Had an appointment set for 4pm. It is almost 6pm and my oil change still is not done. This place has really gone down hill. It is so filthy inside. I will not be returning. The customer service was terrible. Alot if excuses on why my car wasnt done and has taken 2 hours. They were smoking in the shop. Right by my car. Now my car smells lile cigarettes and i dont even smoke. Then i kept telling the man sam to tell the people in the shop to bring my car around. He refused told me i could go back there and tell them. I want my money back this was insane. They need to clean up and take the trash out. It was PURE FILTH INSIDE. They also have oil smudges all over the outside of my vehicle. Didnt even use gloves when handeling my car. I also had to reset my own oil light. IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE GO ON DOWM TO NTB AT VALLEY VIEW. I have also contacted corperate. 2 hours later still having issues. P.s NEXT DAY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON SAYING REDUCE OIL LEVEL. SOOOOOO NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO TAKE MY CAR SOME WHERE ELSE. Ntb count your days.

The staff here is always so kind and friendly! My dad recommended that I get my tires here. This is my second time coming to this location for a tire replacement. I showed up early because I wasn t sure I had booked the right tire size. The gentleman at the front desk was willing to come outside and check my tires to assure me that I had the correct tire. There was no wait time for my appointment slot and service was fast and efficient.

This location has outstanding staff in the front as well as the back. I was there for an inspection. Therefore, I witnessed how effortless this team made everything go for those with serious mechanical issues. If you've ever been to a similar shop, I'm sure this one will show you why they're different and put you at ease while taking great care of you and your vehicle.Also congrats to the new hire upfront. It's easy to see the new hire has grade-A customer service skills.

Great NTB tire service. In traveling from Maryland to Georgia I noticed a low tire. Spending the night in Roanoke, they saw me first thing in the morning. John was awesome. He was so nice and accommodating. He did a full evaluation of my vehicle and not only fixed the tire but gave me some needed recommendations. If I lived in the area they would be my car shop. They were honest , thorough and customer friendly. John is the best!

Definitely won t be back at this location again. Came in around 8:30am this morning for a state inspection and was told by the woman at the counter that state inspections were only handled as drop offs. She said that s how it s always been; however I ve been going to this location for the past 3-4 years and I ve never had to leave my car. Always got state inspection same day I came. Not sure if the policy just wasn t enforced previously or if I was being brushed off. Also the woman at the counter could have been friendlier she acted like I was bothering her. I was the only customer at that moment. I m sure there were other customers though annd I wouldve understood if they were at capacity for the day. Either way it s confusing for customers. I already wasn t feeling good about this location and today solidified that feeling. I drove over to Firestone right after and got both my state inspection and an oil change same day. They didn t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them by bringing my business.

The staff there are so nice and great to talk with. They knew the produce and let me know what was going on with my car. Sam is a great guy and loved talking with him.I had gone to Walmart for my tires and was told they did not do tires at 5pm. So we left and found NTB and was taken right in.I know now I will be back in a few months for my other car and have told family and friends how great the guys are here!!!

Carole and Jon are friendly and great to deal with, I was able to get a great cost on my KO2's for my Wrangler and Im very happy with them. They will treat you right!

Had a flat tire, in the rain. Stopped into NTB and they got me right in and taken care of. Thank you so much Carol and Sam. Matt the shop manager, advised me the tire pressure sensor was missing, which why my tire light isn't working. Thank you so much again.

I bought my tires last year at NTB. I had a screw in my tire and kept losing air. I went back to NTB at Roanoke Valleyview. Almost a year later. They took me right in and remove the screw and fix my tire. And it was no charge for the labor.If you re buying tires, go to NTB,Mike

needed tires for my car and called john at valley view NTB, ordered them for me and they showed up the next day. excellent service good price on tires , Michelin pilot sport a/s 4 set of 4. would recommend this Roanoke store for any tire needs!!!!

Went here today for an oil change and it was a great experience. Awesome guys, pit crew type work here. Loved it. Afterwards, they check to see if everything works correctly, make sure your tires have enough air and recommend what you may need. Jonavan is a nice guy and a great help.

Was riding towards Roanoke around 11 am heard a rattle in the rear of my vehicle looked on their website they had an appointment for 12 so I booked it I got there around 11:30 by 11:58 I was called and was told what they found was told it would take an hour to get parts and another hour and a half to fix it I had my vehicle back in less than an hour and 45 mins in total the staff was super amazing very fast and efficient and thanks to them my vehicle is back on the road without losing a lot of time out of my day!! Thank you ntb!!!

I always have a great experience at NTB with their team. They are always extremely helpful and quick and getting my car taken care of. I recommend them to everyone and they're my go to! Definitely go see the team at NTB Roanoke on Valley View!

Charged me $86 for oil change and tire rotation. They didn t tighten oil plug back up. I had to pay someone else to find out why my car was leaking oil. Store said they would give me a credit but never did. Store manager hung up on me . Never do business with this NTB. You would think they would gladly give me the money back. Geez. Additional information is as you can see in their fluff response they gave me a number to call. I called this number and told them what happened. They said the regional manager would give me a call within 48 hours. It s been 4 days and no call. Never will I do business with this merchant again. Potential customers beware of who you are dealing with.

Had some small issues with my bands van while in town for a show, decided to give the Valley View location a try because they had good reviews. The store manager and his associates were super helpful in getting all my issues taken care of in a timely and affordable manner.Don't go somewhere that's gonna treat you and your problems like a blank check, go to NTB at Valley View Mall, where they're down to Earth and meet you Human to Human.Much love to everyone out here, and thank you Southwest Virginia and Roanoke for your hospitality!

Drove into VA for a wedding over the weekend and like many people the tire pressure sensors in the truck were all over the place. They fit me in to top off my tires with some air and sent us on our way. They definitely didn t have to help us because they were busy but they did and it was really appreciated.

This is an excellent place to have your car worked on. Ask for Matt. He does an excellent job and explains thoroughly what your vehicle requires. I can't remember the customer service rep that works the front, but she is amazing as well.

I have been going to the NTB Valley View location for 3 years now and won't take my car anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. As a woman it is important to me to find a shop that doesn't recommend or push me into unnecessary car maintenance/repairs. This has never been the case at this store. The service manager and store manager have always been courteous and helpful. Not to mention they keep a very clean store!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Carol and this NTB location! I live in NC, my aunt lives in VA. She had a problem with her tires today and I made her an appointment online at the NTB in Roanoke, VA on Valley View Blvd. Being in another state makes things a little difficult to help her, but when I called the NTB and got Carol, my problems were solved. Carol helped my aunt like she was family! My aunt got all new tires and an oil change along with friendly people to help her in a very timely manner and at a great price. I highly recommend giving Carol a call at NTB for all your car needs!! Thanks Carol!! Thanks service guys!!Heather Ratteerree

The guy in Lynchburg is terribleThe folks in Roanoke 419 argue about 5 tire rotationThe appointment we made in Valley View wasn't entered in their system. The Blacksburg folks were very niceOnce we are done with the free tire rotation, I expect we won't return.
