-5 days.However, the Tire Shop came to my rescue, resolving the issue in just 10 minutes at a reasonable cost. Their quick service and fair pricing left me thoroughly impressed and relieved.

Pulled up with a tire losing air and they pulled me right in. 20 bucks and 5 min later I was on my way! Eric was awesome.

I had a leak in my tire for a while. I called them to ask how much it cost for them to put air in my tire and they said it was FREE. & it was. I may have gone to them, at least, 6 times and every time, it was free.I didn t think I had enough money or time to get a new tire, so I just continued to get air.One day, I finally asked how much a patch would be ($30) and to see if my tire would benefit from a patch. Now, keep in mind, I had no appointment. They took my tire off and saw there were 3 nails in it (which made so much sense because I had to drive through construction areas a few times before). They said I would need another tire & they had my size. It was only $60. I sat in my car while they changed my tire. It took maayyybbeee 5 minutes and I was done! I paid while still in my car.It s been about a month. I ve driven a 10 hour trip, in the rain, since then and my tire is still great!Thank you, guys!!

Came in with a screw in my tire. The tech spotted another piece of metal in the same tire, just charged me for the 1 patch. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I ll definitely return to this shop, I run over stuff a lot. Professional, quick, affordable.

His place is great! They are really friendly and helpful. I brought in a leaky tire and the treads were worn down pretty badly. They sold me a used tire in good condition for a great price to replace it!

I generally don't leave reviews of places but these guys provided some of the best customer service I've ever had and I felt like I needed to share with others looking for a tire change. I live over the mountain and was looking for somebody to mount and balance 4 tires for me on a Friday evening around 4pm. Every where I called on my side of the mountain required an appointment. My wife remembered seeing a sign for The Tire Shop in Ruckersville last week. We gave them a call and the owner said they could get my tires done so over the mountain I went. Upon arriving they pulled me right up to the bay door and had my Jeep in the air with all 4 wheels off in less than 5 minutes. From start to finish they had my old 35s off and new 35s mounted, balanced, and back on my vehicle with the lugs torqued in under 30 minutes. This was also while helping another customer who came in after I did and answering the phone. The owner and two employees there were friendly and extremely efficient at their job. They hustle! I will gladly make the 20 miles drive to this shop whenever I need tires mounted in the future.

15 minutes after we pulled in, they had removed a drill bit piercing the tire, plugged it, put the wheel back on the car, and sent us on our way. We safely continued the 5 hour drive home. I had called around and four different repair centers quoted us a 2-3 hour wait. For 15 mins and $20, I couldn t be more pleased with the service.

After calling several places to check the cost, I had my ATV tires mounted there. The service was quick, and the workmanship was flawless. The final cost was exactly what was quoted.

Had a tire that violently ruptured on the highway. The guys here got it replaced with impressive speed for a very reasonable price. If I ever have another automotive mishap in the area, I'll be making tracks for the Tire Shop.

Great shop for tires, tpms sensors, fast service on flats or leaks, anf even offer oil and brake jobs. Good people to work with, I high recommend this establishment.

Came in for 4 new tires and was expecting my normal hour to an hour an a half wait time at a tire shop... Had the car lifted an tires off of it within 5 mins of pulling into the parking lot. All 4 new tires installed mounted an balanced in under 30 mins. One of my best experiences at any tire shop. Highly recommend!

One of the worst customer service around. Took in tire for a slow leak repair, they damaged the tire sensor. The owner tells me that it wasn t their fault as they pointed out their policy on the wall. No warranty! Not responsible for work they do! They are also pretty rude.The workers are good, but the management is pretty bad. I wonder if he pays a living wage to his guys who are working in the hot sun while he is inside in the AC?

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.They do their job very fast but NOT SAVE. Almost got an accident because of the tire was loose, that happened right after out of the shop. I went back to the shop to get fix my car. The lady at front desk was very unprofessional with me and she said it was your fault. There s more to tell but I hope you guys get the point.

Very quick and affordable! I had two nails in one tire, Costco tried to sell me 4 new tires.. got one used one for $60 and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

This place is awesome! Had a flat across the street and they drove over and helped get the spare on and had us drive back over and put two new tires on very quickly. Very professional and super helpful! Thank you Bobby!

Not worth it your time. I don't recommend this shop. I bought 4 brand new tires paid over $400, And the next day one of the tire went flat. I take back to the shop. they didn't fixed neither changed I had the receipt with me.

The people here are very good at there job and do their best to make the visit quick and easy. A very diverse group of people will find this shop very convenient because of the multilingual crew. Everyone is very kind so I highly recommend this shop
