I ve been going to West Loudoun Repair for over 10 years. Warren & Matt are awesome friendly, honest & best mechanics around with a great sense of humor. They are sometimes too fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great service!

These kind folks really helped me out in a bind. i was 92 miles from my airbnb on a work trip and blew a wheel cylinder seal. they got me in and out in under an hour and on my way. kind people with a nice shop and they are caps fans!!

Competent, professional, friendly. Best auto repair shop I ve ever encountered. They fixed an issue with my Lexus that multiple shops were unable to. Highly recommend.

Matt is a hidden gem! Not only does he do excellent auto repair work, but he is kind and professional! His prices are unmatched and I will 100% be getting all my future car repairs from him. The shop was recommended to me by a friend as the most honest mechanic in the area. I went and was absolutely impressed by the service, the family feel, the workmanship and the honesty of Warren. Very fair pricing too. We should support them because they are hard to find!

A rare and wonderful thing to find a truly honest mechanic who knows his business and works quickly. I almost don't want to make this post as it might get them to busy for me in the future.If you have an older toyota this is the only place you will want to take it.

Finally the first shop I ve found in all of Loudoun County that has blown me away. Warren is one of the nicest mechanics I ve ever met and had my car in and out in a few hours. Super easy to talk to as well which seems most mechanics lack in my humble opinion. He talked me through solutions over the phone when I initially called to check myself in case it was something simple I could fix before I even brought the car in. I thought I was having transmission issues, he was able to diagnose that I just needed some new ignition coils and plugs, and found a small repair under the car I had not realized and fixed that as well. I deliver food in this car for hours a day and was back on the road the same day I brought it in. Fair prices too. I ll be back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Update review July 8, 2020: once again the most excellent service and communication ever from a mechanic. If you're having an issue with your Toyota, you need to come hereOriginal: Warren and his family are a well known part of the community. Fair and honest work done here, not only that but you get superior customer service and excellent work. Only place in going from now on. Also, he's very good with Toyota's.

Warren is an experience auto mechanic with 25+ years of experience. I considered him as a master tech. He is honest, knows his stuff and his price is fair. Shoot, I drive 30 miles one way to get work done on all of my cars cause of all the great work he has done. I highly recommend West Loudoun Repair .

We were mid trip when my truck started acting up. Warren and his team were quick to diagnose the truck and fix a couple of small minor things clean up the issue and get us going. They are a true honest shop, they didn't try and up sell us on anything just a quick diagnostic and $40 later we had new fluids and were on the road. Great to find a team focused on good service and not trying to find fake issues. We will be back if we ever have any other issues.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fantastic! I've known the family through their son for years and they've always offered straightforward and competent advise. I'm good friends with the old owner as well and was thrilled that he was passing this place on into good hands.You know the feeling of never really being able to believe anything a mechanic tells you? That is totally inapplicable here. Now, it's mainly a feeling of relief. I no longer need to be an expert to make good maintenance/repair decisions. That's the whole point of having a trustworthy expert just a phone call or a short drive away.Absolutely recommended.

I am so thankful for this shop! We were about an hour into a two-car 5 hour road trip when my wife's car suddenly had its AC go out on a hot day. We tried the two other shops in town and they didn't have any openings for 4 days! This place took us right away and had us on the road a few hours later.They were super friendly and did excellent work. The AC worked better than it ever had before!Thank you so much!

I was recommended to take my 2000 Avalon to West Loudoun Repair 4 years ago. These days, i still go back to West Loudoun Repair when I need car repair or advise. Warren and his staff are honest and professional.Rich Pheng

Ford explorer had a damaged air condition condenser. Dealership wanted more than double to fix the repair that West Loudoun charged me. West Loudoun diagnosed and fixed the car in two days in which most of the time was waiting on parts. Very pleased with the work and customer service. I found a new place to take my vehicles for automotive repair.
