Don't waste your time folks, plenty of other reviews mention phone issues and them not calling back and ultimately wasting your time.Joke of a business. Called in to get some info, patiently waited. Someone answered and asked to place me on hold. I acknowledged. Waited a few mins then heard a new sound and then ringing. They transferred me to an entirely different region(Richmond)office. Spoke to that gentleman and he said he would transfer me back to old dominion. Waited while it rang and rang and then got an answering system that wasn't setup properly.

If you need anything for your car or truck! Give them a call you will be glad you did. Great service and parts

As a experienced mechanic attempting to source a wheel for my vehicle I have to say the service is terrible. I will never call again especially after the 15 min wait time. Not to mention the follow up text I was supposed to receive to confirm that it was the correct part. Don't do business here folks.

I have never had customer service this good from anywhere...I called Chris and asked for four rims... they where a good prices, easy process, bought them and he said they would be ready for pick up in a few days. Cool. But about 10 mins after the call I realized they were located 4 hours from me and that I made a mistake... so I called back and asked for a refund just because it was so far away.Chris, got them delivered to my house for me instead.. then offered to take the old rims off my hands. Yeah I know they benefit from the deal of course... but it was such an amazing thing! Thank you so much Chris. You re phenomenal.

They were incredibly helpful with ordering parts for my car. Then when the part came in and wasn t as good of quality as promised they helped me try and get money back. Amazing customer service so so impressed!!!

Poor customer service. My father (Jason) has been dealing with this company and a gentleman named Mark since August 2020. They ordered the incorrect rim for his truck (due to the fact they were too lazy to come outside and look at the truck that was there) and he contacted them immediately. On 3 occasions since, he has reached out to indicate his concern. He was told the issue would be resolved, a shipping label would be sent and a new rim would be delivered. Today (2/26/2021) he called and spoke to the rudest customer service representative that he has ever dealt with (very disappointing) who said he waited too long to address this issue and stated Mark doesn t have work there anymore and he can t honor Mark s word since he is not there. We had heard good things about this company but that has not been our case. We would NOT recommend dealing with this company.

Awful service. Bring you the wrong parts. Definitely don t know how to correctly transport parts. So you ll have to spend more money fixing the part that you just over paid for. If you get a Kevin on the phone. Just hang up. So off to send my cylinder head off to the machine shop after watching the delivery man just toss the head on the floor. That s why they work for a junk yard. No education

The man at the counter (Kevin may be his name) was extremely rude and made snarky comments to my husband and I about some of the parts we were looking for. Don't reccomend coming here if you're looking for any parts because according to him everything there has been picked over so much, but he can sure as heck order you something "new," like we can't just go home and do that ourselves. If you're looking for a good customer service experience do not come here. He even had the audacity to ask "Have you even ever been to a pick and save before?" We will never be back.

Not sure of his name but young man with glasses rolled his eye as I approached him and had an attitude. It would have taken 5 days to get in the part I needed. Ended up going to Price is right auto in Vinton. They were able to get my part in the next day. Also had excellent customer service with them.

Worst customer service on the planet. Waited 10 minutes inside with 3 costumer sales reps looking at the computer screens and not 1 time did any of them hello, be with you in a minute, and I even leaned on the window of a salesman and listened to him take 4 calls with me standing right in front of him. I called another salvage yard while standing in thier lobby while waiting and immediately got an answer and the part I needed from the other store. The guys next door at Pic-N-Save are great and are not part of Old Dominion.

Bad return policy, it was better before. You need to buy a warranty if you want to take it back. I understand this is due to customers returning parts that were not actually salvaged from the location, but there has to be a better way to go about it. The batteries are almost just as cheap at Walmart or other battery stores, especially considering that a warranty is not included in the price and we have already bought a couple of them that were supposedly good but they were actually dead. Sometimes it's just as cheap to buy parts online and you don't have to search yourself. Lastly, when I recently went, all the cars I needed parts for were completely torn apart and the parts were unsalvageable. However, sometimes you can get a good deal here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lot is well organized.

Well there prices have finally reached parts store prices for new and remanufactured parts , however there selling used parts.Maybe they forgot why people choose to do business with them in the beginning . Pulling off your own parts should not include pulling all your savings to do so .

maybe i should've read the website before about bringing your own tools to get the parts yourself. the map they gave me to locate the cars i was looking into were basically useless, walked to the very end of the lot to find the part i needed but couldn't locate anyone to help me get it out, so walked all the way up to see if they had a tool i could use to remove the part myself but she didn't really answer my questions so i left. the lot is very organized and there's a lot of selection tho.

Ordered part on Friday, required that it be paid for upfront. Told me would be that evening or at latest Monday morning. Finally got part the next Thursday with no apology for the wait or anything else.

Been looking for a part for 2 months now. Sent these guys an email through their website, didn't hear from them. So I called today and after working through their phone tree they hung up on me. Called again, same thing. So I decided to physically go there, only to find that their advertised hours were not correct and had closed at 4:30, not 5. This place has been by far the worst junk yard I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would suggest you make you're own parts as it would easier than dealing with these jerks.

This place is great if you cant find what you need there they will still help you try to find it . They have a huge selection of vehicles of all makes and models. To add to that there yard is very clean and all the salvage cars seem safely and firmly placed to make finding and picking your own parts faster and easier.

Worst Customer service OMG, they don't even response the Email after 24 hours. I Ordered a front right Axle shaft outer for my car and they send me the Rear Axle shaft outer even those on the receive said Front Right. I took the initiative to sent the item back because they wasn't it replying my email and I ended up paying $43 dollars out of my pocket for the return label. After 2 days later they respond my email saying I didn't have to pay for the return label that they pay for that like really now I'm losing $43 because they no have communication NEVER AGAIN!!

Staff is not friendly at all. They have a large selection of items. However, they make a lot of mistakes and they make zero attempts to provide a good customer service experience.

We had a young employee in a pick up truck come flying up the dirt road sliding to a stop slinging gravel, cussing because another employee directed us through a open gate to look for a vehicle. This young guy not only needed hygiene lessons but common decency lessons as well. A horrible experience,we left as he demanded and will not be back. Good luck on the streets with that attitude Earlbob jr. See ya around!

These people don't know how to do business, aside from being impatient, they will charge you first, and never let you see the parts in advance. You also have to wait days just for them to pull the parts for you and you can't just simply go there and do it yourself

Helpful and no "sales" tactics. If they have it you buy it if it doesn't work they take care of you.

Workers are super lazy and unwilling to assist, outrageously horrible customer service in the Roanoke parts location. Can only imagine how much money their losing everyday due to their unwillingness to even answer simple questions.
