We went to Mr Tire yesterday after getting a flat tire on Interstate 81, and Dave and his guys were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional and they did a fantastic job. Thank you SO much for helping us at short notice. I'd absolutely recommend this place.

Other than the hour and ten minutes it took to replace a flat tire, it was great! They were pleasant and a big help in the time of need. No one had that tire size, but this company so, I will definitely be returning because they are great!

I d put negative stars if I could. I brought my car in for an oil change and a tune up. It was just normal maintenance. My car ran smoothly when I drove it there and dropped it off. I got a call the following day stating that it was ready for pick up. As I was leaving the shop I noticed that the car was shaking. I looked at the dash and saw the check engine light was on. I pulled into a parking space and went back in to let them know the light was on.The man behind the counter who I later found out is named David told me that it was on when I brought it in. When in actuality it was NOT on when I brought it in. Both Dan and David were very rude and argumentative. Dan, who is the store manager there actually tried to show me on a tablet where it showed that the light was on during check in. I already knew what he was showing me was a lie but it was further confirmed when I saw that Dan was the one listed as the person that inspected my car on the drop off date yet Dan told me himself that he wasn t at the shop the day it was dropped off..I ended up having my car towed to another shop. The other shop found that a spark plug was the issue. They fixed it and my car ran like it did prior to Mr. Tire touching it.Funny how my car supposedly had the check engine light on when I dropped it off yet the issue was one of the spark plugs they just changed..Before this situation I never thought to take a photo of my dash prior to dropping my car off but I will from now on and I will NEVER go to them again or recommend them.

Mr. Tire staff were friendly, professional and honest. They could ve easily told me I needed a new tire but didn t. They were able to patch it and send me in my way.I ll definitely return to this shop!!

I made an appointment a month ago and when I got there they claimed there was no appointment. He was very rude and said what do you want me to do about it? I've been using them for over 20 years and they just lost a customer. I do not recommend it's not like it used to be

Woke to a flat got air in it and rushed to the tire center early. Was greeted by Dan who took excellent care of me and had me back in the road quickly. I use my vehicle for work so he made it a priority to get me back on the road.

Came out to a flat tire before a road trip back home. Great service! Every other place in the area had a 3-5 hour wait for a tire patch. This place had me in and out in under 1 hour. Very quick and efficient!

Took my car to have brake service the first Saturday they could not find the right rotors carred it back Tuesday they couldn't get to it May the appointment for the next Saturdaydid not fix car saying had the wrong brake pads this time I'll never deal with them again a lady I no carried her car after me got her done am just say ?

When I took my car up there! They told me I needed front and back breaks! So they gave me a failed inspection! Too to the Kia dealership! Turns out I didn t need no breaks! I wouldn t never take my car back there again!

Been taking all my cars here for several years now. Wes is great. He's a busy man and for good reason - lots of repeat business. He doesn't always have a lot of time to chat, but he will make it up to you. Honest work. Update: January 2024. Wes is now a regional manager and Dave is running the shop. The good quality customer service remains strong. A rare quality these days.

Was told my car passed state inspection only to get home without a pass sticker then went back and was told it failed cuz not only they wouldn't put it on their lift but the reason they didn't is cuz they heard a CREAK?!!! Also told me it was dangerous to drive even though I had driven states away with it and had it previously been on a lift, but was basically told that's not how we do things in Virginia. They also charged me before telling they did basically nothing.So basically if u want a place with inexperienced "mechanics", have smoke blown up your butt and be basically scammed for little to no work done then come here. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Also changed their response from to contact us to thanks for your opinion, shows they really don't want to resolve anything.

Just went to Mr Tire today after calling on Friday a few days beforehand the good of appointment for putting lower control arms on my car I go to drop it off today and they tell me that they don't have me in the system for an appointment and then they told me as well on Friday that it was going to be 494 and some change to put the control arms on and then they're telling me that is going to be like 8 or 900 bucks today when I dropped it off I will never go here again because whoever picked up the phone told me the wrong price order just trying to rip me off and then they didn't even put my appointment in the system and now they're telling me it's going to take like two or three days just to do this when I've been to other shops and it took them only about four or five hours for control arms and it cost like $300 if I brought the parts with me or was going to be about $600 if they had to get the parts that was with alignment and labor

Look, these are nice people to deal with and they were the only shop to help me years ago when all i needed was a tire thrown on a rim off vehicle but, being nice doesnt fix your vehicle.Girl had been starting to get skeptical of a few things as she was a regular so I took both my vehicles down to scope out what was going on.After what seems like some miscommunication between the desk and the shop I declined on a few things I had asked for. There seemed to be no sense of urgency for a drop off pushing that decision as well.The techs seem to be in a hurry pointing out the quickest thing to tell a customer without actually looking at the problem. I asked for an evap smoke test, they told me it was the solenoid i had just put in and if they had looked back just a little bit they would of seen a line pulled out just enough to be leaking and then they didnt put the engine cover back on correctly, left it just sitting on top. Popping in the front end, i knew about the steering shaft but the sound was on the right front. After giving them full description of the parts replaced, the steering wheel no longer rattles but it was popping again even before leaving the lot like there was no test drive to verify the issue had been resolved. Slow leak in a tire, noticed it pulling to the left, they had left the tire at max pressure and then couldnt even put the valve cap back on. This goes along with something simple as a grease job as i had to go back over that as well missing everything you had to reach over the skid guard for. Simple things that even a non mechanical customer can check.Vehicle 2 I didnt have as much done. Again asked for an evap test being able to smell fuel, they put 2 vacuum hoses on without smoke testing it again even after telling them its a good chance its the fuel pump gasket, evap light still on. You can only lead a horse to water so many times. Alignment, biggest pet peeve of any customer is a crooked steering wheel. Adding to this as Im just getting under vehicle 2 to service. Had them look at a parking brake for me and found my lower dash hanging down from where they didnt put ANY of the screws back in.Theyre good for a basic oil change and selling you tires, anything else I dont have the time to deal with myself i may be looking elsewhere.

Mr. Tire is amazing. They are honest and fair and provide great service. Wes and his crew get the job done in a timely manner and you don't feel like you've been taken to the cleaners like you do at a dealership. Every service and repair that they have performed on my vehicles has withstood the test of time and they will always have my business. Thanks for everything Wes.

I have been a customer for years. Wes is the manager of this location and he is so personable. He and his staff get to know you by name. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They take extra care and accommodate my schedule, always offering me the best service with affordable pricing. I have moved out of the area and still go back to them. Who else gives you all of that?! Not only have they taken care of me, but of my two children as they have become of age and have their own vehicles. In my opinion, they are the best in the business!

We have been taking our vehicles to Mr. Tire for years - both old and new. The advice provided by Wes and Dave has been spot on and has saved us a ton of money over other shops, especially dealers (Example - 90K service at dealer estimated at just under $1,000; Mr. Tire recommended services were just under $500).As long as I have a vehicle I will take them to Mr. Tire knowing Wes and Dave have my back!

Excellent service by friendly professionals! I have been going here for years. As a single mom, when my car needs work I want it done right. I need it done as quickly as possible because I don't have an alternate vehicle. These guys do quality work and are willing to listen. They are polite and willing to check and recheck until everything is correct. They have gone above and beyond my expectations when I had my SUV and now they continue that same quality in my current crossover. Thank you for the dedication to rear differential measurement and multiple tire issues. You are all amazing!

I have to give these guys a great review!!! I showed up at the last minute (close to closing) and they were happy to still get me in right away! We didn t have to wait long at all for them to successfully patch the hole in my tire. While sitting in the waiting room, they were kind enough to humor my son by laughing at his bad jokes and didn t even flinch at my 3 year old who was incapable of sitting still or staying quiet at that time in the evening. The next day they called and told me they found my earring when cleaning up the night before and saved it for me to come back and pick up at my convenience! I was really impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to provide such great and personable customer experience!!! Thanks so much Mr. Tire!!! I will be bringing my business back and referring my friends!!!!
