Phoned in to ask about availability to perform a minor service on my vehicle (fuse replacement). The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Kept calling me Buddy , in a demeaning way. When I asked if he would take a look to make sure the other fuses were seated properly he said, Yeah Buddy I m not gonna waste my time by not checking the others and have to fix it again . He then said Do you want it looked at or not? Naturally, I declined. The worst phone etiquette of any business I ve ever encountered. This was my personal experience and my opinion of this business. They may be great mechanics, but I d suggest hiring someone else to provide (at least marginal) customer service.

Went here today to get my shifting cable fixed and he worked hard and fast. I was there less than an hour and ended up paying less than the estimated price I was given on phone and I know we all love doing that! He got my vehicle fixed just in time for the holidays and I'm very thankful!

We had our exhaust pipe blow out and after going to five different places saying they couldn t fix it, TJ helped us out big time and had our exhaust pipe completely fixed in under an hour and a half. Really nice guy who saved our butts and hooked us up. Can t express in word how grateful I am for the good work and efficiency of TJ. Would 110% recommend for any car workService: Exhaust

Traveling from NY to NC and my muffler went late at night. Started searching the web for service in the morning and noticed that they did qoutes. Not really expecting a reply but ten minutes later I heard back from TJ noting he would work me in at 7:30am. I showed up and TJ was waiting for me. Gave me a price and he was done in no time. He was so professional and extremely detailed oriented. Told me he wanted to make sure I made it to NC safely. Anyone traveling or local should check out Ultimate Kustoms...thanks. I'm new to the roanoke area had needed a good auto mechanic, and found TJ owner of ultimate kustom through google review. He installed sub frame connectors on my 2000 mustang gt convertible which is my retirement project. TJ was able to perform a weld install which is the preferred method over bolted!! The job was done neat and in a timely fashion! I'm so glad I found his shop and have scheduled to have the suspension upgrade on my GT mentioned above, lowering coils, sway bars, rear shocks- front struts are new... In preparation for install of new wheels and tires! Look out for my suspension install review in a few weeks!

Had half a dozen dashboard lights come on flashing on my 2013 Subaru, on a Saturday morning, very far from home. Lucked out by connecting with TJ who was able to accommodate us, troubleshoot the problem and get us back on our way in less than an hour for a very fair price. Thanks again TJ - really glad we crossed paths.

Never again!!!! Next time if you don't have the proper tools to put in an exhaust please tell the customer . I was charged 410.00 by you to go spend another $325 to fix what you did wrong.Welds have holes and the bends were done improper...Service: Exhaust

Got stuck in Roanoke on Christmas Eve on the way to Atlanta. He was open and moved me in front of other repairs that he was working on. The part wasn t easy to find and he stayed late to get me back on the road. Awesome customer service and very friendly. I recommend going to him. Prices are great.

Had to get my radiator changed from hitting a deer. Took my car to ultimate kustoms and they did a awesome job at replacing my radiator and they inspected the rest of my car to see if i had any other damage what little bit their was other then the radiator they took care of that for me to and i could not be more pleased with my experience. The other auto shops i called wanted to charge a lot of money to fix just my radiator ultimate kustoms beat their prices and did more then they would have done for me. Thank you ultimate kustoms and i will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone i know.

I ve had him put in subs and replace my door speakers. They re fast and reliable, couldn t recommend higher.
