Ordered my tires. They came in but no one would answered the phone for 3 days to set up an appointment. Called to speak to a manager and was told well that's because they are short staffed. If you know you are short staffed HIRE someoneService: TiresService: Tires

This is by fat the worst Walmart that exist, should be shut down!! The representatives are rude. If they have no appointments the will walk around and talk before working. I came in first at 6:30 am they had no appointments but still took them over 2 hours to change my oil. Trash everywhere counter had so much junk on it you couldn't even lay your keys down. Walmart is so disappointing. Won't come back ever!!!

The worst! Will not answer the phone. Tried calling for hours to see if they had my size tire. Challenger answered after 2 rings. They were booked solid but still answered. No excuse. Poorest customer service and hope to never have to go there.

I love using Walmart for tires because I know they're not going to try to up sell me on anything. I ask for tires and that's what I get. I don't have much money and you can't get cheaper tires than these.

This is the worst place ever! It took them 3 hours to do an oil change. All the other customers were complaining they lost one ladies appointment had to reschedule her. The guy that had the appointment they sent his tires back so now he has to wait. I watched them work on other cars before they got to mine and I was first and they didn't have any appointments. I watched other people come in and they turned them away. I complained to management who got on the employee now my car is broke down!! Not a good place at all!!!

worst place people just stand around and do not work, what they are best is looking around at each other and talk. they do not care about work. they like to make people wait. I know if I go to kwik lube I know I can get out in 20 minutes or less. I made a bad choice coming to Walmart. it simple oil change service not major fix for things like this people I would advice you to just go to people u know obviously the manager is in the same group and does not know any mnt skills.

I came in sunday and they charged each tire I got $186 when I had spoken to them before and the told me it would be $136. & they charged me for all 4 when they only switched 3. They also broke the sensor and I had to go somewhere ese to get my tire switched and sensor fixed. Overall really bad service.

Pretty quick and efficient place to get a couple of tires changed. They could do a bit better on communication and prices but other than that it's not too bad.

The automotive center was great ..as for the rest of the store it was dirty. NO customer care. Only self checkout. I don't believe I am a robot. So I won't be shopping here....

My van is not the same after I left the Walmart auto care. I have a warranty on my battery, and while replacing the battery the mechanic broke my battery box. Also my start stop light is indicated on my dash and will not go out. I asked the mechanic to please make sure that the wires were correct on my battery. It's clearly not correct, because my light is still on. Walmart is the only one to touch the battery, so how is my battery box broke.

Started calling at 6 o'clock to get a quote on tires. Once I was put on hold for 18 minutes. The 2nd time I called and asked if there was anyone in the department and was told yes and transferred again. The 3rd time I finally got through to someone at 6:25 and was told they were getting ready to close and that's why they were not answering the phone. However, I have been trying since 6 and they don't close until 7. I wish I had the ability to stop doing my work an hour before I was closing.

Hopefully this Auto Care center is under new management by now. Thankfully I dealt with a gentleman who knew what he was talking about and had decent customer service skills. If pushed, this Auto Care center will give you a fair deal, but it is a little bit irritating that you have to push for this. The first time you have them look at something they sometimes don't do it right; at least, this has been my experience. The manager of the department has always gone back and corrected the mistake free of charge. This is a definite perk, that they understand that their employees can make mistakes, but both of the last two times I have brought my vehicle they have made mistakes, and I have had to get them corrected. Fair, but troublesome sometimes. Still, I think it's worth the trouble.

This Walmart is rough compared to others. Customer service is lacking, store cleanliness and even the auto care service center is poorly staffed. Produce is rarely fresh, so you're forced to dig until you find a non-bruised or over ripened piece of fruit or vegetables. Overall not worth the visit. Yes, the prices are more affordable, but the hassle is not worth it. I would rather just pay a little more elsewhere for better service, quality and store cleanliness.

This place is a joke. I stopped by to have a valve stem replaced. They didn t have the valve stem that fit the tire pressure sensor that was on the rim. They, as a courtesy replaced the whole sensor free of charge. This would ve been great except that it was on the complete wrong tire! How you miss the flat tire is beyond me. The employee then tells me that they re not going to replace it again for free. Which was fine..... I would ve payed for it in the first place but they placed the last one in stock on the wrong rim. Already frustrated I told them to just put a universal valve stem on the car so that it ll hold air. Only to make matters worse after waiting for 3 hours to get this all completed I went back to my car only to find my cooler that was in the back seat spilled everywhere. Never again will I visit or recommend this Wal-Mart or any Walmart to anyone ever

TLDR: JV operation. Sloppy work done.I hate to say it, but it seems like these guys take no pride in their own work... Maybe its because they have no stake in the welfare of the business, or just aren't that passionate about the work, but my first experience at this Auto Center was really sub par.I got an oil change and the customer service rep was polite, but the fine details surrounding the transaction are what through me off.No one called to tell me my car was ready, I just had to assume to come back at a reasonable hour. When I called several times at various times no one answered the phone. I called 4 times and waited about 4 minutes each time. After a while I was more interested to see how long it would take to get through, rather than actually talking to someone. I was more curious at how poorly manged this place was.Lastly, once I picked up my car, the oil maintenance light wasnt reset. So it still said I needed an oil change... I checked my oil and it was indeed changed, but then I had to reset my indicator - not a big deal, but just another detail that makes me hesitant to return to this spot. It just seems real JV. I'm not expecting the best auto service in the world by going to Walmart, but I'm expecting a certain level of basic quality. These guys didn't deliver.My only other experience with Walmart AC is at the Christiansburg location. I've gotten my oil changed there a bunch of times. In the future I may even take the trip down there just to make sure I get a job well done.

I am disappointed with the Valley View Auto Care Center and will NOT return...My car was involved in an accident and the front bumper and right fender was missing due to a lengthy wait for the body shop to take it in for repair and two of the tires were on donut spares..I DROVE THE CAR IN THERE to have A full set of brand new tires put on there because the other 2 have been damaged and after having my car sit all day they text me back and talk it's to me back and told me it was ready I get there and my car hasn't been touched and the reason was because of thefender and the bumper missing for missing that had nothing to do with the functionality of the car it was simply cosmetic but what the real situation was was that they wanted to close early and that had been stated to me when I 1st got there because they did not record my appointment properly so that was their excuse to be able to leave and close early was all it was how can a car that is driven in there be unsafe to work on it would have been Unsafe to drive it if that were the case.. This is about the 3rd time I've had an issue with Valley View Walmart auto center I will never go back.. Not to mention you probably will do better to go in there versus trying to reach them on the phone because they stay and write by the phone and won't answer it this I have witnessed in person..

Took time to make an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced, dropped the car off 10 mins before the appointment time, got the car back 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Should have been 30 to 45 mins. top. My last time at Valley View Walmart . Staff to lazy for me..my time is too valuable for this bull****.

Went to get my oil changed . It was the worst experience of my life . Only had one other car took them 3 hours . Then one of the guys named shawn qas so disrespectful. Then when i talked to the store manager , nothing happend . Been going here for years and never had a problem until today . I will BEVER GO BACK . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL THE LUBE TEAM IS AWFUL . PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE .O they didnt top any of my fluids off they were supposed to . The worst service of my lif ever .

No one answered the phone at all 5 attempts. Operator states that I'll need to come in to schedule an appointment so I went. Took 30 minutes to schedule and confirm my tires were in stock. Staffing and scheduling of lunches should be reviewed and changes should be made. Staff looked overwhelmed but were apolgetic
