I needed a new battery and I don't have a clue how to install one. Both of the people working was so helpful and one install the new for me. Both were most respectful ,and that is not the norm these days. I say thanks to them

The regular staff was nice and helpful but their manager Nathan, acted childish and unprofessional since he kept repeating what i was saying as the staff and I was talking. Don t know how Nate got that position but he s good at teaching people to go to advance or oreillys from now on.

Auto Zone saved me today! They were the only parts store that had my starter and could help me get everything nailed down to what was actually the issue...You need help? Auto Zone can definitely give you wise advise and help you get parts the other stores most likely don't have in stock.

I purchased the premier Bluetooth tracker yesterday when I opened the package and turned it on the battery was already dead so I had to spend $5 and something to replace that battery this Bluetooth tracker does not reach very far at all I did not get off my porch until the tracker was wanting Bluetooth and unless you going to be right on top of your lost items I would not recommend this item. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for $10. I was very disappointed with this item and would not recommend this to no one

Customer service was great. Rep was very personable and helpful. Engine ordered came in the next day. We picked it up. They loaded it too. Great experience.

Went for bug windshield washer cause up in the mountains there are a lot of bugs. Got some frills for my truck, well door guards for when I'm parked beside someone else. Got in got out. Guys were very helpful.

Just wanted to rave about one employee: James. He went above and beyond to help with headlamp removal and replacement on our 2014 Honda Pilot, on which headlamps are not finger friendly. He made sure we had the correct one, removed and replaced it AND reinstalled the high beam we had removed in error. Too often people only word their complaints; we choose to word our praise instead. Thank you again James for getting us back on the road and seeing clearly while we re there.

The stores kept clean even though it's a auto store. The store allows you to use the restroom the restroom is decently clean. Where this AutoZone shines is the staff or friendly they know what they're talking about and they will actually help you. The parking lot is well lit and their hours are great so you have plenty of time to get to the store and get what you need. I highly recommend coming to this store if you need any type of stuff for your vehicle.

Ive tried to call this place 12 times in the last 3hrs.no one will answer the phone, Not the first time this has happened either. these people are bout as useful as a empty drinking glass in the desert! 14 TIMES NOW smdh

Extremely friendly staff. Most of all, they aren't judgemental. Kimberly was great at fielding questions from a 4 year old, all while asking clarifying questions of me (42f) to ensure I got what I needed the first time.

I needed a part for a job they was the only ones that could get it to day i had to wait on the last truck of the day witch was about 630 but they got it for me so I could Finnish up my customer there team of employees helped me out and was friendly and good to deal with i also watched them interact with the other customers what a grate group i recommended giving these guys a call

Jordan and Logan are AMAZING!!! I had a dead battery my son wanted to call in the payment. They took great care of us!!! It was COLD and Jordan was a champ getting the battery replaced!

Good service and they usually always have what I need, but they don't keep enough employees for prime hours so it gets backed up quickly.

I loved going in here the people always help me to find any part that I need it and if it was not there they will go above and beyond to get it the same day thanking all the staff in including the manager she was very knowledgeable in her knowledge in cars and part, Laurence very good customer service.

They have the best Mobile App by far. Put your Year, Make and Model and yes you can do more than one. And when you go shop it Only shops for the vehicle you choose. Damn perfect app and you can buy now pick up or get delivered.

I called the store in Rocky Mount, VA and asked for price and availability of Automatic Transmission Fluid LV. The man on the phone gave me a qt price and the gal price, which worked out better ($17.78). I then got a gift card to buy it with, wich can not be returned but gives me gas points. When I got to the store, no one remembered talking to me and the price was $27.99. I will eventually use the gift card but I will only go there in the future as a last resort. By the way Walmart had the same product for $17.78.

I want to like this place but its hard. They are normally under staffed which leads to long lines & not answering phone calls. Also seems like a pen is hard for employees to find & if part has 2 different numbers have make aure you give them the one they want or will tell you they dont have when it clearly states online that they do. Sad thing is autozone has best prices but the worse customer service. Id rather pay for employee that knows his/her job so guess napa & advance is my new go to.

The worst experience in customer service I have had. The lady who rang me up was rude and even rolled her eyes . Even said she was irritated because it was her day off. This is exactly why I don t use Autozone.

The store is well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everyone seems knowledgable and are willing to help and give tips.
