My go-to place for car repair. They have most parts in stock or can get overnight. Parking is normal size lot and have a couple spots for handicap. It is heavily used and show signs of wear and tear, which could use a little TLC. I definitely recommend this store as first choice.

This location is a crapshoot. I went in for parts and the guy behind the counter really had no clue. Went over to the competitor and got what I needed. A couple days later, I checked a couple stores and found this store to have what I needed in stock. I added the items to my online cart, screenshot the pic, and went in with the list I needed. A different guy waited on me and had no issues.

Nice, clean newer store. Only appeared to be 2 people on staff on a Thursday morning so it took a bit to get some one at the register to ring me up. Didn't see any Hot Wheels. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year.

I was having trouble with my truck battery and knew that I would get some rebate on my current battery, but I got a new battery for now charge. Quick installation of the new battery and nice people.

Good store. Only thing I'll say "bad" is thatajority of the times when you call, you're immediately on hold. Maybe get someone in to just answer the phone lol. But great service!

Very helpful and upbeat staff. Pretty good variety of short-term and enduring tools. Parts mini-warehouse provides helpful availability to keep the project moving. Very visible location for this store right on US-29. Easy parking and wheelchair accessibility. Ordering online for store pickup enables online savings and easy use of SpeedPerks coupons.

I went to get parts for my vehicle. One of the items was not in stock, but would be there in 50 minutes. I paid for everything, went to another store to do the rest of my shopping and returned to Advance for the other part. They are good at fast service for customers.

My car battery died unexpectedly. I got a jump start and went directly to the AdvanceAuto Parts store in Ruckersville. The associate came out, tested my old battery, installed a new one and had me on my way.Efficient and courteous customer service.There was another battery customer waiting for her to get finished with me.We both chatted her up while she worked and she made the experience pleasant.The craziest thing is, when I got home, I found out my brother had HIS battery tested by her a few hours before. HIS battery was fine. @$%#& LOL

I ordered headlights that I was told would be in the next day.I ordered them in the store and I paid in full. After 2 or 3 trips to the store, at least 4 phone calls to the store, and now 23 days later I am told by the same employee that took my money($60+) that they were never ordered because I received them they day of purchase. He also pointed out that I was also charged for a different item that was ordered but was unable to tell me what the item is or when it would be in. His original suggestion to me to fix the problem is purchase more lights. I insisted he contact the GM who without speaking to me essential said I was out of luck.It was explained to me multiple times that the inventory for that item was correct,...I can only decifer that means I must be a liar. I cannot think of any other reason their inventory would be explained to me multiple times.Not one time did anyone say "I'm sorry sir we'll get you taken care of" or something similar. I did hear several times " Sorry can't help you".One employee told me and/or ask me if I was at the correct store 5 times. Luckily he only ask me if I ordered in store or online 4 times.So I am out $60 plus but the good news is I have some unknown item coming to the store for me at some unknown time.Very unfortunate. I have been shopping Adance my whole life. Now over $60+ I have lost a convenient place to shop and they have lost about 2 dozen customers.

Needed help with my power steering. Wesley was so helpful in finding the correct product and advising me in how to refill my reservoir. Because of his excellent service I will be back with all my automotive needs and will recommend my friends and family to shop there too.

I had to wait for many other customers, there were only two employees manning the store, and then to top it off I drove 35 miles round trip to get an online order that was not ready giving me more of a wait while they "picked" my part. If I had know I would have ordered the part locally rather than drive to where it was in stock. Had I not had an online order and driven so far already, I would have left.

Bought cargo straps here. The bright side: they had what I needed. The not-so-bright side: they costed about 3 times as much as something similar from Lowe's. But then again I couldn't get as far as the nearby Lowe's without strapping my load better.

John saved the day for me!! My Honda Accord had to be jump started Sunday morning enroute to visiting relative at UVA Hospital. I stopped at store before opening, John efficiently selected and replaced my deaf battery in minutes. What a professional, what a kind man!! Thank you for helping me in a stressful moment.. Congratulations on your superb staff!!

The guy in there was super helpful. I had to change my oil, and I forgot to grab my oil pan and gloves, so I walk in there. He asks "is there anything I can help with?" I say "I need oil pan and gloves," and he points them out to me. As I go to checkout, he says "your cap is missing on your oil pan!" He goes on to tell me that you can use an anti freeze bottle cap for most oil pan caps. Advance Auto parts employees care about you and your car, which is why I'll be a regular customer.

Gentleman working at the auto parts store should know a little bit about cars told me they didn't carry the part looked it up online they do. Got it from there competitor

James the manager is quite rude. The store seems to always have one person up front working and typically the same one. It doesn t look very fair to that employee and the service is slow.

Mixed feelings. I bought a replacement battery and love that they do the swap for you, but the tech on duty couldn't figure out how to seat my new battery and bolt it down and tried to send me on my way with it loose and only half in the pan.

Mostly terrible service unless your a regular.... They never have what you need but can order it and it show up 2 weeks later after you've had to order the part somewhere else

Just like a chain store they have just about all you need. If not they will order it. They also have a lot of stuff you probably don't need but buy anyhow.
