Kudos and many many thanks to Laurie Ann "Wolfie" Via at Store #6404 in Ruckersville. Top-notch professionalism and 100% personable, answered all my questions; was patient, not rushed, plenty competent, and complete in customer service. Been there twice and will definitely go back with future needs. I hope store leadership sees this and recognizes her for the difference she makes! Thank you, Wolfie!

Can usually find most of what I need at this store. They arent great about having the part in when they have to order it from another store or the DC. It has gotten better. The staff are pretty friendly and dont mind helping when they can.

I went in today for an oil change and to find something to fix a vacuum leak in my car. Anthony was the one that helped me and he was able to suggest a hose replacement and even installed it and fixed my problem. Exceptional service.

Ben S. and Mikey were such a big help.On Friday, April 9th, 2021. Ben changed my battery in my vehicle, helped me pinpoint what else was wrong with it. Made suggestions and offered so much advice and detail. He even went above and beyond to cut a small hose that my car had apparently been missing and I had no idea.I go in the next day and Mikey helped me at the counter. He was very personable, professional and courteous. The other issue with my car may have cause issues to my new battery and he said if I want peace of mind, I can bring my car in and they will swap out another battery for me. I just appreciate both of these guys going above and beyond and making my life a whole lot easier.Huge props to these guys for all their help and kindness. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the great customer service!!!

I didnt catch the guys name but he went above and Beyond on helping me fix my headlight issue, I dont know a lot about cars, but my issue was the lights were about to blow, he even put them in for me. Excellent customer service.

They ve always seemed to have important parts in stock such as brakes, alternators, batteries, etc. but their accessory/less important parts selection is pretty poor and quite honestly cheesy. And way overpriced. Most of the employees are decently nice but they seem to have a lot of technical issues. I ve waited in lines (with maybe 1 or 2 people in front of me) for up to 20-30 minutes at times because of it or some other odd issue. Other times I ve simply walked in got what I needed and then left with no issue or wait. Really depends on the day I guess.

Lisa and her staff are great! I had a dead battery, they made sure it was dead, and had the one I needed in stock. Young man installed it for me perfectly. Great service for this travel nurse who is far from home!

A good selection of products, at good prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have several disabilities, and they always ask if they can put on my wiper blades, or put in the new battery for me.

I am grateful to the knowledgeable and friendly staff in the Ruckersville location for their respectful and excellent service every time I visit. They took the time to investigate the problem I was having with my car, explaining in terms I could understand what the problem might be as well as the options for repairs/parts . They made sure I had the tools I would need before I left, and gave me a full refund on the part that I ended up not needing! Always a positive experience here eases some of the stress that goes along with troubleshooting car problems. My thanks to our local store and staff.

The folks at AutoZone were not only attentive and knowledgeable, but kind and helpful. Jarrad the manager on duty went out of his way to explain my situation in language I could easily understand the then went on to make reasonable, price-sensitive recommendations. He admitted that he took the job in order to help people - and he certainly did that for me.

Wow. Just wow. What incredible customer service I got from two separate employees the night of 12/30/19. Neither hesitated to help install two new taillights that I had bought. They were out in the parking lot with flashlights helping me to troubleshoot issues with one of the light sockets too, and even got a scraper from the store to remove melted plastic in order for the electrical connection to be made. They took back a light I had bought a month before without any receipt as well. If I had one 6 star review to give out each year, I'd give it to this place.

The employee Zachery, or"Kodi" goofs off too much and was too busy playing on his phone instead of helping customers standing in line. Doesn't seem to know anything about cars either when I asked him to do a diagnostic. Seemed very immature. Hire better people.

To be honest, I first try to buy parts at Advance auto, because of the coupons. Advance will give you up to 20% off, regardless of price. Auto Zone offers a discount, but it's usually off of a large purchase, like 50-100$. But that aside, I really have to recommend this Auto zone. The Ruckersville auto zone is staffed with pleasant, professional staff that are very helpful. They are always willing to help. And the parts that we've bought there were reasonable priced and reliable.

it depends on what you look like if you will get good help. I went to purchase a small item 10. well 2 men one loud abrasive women yelling what time is it? time for me to leave. well he saw I was struggling w�th following my item. saw him starring straight inyo my eyes. he dropped his head and i had to approach him.

Kid named Kodi??/Zack totally ignored customers waiting in line. Playing games on his phone. Manager needs to get involved with this employee, he wasted my time. Went to Advanced instead.

Great experience. I came in to get a new car battery, and the associate (believe his name was Ben) who assisted me was professional and cordial and amicably fielded my son's endless questions about car repair. Would come here again in the future.

Yesterday, August 26, 2020 my car broke down as I was traveling South on route 29 through Ruckersville, VA to Lynchburg, VA. This unfortunate situation turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever encountered and totally renewed my faith in mankind and reminded me that there are people who care about a person's safety and not just about the products they sell. The manager, Lisa Needham, at the AutoZone in Ruckersville, VA went beyond the call of duty, totally out of her way, stayed by my side from the time a gentleman who had stopped to see if I needed aid went to her store, she followed him back to my car to see if she could help, until many many hours later when I was driving away with a new alternator.Lisa's customer service was so incredibly strong and something I haven't seen in a very long time but something I will always remember and be thankful for. I highly recommend this AutoZone for any of your auto needs and if nothing else, a smile and kindness from all the staff while they search for what you need and that alone can change a horrible day into a memorable one.Again, thank you Lisa for coming into my life and reminding me what great customer service is and putting me and my safety first and for all the support you gave while searching for the alternator which you drove 76 miles round trip to another AutoZone to pick up, and dropped it off at the shop where I had my car towed to, so I could get on my way. I could go on and on and 5 stars do not begin to account for your service but you can guarantee I will be back to your store for any of my auto needs and highly recommend your store to everyone I know. Thank you!!!!!

Had a dead battery on my girlfriends truck. Also discovered that there was and anti freeze leak. Not surprising since it sat for a few months. Got to the Ruckersville store and had them check the battery. Even though David was off the clock he stayed and replaced the battery as well as crawled under the truck to find the leak. Outstanding service.

Good service, reasonable prices. They will test your battery and replace it if necessary. Usually they have parts for most cars. Oil, coolent and other standard items.
