Call multiple times to check on an item, was told it was there I called to let them know I was coming. when I got there they didn't have any of the parts, and I had to go all the way across town after just going across town to another O'Reilly's . it was a waste of time the crew seemed as if they have no knowledge while I'm going through my situation somebody else is having a problem they just really didn't have it together. I really don't know if I'll be back I mean I can't even trust the part will be there when I get there.

My sun roof stopped working and wouldnt close along with some other electrical issues it was having and some how Adam the expert saved my life! Thank you so much Adam you are amazing!

great people every time. check engine light came on and he ran the code then made sure i had the tools to change the coil pack quick in the parking lot. saved my butt from having to stress the car down 221 into floyd

Robert helped me and he s fantastic! He gave top notch customer service and was very personable. I know absolutely nothing about cars and dread going to parts stores, but I had a great experience today! Robert is an asset to your company and I truly hope he gets the recognition he derserves. Thank for an entirely painless visit to the auto parts store!

While I had a terrible customer service experience at this location (Brambleton), I'll drive across town to Salem to avoid this particular store. Staff were very unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them. I will not visit this store going forward

Excellent service. Hour away from home needed a battery. Robert N. was very professional, kind and installed my new battery and helped me with new bulbs for headlights had me on my way. He is a great asset to the team. More like Robert N. Guarantees future business for the store. Excellent!!

I went to O'Reilly's and asked them about how to get a scratch off my car. The person helping me went outside to look at my car. He noticed that it was an actual easy fix that I could do myself. Instead of selling me some product that I didn't need to get, he was very honest and helpful.Definitely go here if you want fantastic customer service who are there to genuinely help you and not just take your money.

Have been buying my parts here for about 5 years. The guys are always helpful and caring. Well staffed on busy weekends. When you walk in, you feel like a valued customer, not as if you are interrupting, like you might at some other auto parts stores.

They are all a great bunch of guys very knowledgeable in every aspect of vehicle repairs and restoration. ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond in making sure I have everything I need a the best price possible to make repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. As good as it gets in an auto parts supplier with a hometown touch.

Both of these guys were really awesome! They help me find and air conditioning freon starter kit that help cool my car in this hot weather! They are extremely knowledgeable and ready to help whoever walks in.

They have the same attitude, knowledge , and respect as the young fellas in lynchburg do . Helped me get what was needed and was fast doing it even supplied some missing tools to complete the job. 1 1/2 hours away and felt like I was at home . Real good people very knowledgeable staff so far every o'Reilly I've been too has been great thanks again fellas

Both oreallys and advance need to hire people that can do more than look at a computer. Either that or set up a garage in the parking lot so you don't have far to go to return the wrong part they sold you over priced. If there were negative stars on here I'd give them both -5.

The employees are always willing to help. They don't treat anyone differently. They're friendly banter draws you in and makes you feel like you just spent time with your favorite family members.

The guy's were kind of nice but they were disrespectful too. "buddy" and "bud" and even "little man" were part of their vocabulary. O'Reilly Auto here on Brambleton should do better. I don't like those terms. Otherwise, they gave pretty good service. Still doesn't excuse the disrespectful talk though.

They treat women disgustingly here and I will never come back. I was buying oil and a filter and the assistant manager Keith asked me if my boyfriend or my dad was changing my oil. He then proceeded to offer to carry the oil to the car for me, as if I can t manage to carry less than ten pounds on my own. This kind of misogynistic patriarchy is both unnecessary and vile.

These guys really helped me out today! Despite being in the middle of a local power outage they found my headlight bulb replacement and installed it free of charge! Advance Auto down the street stopped offering that service and now they tell you to go to a brake shop where you would get charged an additional $12 fee!! Although I had never been to O'Reilly before, I'm definitely going to stick with this place from now on.

The guys at O Reilly's are awesome. I have a 2016 Jetta and the daytime running light burnt out. We all took turns at trying to get this light out to change it. Thx VW But they got it out after this stubborn thing would not come out. I will return there and will do my business with them. They were friendly and more patient (than I was).

Always friendly, helpful staff that will often install parts for no extra charge. They don't try to upsell you, either. Best auto parts store in the Roanoke Valley.
