I needed a new battery. I had someone come and jump it, tried another shop and was left waiting with no estimate on when they could get to me. Went to O'Reilly's, Bev the manager sold me the correct battery, had it installed in less than 5 minutes! Great customer service, no trying to up sell, fair price! Thanks, Bev!

Best auto parts store in the area. I am talking Roanoke, Vinton, Salem, Botetourt are all great but the Williamson Rd. store is the best hands down even over Advance, Autozone, Napa, and Fishers retail stores in the area. This O'Reilly's always seems to have the odd ball stuff that others don't carry and everything, I mean 95 percent of the stuff, I need is in stock. It is honestly shocking how well this store is stocked. Thanks!

This place is amazing, I limped my truck and camper in at 845 on a Friday and they went the extra mile to get me back on my feetNeil nows is stuff, and they had almost every thing I needed on hand, didn't even mind that it took a few days to get it all back up and running

Updated.. spoked to a gentleman name AJ who is very respectful and we came up with a solution to the problem with returning the old engine for the core charge. Hopefully all the employees will be taught all duties of their job in the near future... going from 2 stars to 4 stars..Original post: Lisa is very rude to the customers and doesn't know how to do her job.

Horrible service from older guy in the front. Looks like he has no idea on how to do his job. Got the wrong distributor from commercial sales. Not completely their fault. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because of commercial sales. The older guy up front definitely deserves one star. Can't even read an invoice. But I definitely will not be going back to this store for anything other than oil if I need them.

I stopped here to get a brake light and the guy charged him me for the most expensive one and then I asked him to help me put it in my car and he said there were someone outside already working on stuff. I waited for over 10 minutes while the two other guys in the store did absolutely nothing don t waste your time going to this one very lazy staff

Reasonably priced to begin with plus they price match. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who aren't always trying to upsell you to the highest priced product or take advantage of you. Never had anything but fantastic experiences here and now they have a rewards program too Awesome!!!

Good place to get parts. Employees are very helpful. Had one help get a pulley off of a power steering pump and trust me this was no easy task. I will continue to shop here. They even price match which is great.

Fast, friendly, and helpful. I recommend O'Reillys over advance the car part (alternator) i bought seems to be working as it should. The prices seemed to be the same ammount as they are at advance but are in better operating condition than what advance sells.

The manager, i believe his name was Bev, overheard me talking to my friend about some things i had been through in my life. He decides to take it upon himself that i deserved and asked for my abuse from my childhood. I don t think anyone with this mindset has any business managing a store anywhere. Honestly disgusting.

I would choose O'Reilly's over advance autos any day. For some reason their prices always cheaper than advance Auto if not cheaper they will match advance Auto. Their staff are more friendlier and helpful then advance Auto they actually act like they want to be there and happy to help you. I always feel comfortable going into O'Reilly's and asking for help. There are a great establishment keep up the great work.

Today I went into O Reilly to buy some car cleaner and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service skills of the workers there. There were 3 people behind the counter at the cash registers. I walked in and no one looked at me, greeted me, or asked if I needed help finding anything. I found what I needed and walked up to the front. All three workers stood there and never looked up at me. I walked towards the middle cash register and the man said Can I help you? He STILL had not made eye contact with me. So I said I would like to buy this. He NEVER made eye contact with me throughout the whole transaction. No one said have a nice day or anything. I just feel like all three of those workers could use some customer service training skills.

On 4/25/21 I went to The O Reilly s on Williamson Road in Roanoke Virginia. I d like to buy as much of my products local as possible. So I needed a part for my pick up truck went to O Reilly s they wanted $75 for one small electronic part. I found it online for $14. It Made them bad when I told them this ! I totally understand that it is difficult for O Reillys to compete with the Internet. I would ve been glad to possibly even paid 50% of the cost but not 100% more. The only downside for me is that I have to wait two days to get my part

While driving near Roanoke on a cross country trip the check engine light came on. Nearby was an O'Reilly Auto so we stopped there, met Matt, who immediately came out to analyze the problem. He got us 2 sensors that were needed , gave us the name of a local mechanic, Brian, who stopped what he was doing, and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Matt for great service and your help. Rick Allen, Bethel. MAINE

Very bad customer service. Well I guess if I was friends with the employees I would have been help. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon (around 2:30pm). There were three employees trying to fix a printer jam, another employee having more of a personal conversation with some guy. But what really got me was a tall guy just standing behind the counter. I wouldn't have thought he worked there, but then he was wearing an O'Reilly's t-shirt. Well after just standing there for 5+ minutes and not even being acknowledged, left and went to Advanced. I know I am just one customer, so no big deal. But I'll not be back in that store ever

Wonderful experience had went to Vinton oriellys. Got brakes for my car following day went to put them on went to the Williamson road store due to problems with the brakes and rotors not working and come to find out the Vinton store gave me the wrong parts. Waited to do the rear brakes and yet again wrong parts. The Williamson road guys asked me questions that the Vinton store didn t. There were two different types of brakes and rotors for my car and all the Vinton store asked was are your rotors big or small. But the Williamson road store got into specifics as to what millimeter and all different types of other specifications. Just all around great customer service I haven t been back to the store since they got me the right parts but I ll be sure to go there when I need something else cause they know what there doing unlike the Vinton store. If your gunna work at a parts store ask the right questions and know what your talking about cause the guys over on Williamson road do.
