Called about getting auto inspected told they could get you it immediately. Drove there, got inspection completed and home in 40 minutes. Desk lady was excellent.

Took my wife's car in for an alignment at a moment's notice just before she was leaving on a 450-mile trip. Performed a state inspection as well after I discovered it was overdue. They went above and beyond...much appreciated!

Great autoshop. This is the holy grail! Honest... I have a thing for integrity. I will pay good money for an honest person's work. They do great and honest work. They even had a accident and showed me what happened and they fixed it for free since it was there mistake. I couldn't ask for more out of the shop. In my opinion they are the best around, also I am very picky about my cars and do most of my repairs. But if I don't have the tools or know how they are the only ones i trust.

UPDATE : I am just getting back to you about my situation and I will have to say that they are very nice and concerned about the problems it was having. I have spoken with the owner, who is EXCEPTIONALLY nice. He drove it and he sees the same thing as myself.They did some kind of work on this Monday folks. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THE EXTRA TIMR AND SPECIAL WORK TO MY 01 CHEVROLET BLAZER. I DROVE HOME AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR.IT IS BEST I HAVE HAD. CLOSE TO THE PERFECT SPOT. I COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYMORE. THANK YOU!Feel confident that Longwood Garage will do the job and DO it right and stand behind their work.I am satisfied with their workmanship and professional mechanics. I recommend them to you and anyone looking for a quality job done.ORIGINAL REVIEWTwo new tires on front and alignment.I have spoken to a mechanic there and very nice. Checking out the read out to see why it was no different than with old tires and a new alignment. I again hope that it is not a new way to say it is right by trusting read out on computer. Cause what should be has not been more times when you don't test it yourself.Now I not making it a done deal. I will be back on Monday and I will see if we can get it done before I leave a bad review. It could be the tires and they switched the tires on the front to see if it is any better. Some but still not right... talk to you after Monday.I am SURE they will do it again and it will be fine.**** DONE RIGHT NOW

We were in town for an event at Ferrum College when our car developed a serious oil leak. It was late on a Friday afternoon and they were about to close when we arrived. Arnie was hesitant to put us in the que because they're closed on weekends and we were supposed to leave for home on Sunday morning. Much to our surprise and delight he took the key to our car and said he'd be in on Saturday to have a look at it. Long story short, by 1 o'clock Saturday the leak was repaired and we were back in business. We're very grateful for this amazing blessing!

I had my car towed there because it wouldn't started. They told me it was out of gas and charged me 80 dollars. Its a electrical problem! And is still not fixed!!! Thanks for both in. I will never go back!

I needed a auto inspection as my current sticker had expired. They were able to accommodate a late appt on a holiday weekend. Very polite and courteous.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but 0 isnt an option. The woman who answers the phone is the most rudest person ever. I was going to do business with them, but my first contact with them was very unprofessional and I wouldn't spend a dollar with them now. I cant believe how she just spoke to me. Terrible business!!

This guy is something. If you want to wait months to get your vehicle worked on, charged for unnecessary parts, and still not get the issue fixed then he is you man. This place should be shut down.
