Not sure where to begin, bought this truck 1 1/2 year ago when I bought it duncan passed the inspection and changed rotors, last year I went to berglund and got it inspection theyrejected it due to back breaks. Now this year 2024 my camshaft went out and I had to put it in berguland shop, as going to the motor to replace the camshaft they stopped working and told me the truck frame was rusted and WONT PASS INSPECTION. Now here I am with a truck with 80,000 miles and won't pass inspection. IVE went back to duncan the offered to put me in a 2017 truck with 130,000 for 38,000. Then they gave me a number for MCCOYS IN RADFORD THAT ALSO TOLD ME THAT ALSO SAID THE FRAME WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. IM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED... THIS TRUCK IS NOT DRIVEABLE AND I STILL OWE 25,000 I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND, Yes, I should have looked at the truck more , they are far from honest people to sell a truck that looks like this. #REPO #DEBT #RUST WHO KEEPS PASSING INSPECTIONS WITH VECHILES THAT LOOK LIKE THIS

Johnny and the rest of the team were absolutely great. The process was so smooth and easy. Everyone was so helpful, it took no time and I was in and out with a new to me vehicle. Definitely recommend, it was no hassle whatsoever!

Great experience at Duncan Ford Body Shop. Very quick estimate, work done in one week and paint job was perfect! I couldn't believe how good the paint matched and the chrome exhaust tip was even better than the original. Todd Foster made sure everything was perfect. So glad I choose them!!

Yes, so far I am loving my Edge. I could not have been treated any nicer than I was at the dealership. Jake Eames was the salesperson that helped from jump start. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my goal of the cost. He got on line and found the Edge at Blacksburg, went and got it for me to see and test drive. The manager, Jeff was also most helpful and put me at ease. Also the manager Tom that did the paper work was also great. Ive dealt with Duncan for many years and I can recall at least 9 vehicles that I and my husband purchased and the Edge is #10. They recognized the loyalty.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The salesman, Johnny Cruz, was very helpful with assisting me in my purchase of a Nissan Frontier. He was patient while I made my decision and was ready to assist at every turn.The service department also did very well. I have never had someone come and sit down with me, explain to me thoroughly what was going on with my vehicle and what they were going to do. I feel as though they made me a priority while I was there. The Duncan Team was a pleasure to work with.

Jake Eames and Zack Clark they did an awesome job helping me with looking for new vehicles for me and got everything figured out for me and got me an amazing deal and good payment for my vehicle if anyone needs help ask for one of them they both work good together as a team they would love to help anyone and they make your experience relaxing and easy for y all so again need help ask for one of them both great guys to work with. Jake and Anthony were excellent to work with. They both were friendly and answered all of our questions. This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from Duncan. Everyone including the service department has been wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this dealership

Jake Eames made my car buying experience a pleasure. I was allowed to test drive a couple different vehicles for extended periods.Even when I came in stressed from the first one he was able to make me know that the sale was not as important to him as my peace of mind in knowing I made the right decision.This is the 3rd vehicle I ve purchased from them and I m definitely going back and Jake is the reason!

We (Donna and I) enjoyed our Jeep buying experience with Rodney Rotenberry at Duncan Ford Rocky Mount. Rodney and his support staff were both knowledgeable and professional. At no time, did we feel uncomfortable and/or pressured into making a decision. Rodney accompanied us on our test drive and answered each and every question concerning the vehicle. just bought my 6th vehicle from duncan ford, it is worth the distance from floyd. Dan the finance manager is top-notch and kind. my salesman was Rodney Rottenberry, he met me monday morrning before the place was open to make sure l could test drive my truck. he went above and beyond to help me get my truck. when i got home i noticed a mistake on the contract, which was really my fault for not seeing it on signing the finale contract ,because i was in a hurry for an appointment. I called back the next morning and they made it right. there is a reason i have traveled from Floyd to Rocky Mount for the last 15 years, these folks are head and shoulders above any other dealership. take my advice, you will save a pile of bucks and these folks go out of there way to keep you happy. Thanks again Duncan!

I had the best experience at this Duncan! I had an accident and needed a car fast. I was so excited when they had the exact car I wanted in stock, which is a very rare occurrence these days. My salesman Anthony was very helpful and made everything painless. The sales manager Jeff and Finance manager Dan were also very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again for all the help!

I "stalked"the lot after hours many, many times. I just don't like high pressure sales tactics. Then I accidentally stopped during business hours, ooops. Well, it turned out great. I met salesman Jake Eames. So glad I did. No pressure. Jake is extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, as well as being a genuinely nice person. Worked out so well that I bought not one, but two great vehicles...on the same day! I can't say enough about Jake, he made the entire process painless. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, stop by Duncan and ask for Jake.

Hands down to the dealership- do to my situation- they brought me my vehicle- from the dealership all way to Amherst County -!!!--talk about dedication n customer service from the front support to rear - all had over the call of rapport n professional demeanor of each n the dealership- Zac n Johnny was surperp in handling all details n to include delivering of my vechile- !!! - was done at my dwelling - they n dealership are to be awarded for all area's of expertise of new n used vechile- I have nothing but a great admiration for the dealership- when any one in need - I personally recommend them in a southern second-!!! - thx for a more then ever a great vechile purchase experience-!!! Ask for Johnny Cruz. This sales guy does it right! No high pressure but pays attention to what you are shopping for and want to spend.He helped me with choices and made sure all the details, service were taken care of when purchasing a used SUV.Happy customer!

We want to thank Jake Eames and Duncan's service department for their service. Ask for Jake when you arrive. He is off on Tuesdays. Let me just tell you, searching for a vehicle you need and one you want are two very different things. A vehicle you need...easy peasy; a vehicle you want, very DIFFICULT!! While placing feelers all around for what I needed AND wanted; Ben Preece from Duncan Ford was also doing his job by watching the publics interest for those searching to buy a vehicle. On that particular day, that person happen to be ME I received an email from Ben Preece, and let me tell you from that point on you would have thought I was his only customer. He did all the work. I gave him the specs and he took off running with it. Within 24-48 hours he had found what I needed and exactly what I wanted. Not only did he get the vehicle to Duncan Ford (from wherever it was), he brought the vehicle to me. One of the easiest purchases ever made. I would highly recommend Duncan Ford and one of the best salesmen you will ever meet, Ben Preece. Ben is not superman, so he had a little help from his co-worker, Nick, and they got the job done!! Duncan Ford has to be one of the worst and most unprofessional dealerships that I've delt with, in over 20+ years of buying Ford trucks, from across the country!The salesmen, sales manager, and finance manager are folks whom I'd never do business with again, and would advise others to stay clear of as well.From day of purchase (1/8/24) this 12 day old, NEW truck had electrical issues, broken components, and missing parts, and the dealership has refused to call me back to rectify the problem.Ontop of discriminatory and unprofessional comments about my disabilities from the finance manager; the sales manager apparently thinks its an exceeptable practice to shame, insult and guilt customers that are negotiating prices. The salesmen that I delt with, broke the glove box on the test drive and is refusing to acknowledge that he broke the component, as well as make right on the missing parts that were supposed to come with the truck.Frankly I'm just disgusted with the lack of accountability, professionalism and character that these folks have shown!

Duncan Fords body shop did an excellent job at fixing up my baby after my accident in March! Todd in the body shop was very informative, an absolute pleasure to talk with on the phone, he helped me set up a date to come pick my car up once it was ready because I live out of state. Todd and his team did absolutely wonderful work on my baby, and took care of my concerns and needs as well. I highly recommend them if you need body work!
