This is my favorite tire/auto shop!! Very friendly staff, and have never been disappointed. I recently had to get a fog light replaced, and I have a very new car, which makes things a tad challenging with newer cars. They have always answered their phone calls in a timely manner whether it was if you had a question or if you needed to make a appointment to schedule a larger time frame to get something repaired, they re on it! It did take up to 3 hours to get my fog light replaced, and with all the work they had to go through I think that s an amazing time frame. They even went the extra mile to rewire my light wires and such from my old light (since the replacement part I bought didn t include the wires). And lastly, I was prepared to wait an extra hour because I was aware they needed lunch, and I was okay with waiting, but someone had kept working on my car during their lunch hour. Truly i love this place and they ve always done me right, I cannot thank them enough. And for the price they charged me for the service I received, I was blown away because I was prepared to drop a couple hundred dollars and I was so relieved with what my total cost was. I will continually come back to this shop, I cannot thank you guys enough for all you do. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family!!

They were busy when I got there and still had me out quick. Great prices and friendly service.Still gotta say the same. It's nice to have a shop that is consistent with the good things.

This shop failed to replace the lug nuts on my tire before I drove away, hit 55 mph, and had the entire wheel FLY off of my vehicle- leaving me to ride metal on the pavement for several yards before coming to a screeching halt on the interstate. Would not recommend this shop due to their oversight and total disregard for safety.

Wonderful staff. Took my sons car into the shop without an appointment. The staff were very kind. They thoroughly checked out my sons car. Excellent communication .Before doing any work on the car the staff explained very clearly what the problem was with the car and gave me the total cost. They processed to fix my sons car. I did not have to wait very long. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

I wouldn t take any of my vehicles anywhere else. They always provide trustworthy and reliable service. Straightforward and honest with competitive prices. On top of the professional and efficient service, I like that they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. They even have a nice bench outside where you can wait in the nicer weather, or if you arrive early while they re still at lunch. The key drop box and ample parking is also helpful when you have to call ahead and drop your vehicle off overnight.

Would have been a higher rating....Just don't leave anything in your vehicle that you don't want them messing with because they'll rummage through your stuff. Mine was in completely different places after getting it than it was before.

Lied to my mother about replacing the oil pan. Talked to her like she was a child. First said it was no leak then said it was because the oil pan was busted. Told us they put a new pan on there but oil was still leaking. I checked it and the dipstick was totally dry. He proceeded to get loud and say it was because I added too much oil. When I questioned it he says it was because the engine is going bad and to trade it in ASAP. Couple days later we had it towed to a different mechanic because spark plugs were misfiring from oil buildup on them when they said they cleaned off the oil buildup. Then we were informed be at least 3 different mechanics that the pan had never been replaced just resealed. I used to think they were honest there but after costing my mom over $2000 because of their carelessness and deceipt,I definitely have a negative opinion of them. None of my family will ever go there again!!!

This is my go to place. Got my tire fixed again. Got price on 4 all terrain Cooper tires, best price ever, $500 something. Said I should wait closer to Christmas, colder weather to get them . I'm so glad my son recommended them I have never been disappointed with their service.

Family owned and ran business. Been with these great people for 10+ years. Always polite, friendly and fair working on my car. Have had inspections, oil changes and repairs completed with care and confidence. Even when I moved way out in Roanoke still drive all the way back for them to work on my car. I would not trust anyone else.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Best prices in or around rocky mount and beat every where else I went by 100$. The crew out there is top notch. Ask for my buddy lunchbox.

I've been using Smith Tire for over 5 years and I've always been happy with their prices and honesty. They've never charged more than they quoted and sometimes charge less. They give you information and let you make the decision. The only issue is they're so popular you might have to wait a couple days if you have a major job. Standard stuff they get done pretty quickly.

Good people that won't offer you anything you didn't ask for... but they'll still let you know about it lol. They do good work and have one of the cheapest alignments in the region. Can't go wrong.

Great prices for the service you get! Noticed some other things on my car and actually told me about it. They didn't just let me drive out without not knowing about the other things. Great people, service, and prices! Definitely recommend!

Prices are excellent, staff is courteous and knowledgeable about their product. I had an appointment, there was very little wait time, and the costs were as stated. I would definitely recommend this place for tires, brakes and routine maintenance including oil change.

They are great at getting you in quick and providing great service. One of the guys even gave me a second opinion on one of my vehicles with mechanical issues. That s not even what they specialize in, but he hit the nail right on the head and he didn t charge me to look at it.

Talked with Jonathan over the phone about getting new tires on my car and jeep. I can tell you they know what they are doing and make recommendations that give you what you need versus upselling you. Great prices and they do more than just tires. Highly recommend you come on down here and talk with them about getting the services you need.

Excellent service. Once my truck got in the shop, they had 4 new mounted and balanced tires in about 30 minutes. Excellent price, too. I'm 52 years old, been buying tires 30+ years, this now favorite shop, along with M&M Tire, Blacksburg.
