I met Lisa Phillips of Southern Team at a local event and knew that when it was time to buy a new car, I d be going there. I had a very positive experience with everyone there, including Rick, Kevin and David. They are very kind to me and my dog! We love our new Subaru and hope to be a repeat costumer.

The service department is amazing here. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have squeezed me in two times now. First time I had just driven across the country and the Oil light came on. Second time was today. My wife and I were out last night and got caught in the bad weather. A block from our house, the car slid into a curb at 5mph, it was a pretty big smack. Even with 2 techs calling out today, and a full book. They were able to double check everything and gave me a good vehicle report. Alignment is off and they are working on it now, even though they are quite busy still!This is why I love subaru and keep coming back for new vehicle purchases and service needs.Thank you!Shout out to Melissa and Sam for being awesome!

I had not planned on buying another car after my 2020 Outback purchase, but we had a non-Subaru vehicle become a problem, so we needed a replacement. Mel responded to my online request and met with me and pulled several cars that met my picky preferences. He was thorough and informative and gently guided me in my very hard decision. (Sorry, Rick. When I bought my 2020 I shook your hand and said I promise that was my last car purchase. Little did I know.....). Mel helped me with my final decision and went over the features of the car in detail. David Nicely was kind and patient with my questions and professional. I have owned a Subaru since 2014 and have been loyal ever since. Thanks ST.

Melissa Sigmon was my service team member on January 3. She was working by herself with six customers waiting at the time I was scheduled. She was extremely professional, caring, kind and very pleasant to everyone she assisted. I observed her EXCELLENT customer service skills while waiting. Very impressive! When the car was ready she sent a sweet and pleasant text to let me know the car was ready. What an asset she seems to be to Southern Team! Well done Melissa and Southern Team for hiring her!

Jaden, Logan and Jason made our experience amazing. We left one dealership that was condescending and would not work with us. We show up at Southern Team and these guys made our car buying experience, hands down, best one ever. You must deal with these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Went today with no expectations other than to test drive and ask questions. Walked out with a brand new vehicle and an absolutely phenomenal experience. Jason and David were incredibly kind and easy to work with, without pressuring me into anything. They stayed past closing to get everything set and went above and beyond for me. I am immensely pleased with the care I received today!

Jason was super helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me! He was very prompt, kind, and patient in answering all of the questions I had. All of the interactions I had at the dealership were positive, from the staff who greeted me at the door all the way to the efficient financial services with David. I'd definitely recommend Southern Team Subaru if you are looking for a new car!

The Southern Team Subaru staff are wonderful. I bought a new Crosstrek. Wayne Lewis, my salesmen was great to work with. He even took me to the Autport to return my rental car after the deal was done. The Financial Manager, David Nicely was very helpful. He is easy to work with and worked to get me a fair interest rate. I can t say enough nice things about the car and the car buying process there. I also met Lisa who is very tech savvy and helpful in many ways. I highly tecommend Southern Team Subaru.

I had a very easy process here. The salesman Rick and the Finance manager David were really nice and most importantly not pushy at all. Lisa came in on her day off to go over everything with the car to make sure I didn't have any questions about the car. Everyone seems like a family there. They take care of their customers, period.

Between Mel Dobbs and Jaden Kenny buying a car has never been less stressful! They both were friendly and knowledgeable. Not your typical salesman situation at all. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from Southern Team.

Passing through VA on a road trip to Utah I started dealing with a slow leak that turned out to be a cracked wheel. While in Lexington I called Southern Team Subaru and spoke to the parts department. They went far out of their way, much more than they needed to, in order to work out a multi-dealership deal for me to get my rare rim for a fair price. Not sure about the rest of the dealership, but if it s anything like the parts department, it s run with integrity and kindness that you won t find at many big car dealerships. Least not where I m from!

We enjoyed meeting our sales person, Logan. He gave us time to browse without pressuring us in any particular direction. He went with us on our test drive at my request, but was just as agreeable to allow us to go alone. We got a fair price and a reasonable trade-in with very little negotiation. The finance process was smooth and David answered all our questions. We love our first ever Subaru. It is loaded with safety features and there is more interior room than we had in our RAV4. We can't make any suggestions for improvement.

They are forgetful. Take time to inspect your paint job and make sure everything is put back on and put back together correctly. They didn't apply my rear bumper applique. Had to show them my quote. They overlooked it. Most of the clips holding the rear bumper were not installed. I had to point that out. Friendly staff and the paint job was okay. Only a 1-year warranty on the paint job!

Awesome team! Sales Rep. Steven Waskey has helped me Multiple times over the past 3 years with 2 different vehicle purchases, deliveries, and much more. This was my fastest experience purchasing a car outright with cash. No issues with any service or team member. Everything was extraordinary from finding the car, to test driving, signing documents, available information on parts, services, other vehicles in the area, and any other information given almost instantly . Took about 45 mins in person to sign everything, order parts wanted, services, etc... Big thanks to Steven Waskey for all the dedication to helping me find what I wanted and make my purchase. Also want to thank First Team Subaru for awesome customer service and team members!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Southern Team Subaru. I worked with Horatio Doregas and David Nicely, and I could not have had a better experience. Horatio was knowledgeable, patient, and kept us laughing the whole time we were there. David was very patient through the entire financing process and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealership and Horatio and David to anyone looking for a vehicle.
