Wonderful buying experience. Tony Reynolds in sales was awesome, very down to earth and informative all around. David Nicely in finance was great and very helpful with all of our questions. No high pressure or pushy sales from either of them which is hard to get at a car dealership. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a Nissan versa in 2018 and purchased a warranty thru First team at the time, which changed to southern team. During Covid we sold the Nissan. I still had a warranty on the car. I submitted the bill of sale to the staff at southern team to get my refund on the remainder of the warranty. They said to give it a few weeks or a month to process. Nothing. It has been over 2 years of messages, in person visits to the sales department, and still I have not received a single follow up on the status of my warranty refund. It s only like $400, but ZERO quality on the customer follow thru. I recommend you never purchase a warranty with southern team. They will not have your back, will not return your calls, will not make things right

Went into ask a question at the parts department. Rang the bell at the parts counter and no one ever came out. So I went to the customer service desk to ask if someone was available at the parts desk. before I could finish my sentence, the woman at customer service interrupted me to ask if I rang the bell at the parts counter, and I answered that I had. I then said I wanted to know if I could ask a mechanic a question, and before I finished that sentence she said, "No! You can't just come in and talk to the mechanics because it would be like trying to get a doctor to come to the front office to answer a question!" I didn't raise my voice or make any demands, but she was very hostile, as if I had demanded to talk to a mechanic. All she had to do was say that their policy was that you cannot speak to a mechanic without an appointment. She had no reason to snap at me. Won't be going there for anything else if that's the sort of attitude that they maintain towards customers.

When facing the tough decision to get a midsize pickup truck, I was immediately greeted with kindness and professionalism at STN. Tony was ecstatic and provided valuable information to aid in our purchase of a Frontier. Each and every request I made was met with upmost respect and with total transparency. Keith did an amazing job in the finance department and did his best to ensure the best finance options. Definitely some of the best business I have conducted.

This place is horrible. Just horrible. They lie, push, and do not care about you at all. Yeah sure their whole business is selling people cars but after you sign those papers they do not care about you at all. We hate this car and trading it in leaves in the hole thousands but it will worth it just to wipe our hands of this place. I will never buy another Nissan especially from southern team. Everywhere we turn it s another hassle. Tony was so rude when we first went to buy the car and ended up dealing with Norris who was at least slightly personable but we never heard another word from them after buying the car.

I went to Southern Team Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. I was very impressed with the service my husband and I received. Jeff Pierce and Keith Kelso were extremely professional and helpful with answering our questions and explaining the entire process of our purchase. I would highly recommend their services.

I called today asking to speak to someone in the service department about an issue with my car and coming in to get it looked at. I was sent to the scheduling department instead of service and the lady who answered the phone was rude. As soon as I said I did not buy from Southern Team, her whole demeanor changed and she was not willing to work with me. I was told they don t troubleshoot over the phone (which was not what I was trying to do) and would not be given any help or transferred to the service department to ask one question. When I told her I was going to go to a different dealership, she responded with I think that would be best. I was originally willing to work with this dealership as they are local over driving hours to where I bought my car, but not when that is the greeting I get from one of their representatives.

I now know why this dealership is called Southern Team! Tyler Drewery, Mark and John made a great team in helping me find and purchase a vehicle that I love! My sister purchased from them and recommended them to me and I will definitely spread the word also! I can't thank them enough!

They mislead their customers by saying that if they change their own oil it will void their warranty when that is against the Magnuson-Moss Act. They also offer free oil changes for "life" but at only twice a year regardless of miles driven. Customers are told if they change their own oil it will void the free oil changes. They are forcing using them for service by threatening that they will discontinuing the "free" oil changes with out compensation. Stay away from this misleading dealership!No, I am not your customer but my girlfriend is. If you want to correct this you can forward me an email, listing your company name, stating that it is NOT your policy to cancel your free oil changes ( which I am sure are figured in the vehicle pricing) if the vehicle owner decides to change their own oil in between covered changes. I do not care to share her name at this time.

Took my car in for service about a month ago. Was told my tires were fine. 7/4 (don t ask me how they are so off, if Nissan is rotating them like they say they are). I have a nail in my tire and it couldn t be repaired because I m actually at the state minimum which is a 2. Then I called and the service manager wasn t helpful at all. I m now at Goodyear getting 4 new tires.

I would suggest that Southern Team Nissan outsource service to local shops and/or totally eliminate their land lines. What's the point of system asking, "...1 to schedule appointment...2 to speak with service advisor", if pressing 2 will get you to a person that can ONLY "schedule appointment".Every time I call to speak with a tech, I can NEVER get one. Why not invest in training the schedulers to look up SAME info a tech will.I am so aggravated that I am considering selling my Nissan and never considering one in the future.

Southern Team Nissan failed my car's inspection and wanted to charge me $1000 for a power steering pump full replacement.Techne Mechanical fixed the entire problem with some bushings and washers. That saved me $900.The part from Southern Team Nissan was also special order, so I had to pre-pay them for it. Which means, in order to get a refund on the part, it's a 20% restocking fee. No big deal, since that's even less than the tax they would have charged me on the $1000.But the attitude was a bit annoying. The rep basically said, "You authorized this payment, so you're the one responsible for this situation." Correct. I authorized the payment that you convinced me was necessary. I had also come in to have my CVT drained and refilled, but Southern Team Nissan advised against that, so I ended up *not* replacing my CVT fluid. The point being, your recommendations are going to influence my authorizations. If you hadn't convinced me that a full pump replacement was necessary for my car to pass inspection, then I would not have authorized it. Take some responsibility for the role you played. You can have your restocking fee, but don't act like I'm the bad guy for not wanting unnecessary and expensive repairs on my car. That's scummy.But here's the kicker: The things replaced would not have come with a new power steering pump. So, I would have been charged $1000 and my power steering still would have leaked if it weren't for Techne Mechanical.

I found a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder I was interested in online at their website. I am an out of state buyer and requested a quote online. They gave me a straightforward price via email that was the lowest among other dealers I was also looking at. We agreed on a purchase and I signed a buyers order.Unfortunately, a few hours later circumstances beyond either of our control caused me to request to cancel the purchase. They were understanding and cancelled the purchase no problem.Throughout the process they were easy to work with and straightforward with pricing. Would definitely buy from them in the future.

Just tried to make an appointment with Southern team Nissan of Roanoke because I am out of town for my Nissan Murano which has a bad oil leak they would not make an appointment without a vin number I am at work can't run out real quick and get my VIN number and I do not have my VIN in my hands. Lady making the appointment said you don't have an insurance app on your phone was very rude on the phone with potential new customer. Will find a different place to pay to have work done. First and last time I will deal with Southern Team Nissan!

To start, my whole family has bought a car from this dealership and we have nothing negative to say. We take everyone here looking for a car. But David Nicely is the best they have! He had great customer service skills and I m thankful he put up with my dad making jokes for a few hours! I didn t know anything about Nissan s going into my car shopping experience because I was so set on buying a Jeep Wrangler but once David introduced me to the 2021 rogue platinum I couldn t turn it down! He was so informative and let me know everything about the car on our test drive. He helped me pick out a car I didn t know I even needed or liked. It was such a quick buy! I will definitely be recommending David Nicely to all my friends and family and anyone looking to buy a new car!
