The technician at the roanoke location (I believ his name is Brian), also works at the Lexington location, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about the entire process and he helped me chill out and feel confident in my ability to complete the program. I also watched him calmly handle several clients that were in a bad spot, didn t have appointments and needed his help. He patiently took care of them, he stayed 1.5 hours after closing time to make sure I had what I needed done. I can t say enough about his kindness, skill set, and customer service.I haven t used any other interlock providers, and I wouldn t consider it after working with him.Whom ever his boss is, he deserves all the best you can give that man because he is as close to a saint as you can get.Also the most cost effective program locally ( roanoke area) that I found.12 out of 10.He made an awful situation tolerable and helped me with more than just my interlock. He answered all my questions, super professional and down to earth.Don t look anywhere else imo .

I have been to several different smart start locations because of moves and I must say Aaron is by far the friendliest and gives great customer service! Highly recommend the Roanoke location

Aaron was great I was a pop up and he was more than happy to help me out and his customer service was top notch 10 outa 10 for sure
