Very disappointed about the customer service in the collision center. I got into a bad car accident, and the first thing the representative told me was "I hope you have $5000 to drop on these damages." He also quoted me $10,000 because he included replacing the door which had a few tiny marks on it and when questioned about it, he essentially told me that it had to be replaced because the paint color wouldn't match the replaced bumper... even though they test the paint color to match exactly to the car. He also made sure to emphasize the $10,000 was ONLY visible damage and not internal damage. Honestly, I felt like I was completely being taking advantage of. Pretty disappointing as a college student. I will definitely be taking my car back to my Nissan dealership at home to be repaired.

I am very upset with the service I am currently getting at southern team Nissan Roanoke, After waiting for them to get started in my car after an accident for more than a month , the repair shop is very short staffed and took for ever to finish the work, I ended up exceeding the estimated time to receive my car with 3 weeks. I am paying rent out of pocket after my insurance rental coverage period ended. Southern team Nissan shouldn t accept cars for repairs unless they have the Human Resources and ability to do so!

I brought my car in for an inspection. Passed with flying colors. Drove it home. The next day the car started throwing errors and went into Limp Mode. Called Southern Team. Paid to have it towed there. They quoted me $2000 to replace the alternator and battery. I called another shop and was quoted $515 for parts and labor. I purchased my last three vehicles there. I will never do business with them again. I have to get my truck inspected and the oil changed, it is a Nissan I bought there. I have one last oil change coupon. I m seriously thinking of letting it go to waste because I don t trust their shop. I can t believe that my car needed to be towed one day after it was in their shop, then the out of line quote, for services that their multipoint check up said were fine two days prior. Steer clear if you value your cash.
