Never gave me my dolly and furniture pads but still charged. Gave me a truck with brake easily stuck and driver door hard to close and a little bit of gas in tank. Recommended a very small truck and then I have to do several trips. Then charged me fees and mileage. My very first move and it was awful.

This location was very good. The location on Melrose needs a staff change. I pulled into the lot they had half blocked with a trailer and their employee was honking her horn at me me while sitting in her car smoking. Really? Work for me? Not ever! I rolled my window down and she said. Go back where you came from. I said what? She repeated. I said, I have propane tanks to fill she said, they don't work. I don't argue with bad attitude employees. I just don't go back. She was not worth what I would say t8 her about her actions. The young man on Hershberger, complete opposite. He was dealing with less than respectful customers, and handled it well. I do recommend the Hershberger location.

Poor customer service in the store. I did a reservation. They called and left me a message to call back when I did I got put on hold then transferred 3 times from Roanoke to somewhere then to North Carolina. My reservation pick up time was pushed back because the truck that I reserved will not be returned on time; which I totally understand. But when I came to pick up the truck finally the guy at the desk asked for my ID which I handed to him. Once he was done he threw my ID back to me which landed on the corner. I had to pick it up myself. I don't think that's the way to treat a customer.

They charge me to much, I rent a truck for $19.99 for 2 or 3 hours and they make me pay $36.40 almost double the price I think I was over pay

Staff was so nice and accommodating. My reservation was a breeze. Pick up quick. Helped me modify for an extended reservation.

Worst customer service ever! Called 800# and made reservation, secured with credit card. Lady said I would get a phone call from the Hershberger store within the hour... they never called, so I called them. They informed me that I did not have a reservation with them, it was at the Troutville store because they didn't have a truck available, even though 800# asked where I wanted to pick up the truck. I called Troutville store and they didn't have reservation either. The lady said Hershberger store does that alot. So here my husband and I are with no reservation, no truck the day before our scheduled move.Will never use them!! Never!

This rental experience was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and the service was great. Really good equipment. Rates for both the truck & storage unit were very affordable. Again, the staff was really helpful.

Lots of trucks on the lot but couldn t fill a reservation I had made for their location. Staff wouldn t look at or talk to me, they just handed me a phone and let someone at corporate fix the problem. Customer service could use some work.

There was only one person working and while he was super helpful when he was available it was kinda frustrating waiting for him to work with us I between other customers.

Quick and easy renting trucks trailers or car dollys. Use them often and never have had any issues

Not enough parking!!! They need a bigger lot of to park rental trucks elsewhere so customers have adequate parking. Staff is friendly.
