These guys at this location they charge more than $150 an hour labor. You better do only oil change with them. Look how they clean my battery for $12.

Jack was so good to me! Not only did he bring these filters to my attention, he also did a fabulous job getting my oil change done in under 20 minutes and even explained to me how to change my spark plugs. I will definitely be going back here to get my state inspection done and if you need an oil change I absolutely recommend this place!

Called before bringing car in and was told there was not currently a wait. When I got there was told there was one car in front of me and it would be about 30 minutes.2 hours later they're in there bumbling through a tie rod job on some guy's car that I could have done in under an hour myself.Dishonest and from what I observed borderline incompetent. Take your car elsewhere.

Ripped off my muffler flying out of the garage, saw what they did and said I was good to go, noticed my muffler dragging, went back to them having an attitude about putting the muffler back on the exhaust pipe, even though i had to wait 20 more minutes for then to finish the next oil change, they put it back on and then flew out of the garage again and ripped the muffler off again! Just a bunch if morons working rhere

Really the only place I go for anything as far as oil change and a few other minor things. Prices are decent and I've never had an issue with anything messing up after service.

Look. What yall don't understand us yes. Full synthetic is about 35 dollars, the filter is 10, and then you've got 3-4 guys working on your car, getting paid 12 an hour. That totals over a hundred before tax. You gotta pat the people that touch your car

Great place to take your car to. All of the services techs will tell and show you what's wrong and why it needs to be replaced. The place does more than oil change

The manager that worked early morning on 7/12 was very professional and honest. Got me in for an inspection right away and got my brakes & inspection done within an hour and half. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast and Great service. Also will Military Discount. Whenever my oil is low and I'm on the go this is the quickest place to change your oil etc.

Usually pretty quick , the guy that does inspections is very friendly and I like the girl that works there too. My only issue is the quote for a rotor and brake pads on one wheel seemed pretty high, but that's not on an individual location. It take me a couple trips to get my rejection sticker checked off , but that's life. I'll give 5 stars to this location, I would only give 4 if was rating TLC overall, and that would be for pricing.

I like these guys. They are fast and friendly. Up selling is expected but they aren t super pushy that you just get annoyed. My oil change and air filter was done in under 15 minutes. This was my second time here. If I wasn t moving to a new city I would continue coming here 100%. I used to be weary of these places and still am but these guys are great

I went in got me a inspection sticker for my car the guy told me that my front motor mount getting so weak I got to be careful driving my car my ex-husband said he was going to put in the shop for me he going in my car the back of my shoe on the driver side is going so weak they did a good job this is where I always take my car get an oil change and get inspection sticker there's nice guys working in there they know me for a long time

The service was quick because they didn't actually complete everything on the checklist. I double checked the work and found that my coolant was well below low along with the washer fluid. I expected the attempted upselling but not the short cuts that were taken.

Went for a state inspection and FAILED due to them not having the lug keys to check my brakes, "loose" headlight, and power steering that "didn't feel right". All of this is fine besides the fact that I have barely driven the car in the past year and nothing has changed on it. So they either have not been checking my vehicle in previous inspections or they are trying to get me to spend money on things that do not need to be fixed. Manager/inspector could not even turn around from his computer and look at me when he was telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. Shady business and I do not recommend them at all. The actual mechanics are very nice, it is probably just a managerial issue and the good employees should move on to a more reputable shop.I took my vehicle to a different shop right after I left and had them check the issues that i was told about and they said it definitely should have passed. Thanks for nothing TLC.

I had to get a tire repaired for my Nissan Maxima this week. Although it turned out the tire needed to be replaced, the team at TLC went above and beyond to help me source a tire nearby and get the work done. They even put the spare on for me so I could drive home until the new tire came in. Katelyn has a great customer-service focus and the service techs were quick too.Services: Tires, Oil change

Not good , . Went on Saturday before Labor Day For oil change and rear brake work. On the above mentioned Saturday they took oil filter off and then couldn't get the remainder of the cover off the bottom of the car so I had to ride around the whole 3 day holiday weekend with a new oil filter and old oil. When I returned on Tuesday I was not offered a discount or anything . In the end they couldn't perform any of the brake work I wasted my time on oil change that took 4 days to complete

If I could give it no stars I would. The woman in the office is rude and unprofessional. All they are worried about is making sure to get every penny in your pocket and they don't even check with you before they do the work and wanna over charge you after without you even consenting to the work and how much you're about to have to pay out. Do yourself a favor take your business anywhere else but here. This was our first and last time at this so called establishment.

Took my car there for an oil change. They broke the oil filter cap taking it off. Blamed it on the dealership putting it on too tight on the previous oil change. Stated they would "go half" with me on a replacement, which they ordered from Advance Auto up the street. Well, turns out they think half is $90. I already had the part pulled up on my phone for $18 on Amazon and $30 at Advance Auto...I should not have had to pay anything, these bozos broke it. However, in the interest of getting home and not having my car sit in their garage, I paid $30 for the part. They lie over and over about everything we discussed and their story constantly changes...I remained calm and got out with my car and myself in tact (I hope on the car). Lesson learned, I will never go back. These people are scum of the earth.

COME TO TLC IF YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED FOR A OIL-CHANGE, IVE BEEN REPLACING MY OWN OIL FOR YEARS AND I WENT TO TLC TO SEE HOW HONEST THEY ARE AND HOW THEY WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER. OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A OIL CHANGE? 6 qts of full synthetic oil for my truck is usually 35 dollars, and they thought I didn t know and charged me over a hundred. Don t go to TLC!!!!Service: Oil change

Very helpful location. Service could be better at this location. In and out with a short wait for my oil change. Anything else not to much....notHelpful letting you know other sevices needed on your vehicle. She need help theVehicle inspector at this location doing to much other work during inpecting my car, tryin to find something wrong, may want to go to another location.

My advice, make an appointment. Also, be prepared to wait 2+ hours for an state inspection if that is all you are doing. I was the only one in the waiting room , except appointments going in and out quickly.Pros:- Nice people- Convenient location- Waiting room with TV- Quick service for appointmentsCons:- Inspection wait (2+ hours)- No updates given about car while waiting (ex. about a 30 min wait left)- Little priority given to those waiting in person

They are generally fast and reasonably priced. They will usually try to upsell you on filters and the like, but aren't pushy. Its first come first served, so getting in for an inspection in a rush can be difficult.

I DO NOT recommend this place! I went here for the first time on 5/21 it took a little under 10 mins red flag number one. My receipt indicated all fluids were checked and FULL. After leaving my oil indicator still displayed low oil I thought it just hadn t been reset. The oil indicator light remained on and on 6/23 the oil indicator was at 5%.. I checked my oil and it was BONE DRY! I WILL Never return!

If Monday were a person, it would be the lady who works here. I would rather spend my day in a line at the DMV and then go to the dentist to have a root canal WITHOUT novocaine, than to ever interact with this person again!I'm new to the area and had a few questions and needed to get my car inspected- no help here AT ALL! You know who WAS a huge help?! Scott at Jiffy Lube on Peters Creek Rd.

These guys "ruined" my lunch. When I got in, they immediately attended to me, asked for my oil preference, and escorted me back to the waiting room. I am used to 20-30 minute oil changes, so I brought my lunch. I had just made it to my first bite of yogurt, and Bam! They were done. It couldn't have taken them more that 7 minutes car in and out. Fantastic service and very professional staff. I won't go to any other oil mechanic in Roanoke.

Was told that an oil change would cost 79.99. Checked the website and it said 49.99. Made a post about it on their facebook page and was offered a 20 gift card. I went to Meineke instead and paid 24.99 and got the best service ever

The mechanic/ inspector Jhon Henry is top notchl. Whatever this company pays him, it's not enough!
