Sold an old worn out junk car to Mullins. Great service and they were quick to get to me (it was same day). I called around and they had the best price for the car. If I ever have another junk car to get rid of I ll be calling them again.

I recently disposed of my mother's car after she passed away. Mullins was the easiest, most professional and best organized disposal business that I worked with. They were well organized, quick and prompt with the paperwork They understand the process of working with DMV and it makes it so much easier on the customer. Go here before you go anywhere else.

SOLD them my broken vehicle and they paid the mostI just checked my DMV information online and they have already gotten it removedI won't have to worry about personal property taxes next year

We have used Mullins Auto Parts for our auto part needs for several decades and have been very pleased and appreciative of their ability to find what we've needed for a number of autos. They are professional and friendly and go the extra mile for their customers. We want to specifically thank Joe, who has been especially helpful and has kept us updated on when we could expect the parts to arrive. When we ordered a used part that he felt wasn't up to their specs he refused it and ordered again through a different dealer so that we would have a durable part. We learned during our last visit in November 2019 that Mullins has used tires for a great price and are planning to buy a set before the end of the year. We would recommend Mullins to all our family and friends.

Best used auto supplier in the Roanoke Valley, I have never had a bad dealing with these guys. Yes sometimes they are busy and you have to wait, but for the service and warranty you get it's worth it. The guys at Mullins went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Entering an auto shop as a young single female can be daunting and often leads to shopkeeps trying to upsell and take advantage of my lack of extensive auto knowledge, but I found this shop to be upfront and efficient. They worked to get me the part I needed as quickly as possible even calling neighboring shops to check their availability and they got me the cheapest price. My part arrived quicky and I was notified immediately. Would strongly recommend this shop for your used auto parts needs. You can trust these guys

Quality Service especially being a woman...wasn't taken advantage of. Having a broken vehicle is hassel but dealing with Mullins Used Auto Parts is definitely not!!!!!! Will be back and let others know. Thanks for your fast, friendly service!

To high and will not swap out something you got and then didnt need it(REVISED ) thank you Jason Jason refunded all but my freight charges to me after i found my receipt and made things right with me.Truly a nice man and manager.will be back to buy again.As he also acknowledge it was a learning experience for his employees as how to talk to customers and not brush women off.(they are also good customers) thanks again god bless

Sold them a 2004 Nissan Quest quoted at a certain price. The cost of steel dropped. Creating a $40 difference and they honored their pricing without complaint. It is hard to complain about that kind of service.

Everyone in the building is nice and friendly, prices are excellent, they don't ask for new part prices like a lot of other places. And if they have it but not on their computer they will send some one to look and make sure they have it or they don't.just my experience.

I always check with these guys before anyone else..Moon,Travis and the guys are awsome and funny and will give you the down right truth about anything they got! Been going to them since 04" for parts and have never been let down

Good place for used parts at least the owner is friendly some of the young staff behind the desk seem a little socially retarded though . But I guess they can't help it .
