I dropped in without an appointment to this location to have a tire patched. Mike and Josh greeted me right away taking my car back to the bay without waiting. They discussed the age of my tires and how that relates to safety. They took the time to review pricing, available discounts, and current sales on their tires. They were so personable and friendly and I am so pleased with the work they do and how they go out of their way to help their customers. I will definitely be returning to this location for their excellent customer service and high quality work.

I just got into town not even a week ago and noticed a leak in one of my tires. Not knowing anyone here, it was definitely stressful trying to figure out a reliable place to go. I stumbled to this location and I am so happy I did! Josh was wonderful and explained everything to me. Definitely made me feel comfortable knowing my car and I were in good hands! 10/10 would recommend this location

Josh and Mike were very polite and helped me get the best deal I could on a set of truck tires. When I left a laptop behind at the store, they tracked me down to notify me, which I appreciated. Very nice, positive staff.

Did not listen to what I wanted done. If you are a female, bring a man with you to this place. I ran over a nail and went in for a tire repair. My rear passenger tire kept slowly losing air. They came out telling me I needed new tires and trying to add on stuff that would cost almost $500. I don t know if there was just miscommunication but they did not repair the tire with the nail in it. I asked about the other tire that did not have a nail in it and asked if it was holding air because I just needed the other tire patched up. They still kept pushing for this $500 job. I said no. When I went outside to get my car, not only was the tire not repaired it was almost flat. They couldn t even bother to fill it up so I could make it home. And considering I wasn t given a paper to take home on what they were recommending I get and pricing it seems they were trying to take advantage of a female being in there alone. Had I gone in there with my boyfriend, I m sure the tire would have been repaired and patched up like I wanted.

I came in first thing on a Sunday morning and Thaddious was there to help me. He helped me get the right tire orderd for my explorer and it showed up the next day. Amazing customer service

We were visiting family in Roanoke when we discovered sidewall bubbles in two tires. I called NTB and spoke with Thaddeus who got us into the shop the first thing the following morning. Two hours later I received a call from Thaddeus that the car was ready to pick up. Just awesome service. Thank you!

Had an issue with a tire late on a Thursday evening, thank goodness they were open later. Richard found the issue quickly and I was out with a new tire in less then an hour! Will be back soon!

They knew there job and was ontop of it. I was done in no time and back on the road.The assistant Mattie and all the employees were very respectful and friendly. I would give thumbs up and recommend it to anyone

I went to NTB today to get a tire fixed that had a screw in it. Not only did they fix the one hole but they found another one and they fixed that one also. They brought my vehicle out and sent me on my way at no charge to me. John the new manager of the store kept me updated the entire time on what was being done. You will not get better customer service anywhere.

The employees were very respectful but I was charged for an inspection that they clearly didn't do (as the part in question wasn't correctly evaluated). I was quoted a very high price for a service that was unnecessary, AND was advised to avoid a service that desperately needed. I have had good luck previously and was disappointed to see the quality drop.
