Mark and Shane are honest and upfront about the work they do and the recommendations they give. They will only work on what you ask them too and not try to push other services. I had a check engine light come on my vehicle and Shane was very upfront about the issue He told me that it was something that I could fix but it was not a major issue because it wasn t something that would impact the driving ability of my vehicle. When I get my car inspected I know that Shane will dot every I and cross every T . This means so much to me because I want to be safe not only for my wellbeing but also for the other people on the road. If Shane notices something that will need be fixed before my next inspection, he always tells me when I go to pick up my vehicle (ex. Tiers, brakes, rotors). Mark is a very knowledgeable master mechanic! There are not many garages around that will do those BIG JOBS and not charge an outrageous price. Mark is one of the smartest mechanics around and he will do his absolute best for his customers. Rocky Mount Auto is the very BEST auto shop I have found to take my vehicle. Mark and Shane work very hard to get my vehicle in for service as soon as possible. I can depend on them. They are very honest and reliable. I even called Mark from California to get advice in fixing my AC when it gave out. DO NOT GO HERE! They will fix the issue for a day then make you have to come back a week later. I ve had an issue with my battery and they said it s fine the first time a week later it breaks down again. I come back in with it they say oh it s a connection issue and your battery is good to go. And it just broke down again a week later. These guys just sit there and smoke cigars and try to scam you out of money with small fixes to get you to come back in. 0/10 placeServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

We won t take our vehicles anywhere else. They are fair and won t recommend services you don t need. The pricing is also reasonable and they will work with you on scheduling. All this plus they are the friendliest in town. They also do state inspections so no need to go anywhere else except to get gas.

Best shop in Rocky Mount! Same friendly faces every time. Affordable prices, dependable service, & honest people. Couldn't ask for a better place to take your vehicle. The ONLY shop I take my car!! Thanks to Shane & Mark my car runs great!

Great work and prices. Don't expect them to rush your vehicle or their work because they take their time to do the best job possible. Have taken my car there several times and no complaints to be had from me.

I consider myself picky and I have been taking all of my vehicles here for years. They are able to do it all and will be honest about the timeline and provide a fair price. There is no doubt where to take my vehicles for service but Rocky Mount Auto! Mark and his son Shayne are wonderful people in the shop and out of the shop! They have always made me feel welcomed and have kept me informed about my vehicles when they have had to keep them. I prefer to keep my business needs local and Rocky Mount Auto is as local as it gets. I would recommend Rocky Mount Auto to anyone.

Excellent service, honest and fair. Keith was extremely helpful with parts and service. The whole process of getting a college daughters car fixed with us 3 counties away.. We recommend Rocky Mount Auto repair to all.

Have always had great service at this location. Mark & Shane are the only ones I use. They always try to accommodate me in that sometimes I get my date or time mixed up. Have never really heard them fuss or anything of that nature. Even when I drop in last minute.

Great place. Been twice. Once for an inspection on one suv. Then just had my breaks done. Very honest and forward. Walked me through everything showed me what was wrong and what my different options where. Didn't try to over charge me on anything. I will be coming back for all my auto Care..
