Spent over a week nursing a rare tire while waiting to receive a new one.. had my appointment set & my helper went to the wrong Walmart Tire Center making us late for the appointment... I called to report this matter, spoke with Kaylin who was very understanding! Kaylin thanked me for the heads up while still keeping my appointment. I can't express how appreciative I am for the consideration, understanding, & great service. Thank you!

We have purchased tires for several vehicles over many years now, and WALMART has been my families favorite source for selection, service, quality, price, and warranty. Honestly, they are the best.

Bought new tires , they refused to put them on because there staff not trained for 5 speed transmission, problem would been fixed use roll jack to change tires , no excuses, will not purchase anything else go else where

Went in for an oil change for my Honda civic on 11/12/23 , left with my entire skid plate dragging the ground. Drove back to let them know and see if they can attach it the way it was when I came, they said it was already like that and that they noted it on the paper (but never bothered to let me know when I checked out). Technician told me they couldn t re attach it and told me to go to OReily or Advanced and fix it myself. He zip tied it up for me and a day later it was dragging the ground again. Now having to take it elsewhere to get it done right and the technician at the shop I m taking it to had mentioned this similar situation happens often with Walmart and they often have to fix their mistakes. Worst experience I ve had.

Quality, timely service. Had a 9 am appointment. They took me in at 2 minutes after 9 and 4 tires were mounted, balanced and we were out the door just a few minutes after 10. Very pleased.

Have used this place for years to get tires from. They have suffered a lot from Covid and the employee shortage. I made an apt for 8 am the next morning and the next day, the staff had no idea I had scheduled to come in. Seems the turnover rate here is very high as well. I have only purchased or mounted and balanced my tires here, I cannot speak for any mechanical work they may preform.

Very helpful, friendly at counter. Unsure how skillful/experienced the technicians were. After car pulled into work area it took 40 minutes for oil change. So if you appreciate time to shop it would work well for you.

Got a flat 3-hours into a cross country trip. Gus behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. Techs in the garage were equally friendly and had us back on the road in no time. All for $10. Tried to leave a tip, but the tech refused saying it's against co. policy. Integrity. Service. Good job guys.

Asked for a tire 15minutes before auto service closed and nobody was at the counter. I went to the sporting section and the guy said they was closed and he couldn't help me by going and grabbing a tire of my size which Is in stock on the site. Then I tried to call customer service after I left and the phone rang for 2 minutes straight with no answer.. Awful service and not professional. I have had other walmarts go and grab a tire at 11pm before with no problem. They was happy to help.

Pat always goes above and beyond to find things for us. We always enjoy working with her. If you can get in early enough in the morning there isnt much of a wait on the weekdays. The guys in the back have done great with our regular oil changes and tire maintenance.

The woman who greeted me at the service counter was very rude. When I asked about them looking at my tires to see if I needed new ones, she told me that was not something they did. Which makes no sense because how can you tell someone that they need new tires without looking at their condition. She acted as if my presence irritated her, did not answer my questions about tires, and did her best to get me out of the auto care center.

Was not helpful at all. Was running a donut on my car and in need of 4 tires. Was told the tire they had that fit my car wasn t recommended. Then when my son in law went back and talked to them they said they could put them on but not that day. Had they done it when I was there the first time they most definitely had time. And it was an hour and a half before closing with no one waiting and not one car on the bays. Worst customer service ever and I will not be going back to any Walmart for car care needs.

Typical wait time. Good service. Ask for Sam, if you have flashy alloy wheels, he's great with them and my new rims stayed scratch free through 4 mounts and balances. Go Sam!

Great price on tires, friendly people. I purchased 2 tires, I asked them to put new tires on the rear and back tires on the front. They even wrote it on the wrote it on the purchase order. They got done and they did just the opposite. They don't pay attention to what they need to do.

Got good help on what I needed didn't have to wait that long on service to get get 4 tire change and back out door. Would go back for service again, first time using Walmart tire and lube.

Well I would've Gladly Giving a 5Stars .But Because my cashier would Not Honor the Price Match that I thought you all Do Because if one store tells me they have them for one price then I go to Said Same Store and I pay$10 more when I point that out her words are well that's not what we charge same tire more money. I'm Confused

Ehhhh bought tires here but they weren't gonna be able to install them until the next day. So I took them somewhere else to be installed.... shame on you Walmart.

Came in with a flat tire only to find out it was cut and couldn't be fixed. The guys in the service dept were fast and friendly and replaced the tire and got me back on the road quickly. Great job!

I waited an hour and a half to be told they couldn't repair the hole in my tire because it was about 1 inch from the side wall. Funny, the independent tire guy down the street had no trouble plugging the hole. Walmart just said sorry, bye, with no options. Didn't even offer to sell me a new tire. Geeze, loosers.

Called Walmart Tire and auto, to check on 205 65 R15's. I had looked at the local prices and found them at Wal-Mart for 32 dollars and change. Well I called to find an appointment time, neither Bonsack nor Valley View, had those, but had a R15, way more than advertised and these are standard tires. Well I wasn't going to pay up to 50$'s more for tires, that are just to make sure I get to work on Monday. I will look elsewhere. Thank goodness I called ahead of time, or I feel they would have switched them on me, and tried to make me pay extra, especially Valley View. So if looking for tires, buy them, in person, and not over the phone or computer.

We had a full tire replacement due to a nail we picked up at the Howard Johnson in Salem. They foot us in and back on the road to home in about 2 hours, and had smiles on their face the whole time. Thank you for taking care of us.

My tire popped in the middle of the woods somewhere. I m not a local resident, and it took so much time for the tow company to bring me to Walmart due to their late closing hour. Got here 10 mins before closing, and they took care of me!Kudos to the team to make it happen on Sunday night! You guys rock!

The gentleman that mounted & balanced the tires that I brought in was very respectful, took him time & was very careful with my wheels which cost 1,000.00 each. I wish I could remember his name but he knows who he is at the 604 Wal-Mart. Thank you I wish I could thank him personally!!

This operation is basically a separate entity from Walmart and these guys and ladies are greatly appreciated for the little extras such as kindness and they do good work right to the specifications.

By far the worst place I have ever went to for car maintenance. I got there when they were open and was there for 5 hrs for new tires and a oil change. Customer service associates were terrible and I had to repeat what I wanted them to do 6x. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never be returning to walmart for any of my car service matters. Save yourself the time and find somewhere else

Was all good except seems like when you buy tire they would be cleaned before they have you your car back.
