Gusler s has been great for us. We bought out tires there and recently had them rotated. Both times have been great experiences. They are honest and helped us find a very good deal on tires.

Best garage in Franklin County hands down. I have taken several vehicles here for almost a decade and even my son's vehicle now. They are friendly, reasonable, fair prices, and most importantly do good work and will back up their work. Most mechanics I dealt with before discovering this place were shady and overpriced or would " magically " discover problems that may not even exist just to inflate the bill. This long standing business understands that honest, good work at a fair price will bring in repeat business and word of mouth profit far more than crooked, shady tactics ever could. Highly recommend.

Love Gusler's alignment! I have been a customer for a little over 11 years. Great customer service with fair and honest prices! They are Rocky Mount's best kept little secret! I don't take my vehicles any where else!

First off I have to say Gustlers's is the best Tire/Auto repair shops in Franklin County every time I go there I'm greeted with friendly smiles Terry and his daughter Kelly make sure the customers are always satisfied and taking care of they have really good mechanics and they do the best work around I have no complaints only good compliments I have taken my vehicle to several other places who have poorly taken care of it but with guslers I am always taking care of and my car leaves fixed and in really good shape I only recommend this place in the Rocky Mount Virginia area because they care about your vehicle as much as you do.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles! They're honest, don't over charge you, and always find a way to make it work. Hands down, best shop I've ever been to.

I'm sure it's a good shop dont know honesty read reviews the Woman in office is Rude and even says " IM NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE" AND VERY not understanding OTHER PPL ARE BUSY ALSO not just yall.. Just for that probly will go elsewhere for ALIGNMENT.. "Rocket Lube" PLEASE get an alignment machine!! Great people and they will fit you in..

DON'T RECOMMEND!! We ran over a stick on 220 and it flattened the tire. We needed to get to the closest tire shop and that was Guslers. Pulled up with a flat tire and the woman in the office said they were slam packed with no mechanics available and she said it 10 minutes until lunch, we can't help you. Try to suggest we ride the tire, that was already flat to the rim, up 220 to another shop. We wound up changing our own tire at this tire shop. My husband has a bad arm and shouldn't be lifting. My 15 year old son had an accident and is not allowed to lift over 5 pounds. My back is horrible and my 9 year old can't do much. As a team we made it work and fixed our own tire at this lousy Gusler tire shop with an office personnel more worried about eating lunch than helping people. I have never been to a tire shop where the people were not willing to help someone with a flat tire. I thought that was in the job description. They were supposedly slam packed, but there was nothing going on in the garage at all. Oh yeah, we needed an appointment to fix a flat tire that just happened. Horrible place!!!

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT take any thing to these worthless no good shady wanna be mechanics. They charged me over $1000 to fix my front differential. Came in paid them and it was doin the same thing as before comeTo find out they said it wasn't the differential it was something elseThey decided to fix on their own without my knowledgeAnd then told me they would not refund my money. I had to have it towed back home I got a us d differential from pick and save for $50 and had a buddy help me replace it it my yard that evening no problems since if I could of wrote a review without a star I deff would have they are the crookedest no good mechanics in Franklin county. I would. It recomend them to my worst enemy. Plz read this review and take my word for it. The good reviews must be from friends and family cuz everyone I have talked to has said the same thing about them. Gussler tire and allignment is nothing but thieves and scam artist. I hope they go out of business soon

It was a great experience the people was welcoming and the mechanics knew what they was talking about and they also want to step father to make sure that all my needs were taken care of with my vehicle

The only place we have our vehicles serviced. They take care of all of the family vehicles as well as the work fleet. A+ rated, quality work, dependable, trustworthy, and friendly.
