My experience here could not have gone any better! I worked with both Malik Morris and Ribens Petit Papa and the both of them are, honestly, the two BEST salesmen I have ever purchased a vehicle from!! Malik was our first point of contact and he took care to show us the ins and outs of many different vehicles! When it came time to purchase, Ribens was efficient in crafting a deal for us and providing the most excellent client service. I use the word client intentionally, as a customer is someone who makes a one-time purchase, but a client is someone who you develop a professional, continual relationship with. I intend to fully recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen to anyone who wishes to purchase a vehicle, and I hope to have the pleasure to work with them and this group in the future! Further, John Barton, the business manager, explained all financial options clearly and concisely- a skill not many in the industry have. He took care to make sure I was comfortable in my deal and was incredibly personable!I would give 6 stars and even more if I could!!!!

Bill Roy. Best salesman ever! I love my jeep and Bill made it simple and was very straight forward....And he knew a lot about the different motors in the make and model I was looking at.... Even my husband said that was his best experience with a delarship. Very clean inside of store and super friendly staff. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Thanks yaw!

Staff was fine, but they failed to disclose damage on the vehicle or address it. The listing online indicates 0 damage on the carfax when there is indeed a larger dent on the back of the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. At least, do not buy them if they are not offering a warranty. If they're not offering a warranty it's because they know it's a dud. They sold us a Nissan Rogue with a bad transmission. There is no way they didn't know it had a bad transmission when they sold it, despite all their friendly, smiling 'professionalism'.

I could not have asked for better people to work with to find a car that best suited my needs as far as practicality and budget. They went beyond all expectations to help me even after the sale when they didn t owe me anything regarding what I needed at that time. Huge shoutout to Danny (manager), Brandon (salesman), Mark, John, and Troy! I was treated with sincerity, respect, and a huge willingness to help from beginning to end, and I am so thankful for their support!

This company contacted us about buying our 2017 BMW x1 fully loaded and low miles and said to bring it in. We came and a guy asked was we buying a car from them once we sold it, which we wasn't because my wife wanted to buy a new mercedes suv and just wanted to get rid of the BMW since we don't drive it. Once we said that all the sudden the guy we was working with said the buyer guy for the dealership didn't want to buy it because they don't have anyone to work on those type of cars. Very crazy they say that because since then they have about 2-3 bmws out there that was not there and ours look way better. So why they did not want ours and the guy never even came to look at it?? We had a few other offers but was trying to see who offered the most. In the end we ended up selling it to priority honda who had it sold themselves in less than 2 weeks. Honestly save yourself the time if they contact you about buying something from you because for whatever reason without even looking at the vehicle suddenly they changed their mind. And in this short time it's been about two months we purchased 2 cars from priority cash and also sent my mom and sister in law who both bought cars there also so this dealership lost a potentially good customer. They also have a ram truck I would have paid cash for also but because of how they did I ended up buying that one (19 ram 1500) from carmax. So in total they lost out on around 5 car sales in less than 2 months sure they dont care though. We get new cars atleast 3-5 times a year. We just use them see something else we like and sell our current and get what we want so definitely will not be buying nor referring anyone here.

I really don't know how they got all these reviews. In the year I have owned my vehicle purchased from them its been in the shop more than I've actually gotten to drive it. The warranty they told me was bumper to bumper anything mechanical, comes to find out isn't really. The mechanic told me this go round that he's certain it's been in a wreck, was never disclosed to me. I'm sick to my stomach thinking I've just lost 15k that could have given me a good running vehicle anywhere else. And now it's in the shop again, last time it was in for over 2 months waiting for repair.

I had a wonderful experience. Everybody there is so nice, friendly, and helpful. Davie was awesome. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. And he was really straightforward the whole time. My experience is always a pleasure at First team. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them and both times our sales rep and now our friend Davey Preston was amazing. He goes beyond what s required and makes sure that the process is so smooth! I would recommend Davey Preston to anyone of friends, family, or just anyone that needs a Used or New car from First Team. Davey truly go though every step with you and make sure that you are not being pushed into anything. Really gets down to earth with you that way you are comfortable in anything that you would love to do. He is truly a blessing

Wonderful experience! I went here with one specific car in mind, and Bill Roy did anything and everything in his power to make sure I left with that 2019 Nissan Sentra. Bill was very honest/straight forward, which I greatly appreciated. When looking at the car, he showed us the trunk-release lever safety feature, and after telling us a story about how he got in the trunk of one to test it out before, we wanted to see it for ourselves. He actually climbed in the trunk, shut it, and showed us that this safety feature actually worked. Now that s great customer service!! Overall, everyone was extremely nice and this being my first big purchase, they were all helpful and explained everything to me very well. Very satisfied with the service and my new car!!

Wonderful experience when we purchased our Forester from First Team Used Car Super Center and Prestige Collection. John Gunn assisted us. He is friendly, knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of our questions. John took the time to show us the many features on the Forester. We didn t feel rushed or pressured into buying. The whole team made us feel welcome. Love the fact that there is no haggling over the price. Extremely happy and will definitely refer family and friends.

Our daughter purchased her first car from First Team Used Car Super Center and we had a great experience! Chris Martin and the other team members were knowledgeable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. They walked our daughter thru every step of purchasing a new car without any sales pressure and answered all of her questions. They made something that is normally a stressful experience a positive one. We are beyond pleased and will certainly go to them in the future for our auto needs. Highly recommended!

NOW, AFTER THREE YEARS WITH OUR FORD EDGE TITANIUM MODEL CAR, I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT WE LOVE IT MORE THAN EVER. It took me some time to figure out some of the amenities, but that is because some of them we have never had to experience before--AND TRUE TO THEIR WORD, SOUTHERN TEAM ROANOKE, has delivered impeccable service when needed on routine maintenance.

Had a nice experience with Tony over at First Team. We purchased a Nissan Armada and was able to not only get a good deal on the product, but also a new set of tires as it needed it in the process. (still waiting on them but hopefully within the next couple days well have them on the SUV)The pricing was fair, the trade in value was okay for the most part, the staff very friendly and nice to work with. John, the finance manager was most pleasant and even helped us change our term and get a slightly better rate in the process.My only real issues are that I wish they had more images of the cars on the website and I wish they had better parking for customers in the process, I had to park my trade in to the back of the lot. The building is a bit older than the other First Team buildings on the new sales lot, wish it was more modern. Minor stuff but thats mostly me I think, haha.The entire process took about 2 hours to get all the paperwork, loan app in order.

Buying vehicles can be a stressful endeavor, but choosing First Team Used Car Super Center made the entire process pleasant. I found a certified pre-owned Subaru Outback with the help of John Gunn. John is awesome! He made my experience easy, personable, and exciting. You also can t beat the Great Values for Life program, ensuring auto services for life! The salesman, Tony, was personable but should have a bit more knowledge about the vehicles they are selling. I asked about an owners manual and instead of checking (it was in the glovebox), he didn't know. He showed us how to use the remote start-using a procedure that the owners manual counter indicated! And he managed to irk my husband by cracking jokes about where he was from. Not cool. You don't know how people will react to things like that. He (Tony) did apologize. The business itself was willing to work with us and almost got me the payment I was looking for. And I appreciate that alot! The vehicle appears to be in good condition, however their detail people need to pay attention to their work. Wax was left all over the car. Overall, I would recommend them. They were polite, professional, accommodating and willing to work with you and the experience did not take all afternoon!

I could not have been happier with my experience at First Team Used Car Super Center. Although I had found my vehicle on my own online, John Gunn and his teammates made the purchase process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Knowing I was coming in from out of town, John went the extra mile (literally) to meet me at the airport for pick up, and then, once I had taken ownership of my new car, he was even kind enough to teach me how to drive in a nearby parking lot. (It's my first manual transmission car, and I was woefully out of practice). Even though the dealership is across the other side of the commonwealth, I have to say it will be top of mind whenever I'm in the market for my next vehicle (hopefully not for a while!).

When my car was hit and determined a total loss, the awesome staff at First Team was my first choice. I did my research, looked at 5 different places and still came back for the vehicle, warranty, financing, all under one roof.The sales team was friendly and accomodating for my sparatic schedule and fit me in around my needs. They reached out between my insurance company and lein holders with me right there and walked me through the whole process. They helped turn a total loss into a TOTAL WIN! I just bought a 2015 Subaru Outback. The car was like new and the service was good. They had some fantastic deals on the lot. The process could always be a little faster and smoother but no worse than any other car buying experience from that perspective.

I have bought two vehicles from the used car lot. Neither have been worth the money I paid for them. I have had mechanical issue relatively soon after I purchased them. Neither one had high mileage at the time of purchase. Also, the salesman did not follow through on what he promised. I talked to the manager and he did not honor what the salesman said either. I recommend looking some where else.

John was great guy too work with, he never tried too just sale us a vehicle he made sure the one we was trying out was the one we wanted.
