I was looking for a part. Give him name of part. He told me they didn't have it. He never ask me name model or anything about my vehicle. I ask how he could say they didn't have it without getting vehicle info? So very shortly told me they don't carry it and he couldn't help me, I needed to call the dealership. He walked away.Was it because I'm a woman don't know but I will not be back.

Excellent service with Rodney Scott. A little pricey for the small fuses I needed, but the convenience was worth it especially since I got there & taken care of about 10 minutes before closing. Had a check engine light come on & it was checked & reset with a patient Rodney Scott.

Rodney was incredibly helpful and a life saver when the brake line on my nephew's truck broke. He was 4.5 hours away from home when it happened and we were able to get it repaired within the day due to the extra efforts Rodney went through to ensure we had the right part. Thank you so much to the team there in Rocky Mount!!

I ordered fuses for my car online and I didn't know at the time, they were the wrong size. I was able to exchange the fuses with no questions asked, and then a few days later, even returning a few that I didn't need at all!! I am very pleased with the fast, courteous business along with how knowledgeable and kind the staff was with me!!

I can t say enough about the team at O Reilly s in Rocky Mount. My car battery was dying as I rolled into the parking lot near closing time. And, I am unfamiliar with the area. They went above and beyond to help me identify the issue, connect me with an area mechanic, and stayed with me until we were able to resolve the problem. Thank you Michael, Steve and everyone else!

The customer service here is by far the worst, I called and spoke to James he called my car an old thing and asked me something that I didn't know about the car so he hung up. Called AutoZone asked the same question and got the answer without any problem

Double check every part you get from Here. Half are either boxed wrong or person that sells you the part gives you wrong thing. I won't waste my time here anymore.

O'reillys is a good place to shop if you have be upgraded stock engine they have many MSD, Accell, and Carburetor parts on hand. And are helpful.
